Outstanding Service! Raul The Bees Guy is the Best! I cannot recommend Raul The Bees Guy highly enough! We had a bee colony building up on the outside wall of our house and I called Raul right away. He was incredibly responsive and showed up at my house within 2 hours. He immediately used his infrared camera to detect bee activity behind the wall and precisely pinpointed the nest's exact location. He carefully explained the whole process and safely removed the bees that were gathering on the outside. The next day he returned as promised, removed the siding, extracted the queen and the entire colony, and then replaced the siding perfectly. When he finished, everything looked exactly as it was before -- you would never know any work had been done. Raul is professional, knowledgeable, fast, and extremely thorough. This company is amazing. Professional efficient, knowledgeable both owner and staff provided exceptional customer service . I recently had a swarm of bees locate to my front porch, I called Raul and he was at my house the next day for an inspection gave me a quote. discussed it with my husband and we preferrred to wait as the bees weren't bothering anyone this was against Raul advise . Called Raul a month later and same exceptional service was out the next day, used the infrared light technology to locate if swarm had gotten bigger ( which it did) but was honest and provided affordable and fair pricing. This is my first review ever and I just want to share my amazing experience. To begin with, I had a roofing company working on my roof Sunday when they realized I had a bee hive and couldn't finish the job until it was removed. I called so many companies and but many were closed or the calls would go straight to voicemail. I called him on Sunday evening and he came out Monday morning at 8am to give me a FREE quote! He was punctual, polite, professional, knowledgeable, bilingual, communicative, trustworthy and so positive! I had a huge colony which took him about 12 hours. His cost was fair and his work is backed up with a one year warranty. I was able to schedule my roofers next morning! I HIGHLY recommend his services. EXCEPTIONAL Guy & Work done ! Highly recommended HIM too ;) He knows his stuff and what needs to be done ... works at his own pace and gets the JOB ! I had another issue with Bees not leaving my home and he came by without hesitation and provide an estimate, explained all that needed to be done and showed me pictures also! He sources the location of the Bees, opens up and treats the area, removes the hive or other and cleans up ! His work is WARRANTY for a year of no BEES, but said they shouldn't be back :) (Crossing fingers & toes here) He cleaned up the area and came back a second time to clean up the foam job I did :) on the other area ! We found bees swarming on our porch and a dozen inside our house. Raul was able to come out to inspect within a couple hours. He identified a location in our porch cover where they had begun to build a hive. Coming out the next morning, it looked like the bees had decided to leave on their own, but Raul opened up the porch cover to confirm and spray a chemical to cover up the pheromones to discourage the bees from coming back, patched everything up perfectly, and didn't end up charging anything since there were no bees remaining to extract. I used Raul the bee guy's website to request a estimate for my bee colony i have had in the side of my house. He texted me back with in 15 mins and showed up to inspect within the next hour. Checked it out took infrared pics and described his services and procedures in an easy way. Very informative. Raul showed up in the morning and knocked it out with-in a few hours. He took care of everything and left it looking like he was never there. Thorough, fair prices for his skilled hard work, and knowledgeable. I discovered honey bees in a brick column in my house. Called Raul and he came out the next day a said he could remove them with out any issue. He explained that he needed to go in through a hole in the roof to remove the colony and fill the cavity with insulation. He worked all day and did a excellent job. He replaced the access hole in the roof with original shingles so that the roof looks just as good as before the work. Raul the bee guy responded to my request really quick. He came some few days earlier, assessed the bees and we agreed on a quote. On the day of removal, he came in very early, removed the bees without killing them, cleaned up, disinfected my walls and did treatment. After all this, he fixed my walls and sealed them up.
