    My Current Water Cooler w/ Hot & Cold

    To Whom It May Concern at Primo Brands Corp.: Ever since your company's restructure and rebranding, my account has been in complete disarray. I have reached out multiple times via phone calls, voicemails, and text messages. No one has ever returned my calls. No one answers the phone. No driver has ever shown up. I have not received any water delivery since August 2025. Despite this, your system continues to add unauthorized charges to my account. The only charge I agreed to--and should be responsible for--is the monthly water cooler rental. I am now filling my own empty bottles at The Windmill using non-Primo, non-Alhambra water. You are not providing service. You do not get to bill me for it. The current balance of $126.83 is invalid and must be removed immediately. You cannot charge me for water I never received. I demand: Full credit for all water delivery charges since August 2025 Adjustment of my balance to reflect only the monthly cooler rental Written confirmation of the correction within 5 business days Failure to resolve this will result in escalation to the Better Business Bureau, my state's Attorney General, and a formal dispute with my bank to block any further charges. This is not a request. This is a demand for correction.

    Terrible company. Deliveries never correct and instructions never followed. No matter how many times you call they still never fix it.

As my water was getting filled I handed my card to the employee so he can mark the number of gallons. He marked it off and handed me the card. The employee was too busy chatting with his friend who was filling up the water as well. They definitely knew each other since he said " i will meet you there tonight". After I loaded my cart and was walking off he said " hold on you didnot gave me your card to mark off". I told him he already marked it while he was busy chatting with his friend and showed him the card. This was the new card which had 15 gallons marked previously and he marked 20 gallons off. I told him to correct it but he said I can leave or else he will mark off 15 gallons as he thinks I didnot gave him the card. I told him to pull the cameras and he said they don't have cameras. I told him to call his manager he said he is the manager. I asked him to give me the owners contact information he said he cannot. I asked him to give me his name he stated he is not supposed to give me his name. The other weird thing is and I called him out on it since he stopped me by saying I didnot gave him my card to mark off. I asked him how did he knew I was paying with their prepaid card or with credit card or cash. He kept repeating as I didnot handed the card. He didnot apologized for his mistake and I left. This guy has very short term memory and not paying attention. Make sure to give the card right before you walk out and also get his acknowledgment that he has marked the card or record him with your camera while he is marking your card as an evidence. Now I have been a long time customer from the time they were in Safeway shopping plaza and have never seen this guy. Even at this new location I have met the other person. This horrible customer service has left a bad taste in my mouth. I will find another water place to fill my water as this guy is very disrespectful and insulted me infront of other customers who were walking in.

His service was decent, and I could tell he was trying his best, but the water quality was absolutely terrible. It tastes just like tap water. I know it's not my containers -- I use glass jugs and clean them thoroughly before every refill. The water from here had such a bad taste that I couldn't even drink it. I ended up having to dump all 12 gallons, which I hated doing, because I genuinely don't like wasting water. I've been drinking at least a gallon of water a day for over 10 years, so I know good water when I taste it -- this wasn't it. Also, I've noticed that in every negative review, Adam responds with excuses or justifications instead of taking accountability. That's not good customer service. I honestly don't understand how there are any positive reviews for this place. The water is simply bad. Edit: After posting my review, Adam responded by calling me racist and rude -- which is completely false and extremely immature. We actually had a perfectly normal, even friendly conversation when I was there, as I already mentioned his service was decent. Instead of taking honest feedback about his water quality, he's choosing to lie and gaslight customers who leave negative reviews. That's a terrible way to run a business. My review was strictly about the water -- which truly tasted awful -- not about him personally. His response just confirms that he lacks professionalism and accountability. Edit #2: Adam has now edited his response claiming he refused my service, which is a complete lie. I still have my receipt showing that I paid and received 12 gallons of his water -- which, as I mentioned, tasted awful. It's sad to see him doubling down instead of taking responsibility. This kind of dishonesty just reinforces what I said earlier: he tries to deflect and gaslight anyone who leaves an honest negative review instead of improving his product.

    I think the downside of this place is the owner. I can come at opening, closing, or even the middle…read moreof the day, and she won't be at the shop. A few times she caught me while I was leaving and walking back to my car because her shop was closed. She told me that I could always call her and she would come over from where ever she is. At that point though, she needs to realize that people will not be willing to just call her because they are not going to wait around for her to get back to her own shop when they need water and have their own schedules to follow. It's hard for me to write this because she is a very sweet and helpful lady, who will actually help you put water in your bottles and cap them for you. But because she consistently is not at her own shop when there are multiple people waiting outside, I think she has to change her ways before people stop coming to her shop. I think her shop is the best to buy water gear though. She has water jugs, water containers, and water stands, among other things that she sells. She also sells them at reasonable prices, some of them even better than the prices you can find online. We purchased all of the above mentioned things for our friends as their housewarming gift and they loved it. I like this store but I just wish she either was at her store more consistently or hired someone else to be there on time and/or until the store closes.

The staff is super friendly. When she ran out of 5 gallon containers she informed customers when more came in l. She is always willing to help and the water taste great. There is also a fill station out side of the shop. Sometimes parking is tough but she provides carts to get your water back to your car
