I received ReadyRefresh (through my Costco membership) for water service (5 gallon jugs + rented water dispenser) for over 4 years now and I have been very pleased with the service and quality of their products. It's very easy to go onto their website and skip a month or add additional jugs of water for my monthly order. The delivery is always on the day that is scheduled and never delayed. Once you empty a bottle, you can request they pick up empty bottles or they will pick all of them up on the day of the new delivery. The water dispenser plugs into an outlet and keeps the water very cold. We only requested cold water. You have the option of adding a hot water option as well. I highly recommend using ReadyRefresh rather than spending money on bottled water from the store. I saw that some of the complaints had to do with communication, but I've never had any issues calling customer service and asking any questions I had. Yelp should put a ZERO STAR option on here, because this is how bad a company they are. You can't count on their deliveries, as they are always changing at the last minute. They don't know how to bill correctly. Customer service sucks. I usually get 5 bottles delivered each month, & last time they only delivered 4. I complained about it through email, which they dont know how to read apparently , & after three weeks, they deliver the fifth bottle, & charged me for it, plus $7.00 delivery charge. All the horrible reviews, & the company still has done nothing about their awful service? They need new management, new billing people, who have accounting experience , & just a revamp of the whole company. Shame on you guys for taking advantage. Absolutely awful! It has been about 9 months since I have used this companies service, but it would be a disservice to not post up my experience. We cancelled our account since we were moving just under 2 months before the move. The company scheduled over half a dozen visits where they asked us to leave the equipment that was being rented on the porch. Each time they were not picked up and were had to continually move them on and off our porch (Annoying, but whatever sometimes things don't go smoothly. We gave the benefit of a doubt and witheld our frustration) Now flashford 2 months and it is 2 days before our move. We call yet again to get them to come and pick up the equipment and they ask us to leave it on the porch the day we move and they will pick it up the next day. This was not OK since we were required to have everything off property per the agreement with the leasing office, but there wasn't much we could do so we comply. Now we move and the day after they were supposed to pick up the equipement we find they Still were not able to dispatch someone to pick up the euipment. So we call to settle the issue, during the call we find that we are still being billed for the equipment! On top of that we left equipment on our doorstep risking getting charged by the leasing office and we are still responsible for the equipment per this company. In the end I was able to get the poor employee that had been dealing with me to hand me off to a higher up and was able to get them to agree to waiving all charges and dismissing our responsibility for the equipment. We also had to have someone go to the apartment and pick up the equipment so the company could come and pick it up at their house so we didn't get charged by the leasing office. Save yourself the trouble, the company is overpriced and can't honor commitments. Pick literally any other company. read more

They've dropped the ball.....deliveries kept being postponed, then the next thing I know, I was charged for a delivery that did not happen in January. I tried calling them, but could not get through. I emailed them, no response for weeks. Then February delivery happened (without any further communication), I was charged for the full delivery, no credit for the missed January delivery. I tried to cancel my account online, but could not find a way to do it. Now, I will be calling my credit card company to report this to get a refund and to put a stop to my payments. So, two months after I called to close the account and had the rental cooler and all bottles picked up, this company is still charging me a rental fee. In fact, they actually owed me money because the account was overpaid at the time of cancellation. It was only about $13, but I was fully willing to just let them keep it so that I would never have to deal with them again. Now, however, after charging me for rental fees for the past two months, they now say that I owe them money. I called, and was actually surprised that an operator, "Rona." picked up the phone. As I started to describe the issues, she promptly hung up on me. She didn't say a word...just straight hung up. So I called back, and "Grace" let me know that they still show that I have their cooler. I stated that I could send them the video of the guy picking it up, and she continued to state that their system showed that I still have the cooler. Eventually, I was able to communicate to her that I don't have anything of theirs and am still being billed, as the account was never closed. She took my number, which they already had, and said that I would get a call back from another department in the company within the next 24 hours to refund the money and close the account. Based upon my experience with this company, I'm not holding my breath. The take away here is this: Please learn from my experience. This is not a company that you want to deal with. The basic assumption for them is that the customer is always wrong. Stay away from ReadyRefresh!!! So, as expected, noone called me. I called back the next day. The first operator, "Kim," hung up on me once I started explaining the issue. So I called back and the next operator, "Eisa," said that once again, she was going to send the issue to the account department. This time, she said that they would call if they had any questions, and she confirmed that they would send out a check for the money owed to me. First, of course, she asked for a credit card number to credit the money to (fortunately, the one on file had recently expired). I stated that I was uncomfortable providing another credit number, given the amount of problems that I've had with the company and hence, requested that a check be mailed. She was very compliant with all of my requests, which made me suspect that she would say anything to get me off of the line. She also said that the account was already closed, which does not make sense, as they are still billing me through the account. So, at this point, I fully expect that nothing is going to change, that I will be billed again next month for the cooler rental fee, the account will not be closed, and they will report non-payment against my credit record. I filed a complaint with the BBB. Once again, avoid this company at all costs!!! read more

We have asked to have our account canceled due to very poor service. You guys are partnered with Costco this is how I signed up. I've been a costco member for 25 years. We had been using ready fresh by Nestlé for about 2 years or more. Things started happening. Such as the water being delivered not on the schedule. We like to be able to bring the water in because our patio shows easily to the public. Then allegedly they said we had a late payment. And put a ding on our credit report. Which has taken at least a year to get off. Now they owe us a refund of $56. They said they sent it to a (defunct) account. .My husband has called several times and cannot get them to understand or get it back into the real account. ZERO STARS. Worst water delivery company EVER. They send different water all the time (usually more expensive 5 gallons than what we have set up on auto delivery). We have text and email notifications set up so we we know when a delivery is coming and can delay deliveries if we want, but they never send those notifications so we end up getting charged for water we didn't even need. Delivery charge is $7.95 now and the cheapest 5 gallon is going up to $11 each. You can't really do much on their "new and improved" website so you have to call customer service, which is terrible and you'll sit on hold for what seems like forever when you tell the representative you want to cancel. The guy that delivers the water is great, but the website is crap, the service online is not user friendly and they are constantly canceling their service calls when I need them to come look at something or fix something. I also would select zero stars! I used ready refresh bottled water at my previous residence and the delivery and customer service was excellent. However since relocating they do not deliver as promised they reschedule and cancel that as well! I've called in on a daily basis and asked to speak to a supervisor with no resolution.
