Extremely Disappointing Service My water delivery was scheduled for August 8, but the water was never delivered. Since then, we have called the company every day to follow up, and each time we were told that the delivery would arrive "today." Yesterday, I called again and was told that the water would definitely arrive by 6:00 PM. It still never came. Today, August 12, I called again, only to be told that the next delivery date is August 17. Based on the repeated broken promises and delays, I have very little confidence that the water will actually arrive on the 17th. This company has become extremely disappointing since it was sold and taken over by the new management. The follow-up, communication, and customer service have been completely unacceptable. Customers should not have to call every day just to receive a delivery that was already scheduled and paid for. On hold forever and finally accessed the help email. Took a week and 1/2 to get back to me...states they will get back in 2 days...haha. We requested to have our water dispenser replaced from black to white, as we were mistakenly given a black dispenser initially. Today, the delivery driver brought the dispenser to our door, which is visible on our Ring camera. However, after a short while, he took it back and informed us that they do not have a white dispenser available and that we would need to wait for an uncertain amount of time. I'm thinking it has more to do with the actual delivery driver since yesterday's order was not delivered, but marked "cancelled" once again at the end of the day. They never arrived to clean my family's water dispensers and have continuously cancelled appointments for months in San Antonio Texas. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I almost feel like I am not living in reality with this company. I set up a monthly reoccuring delivery service 4 months ago. I have received two deliveries, and the remaining deliveries were just "cancelled" with no reason and no notice. When you try to call, you sit on hold for over an hour for the person to actually hang up on you. When using the app, you get no detail as to why the delivery was cancelled. Meanwhile, they take your money without issue. I even used the chat feature this morning, someone responded and wont tell me why my deliveries have been cancelled, but attempted to reschedule the delivery for the end of next week. When you call, they say their biz hours are between 8AM-6PM EASTERN time. I am on the west coast, I called at 8AM PDT and it says they are "closed" listing east coast hours. 8AM PDT = 11AM EDT. WTAF? You can't cancel your account online, nor can you remove your credit card info from their website. If you want to cancel, prepare to sit on hold for over an hour only to be upsold for 15 minutes before they FINALLY get the point and let you cancel. HORRIBLE customer service, horrible business practices. Just don't use this company. At all. Find another service. read more

Horrible customer service is an understatement. My every 4 weeks delivery consistently changes to 5 or 6 weeks at least once a year. They do not communicate anything with you. All they do is file something with their "operations" team, and you never hear a thing. My last delivery was May 20...next is June 26. 5 1/2 weeks. The best I can do is change to Friday, but when you reschedule, there's no way they can change the rest to match the new monthly date. So the solution they give is add an extra bottle. They also change the day of delivery saying it's the only day for the area, yet I can select a Friday so go figure. read more

This is the WORST delivery service EVER! First they delivered a dispenser even though I had already purchased one and they never picked it up. Then they delivered to the wrong address after they had previously delivered to the correct one. Later I slipped an order on the app only to find it at my door anyway. Also the driver has been instructed since the very first delivery to at least knock when they drop off - but that has literally never happened. Customer service is a JOKE! The phone number constantly hangs up on you because of 'high call volume' - there isn't even the option to wait. Before the call hangs up it instructs you to go to the app. Messages sent in the app are replied to by a computer several days later with 'answers' that are completely unhelpful. However they do seem to be on top of texting, emailing and app notifications when it comes to asking for tips for the driver - even if you've already set one as a standard tip per delivery. Now they send me a bill with 3.00 paper fee and a 20.00 late fee. I called in again and waited the 30 minutes to get a person. (If your customers have to wait for 30 minutes on the phone, you are not staffed properly.) The lady was very rude!! When I asked why the account was not cancelled - her excuse was because we are in collections. She transfers me to the collections, of course, they do not have anything about our account. If I could give a no star or minus star rating I would. My delivery was scheduled for 1/20/2023. I didn't have enough water to get to than so I rescheduled to 1/13/2023. 1/13/2023 gets here and no delivery, no phone call. I called customer service and was given a delivery date of 1/17/2023. 1/17/2023 gets here and again, no delivery. An automated message came and said the delivery was moved to 1/18/2023. An hour later an automated message came that said delivery was moved to 1/19/2023. I again called customer service and talked to someone that hung up on me. I called again and asked to talk to a supervisor and was refused to speak to a supervisor. I was now told that they could not delivery any water to me until 1/20/2023. I am a customer of 33 years. I am signed up on their Hydration Superhero plan that is supposed to give me "Priority Delivery" service. Doesn't seem to be priority to me. I am shopping for a new service provider.
