Don't waste your time trying to work for this company. It's so shady. This is why they have such a high turnout rate with their techs they don't pay good at all no benefits no company Second thing don't get fooled for Pest Control Of Katy of the year all employees and family members are asked to vote every day. that's right every day. It's not just for customers. It'd be different. If it was friends can go on there and vote every day for the same company, which is a flaw in the system. To be honest if it was just for that would be a different story. When it comes down to maintaining vehicles for them to be safe and the road for the good luck with that fixing up his personal vehicle to make it look nice that's what's more important. When it comes down down to getting lunch good luck with that your order to drive and eat on the road, which is dangerous for the public and yourself because they'll keep adding retreats and on your route and expect you to do it during your lunch break. read more

Amy, in their office, called yesterday to reconfirm appt. Estevan showed up 5 minutes early. Explained the chemical he was spraying as I asked, told me that would last 30-60 days contingent on weather. I asked how long to leave roaming pets inside, 30 minutes. He was Very Professional. We started with Bugs, Inc. last year when we moved into a house that had been empty for a few months. There were ants and spiders, but after spraying, we didn't have any further issues. We never see any bugs in the house but keep up every quarter just to make sure they stay out :-) The guys that come to spray are super friendly and polite. The only criticism is, when the company calls to remind us that its time to spray, they talk so fast that it's hard to write the number down. If they could repeat the number or speak slower, that would have helped a lot. I don't usually save contacts other than friends/family but this time I did just so I won't have to look it up next time.(The number they called from in my history is not the phone number of the business so I didn't want to call that line) read more

Very, very aggressive office staff. As the tech was pulling from my driveway, my phone rang and it was Katy calling to collect payment for services I did not get. She was SO pushy and totally unprofessional, as she would not let me speak. I scheduled to have them come out to either set boxes or quote for sealing the outside of my home. I was under the impression this was an inspection. After learning the high cost of sealing the home, I declined services and told the tech I would more than likely address this after the holidays. The range I was given was between 900-1400. I thanked him for his time and even said 'I hope I didn't waste your time', which he assured me I had not. I felt Matthew was kind and honest. That was all tainted when Katy called demanding 95 dollars and basically told me it was for wasting their time. You've got to be kidding me. I was trying to support a local business. I'll go elsewhere and deal with competent staff. I have never been treated like this by any service company whatsoever. I moved here a year ago and have always valued my relationships with vendors who take care of things at my home or for my real estate clients. What a horrible reflection on the owner of this company. Just recently moved to a new home in Katy Texas last year. The house we bought was about 5 years old and in very good condition, except for the ants attacking the master bathroom and a few spiders and bugs while moving in. After bugs inc. first visit, they all seemed to disappear. They sprayed the outside of our house thoroughly with a big hose-like sprayer and then have different indoor spray that is safe for people and pets. They do such a great job every time they come out! They ask questions and communicate with you. If I see any bugs, my husband calls and they are out the next day or two and spray again. (We used to have Terminex and they weren't near as good!!!) We have a contract with Bugs Incorporated and I am so happy because I HATE bugs!!!! I would reccomend this company! read more

I have used Bugs Incorporated for a few years now. I had them come out and do the usual spray in August and had mentioned to the tech that I have noticed baby roaches around the master bathtub. Well we have kept noticing them and so I called back today to ask about it and the Owner Anita, basically said your 60 day warranty has expired. And as I try to talk she just keep talking over me and then when I was finally able to speak, I asked her that I think it should be addressed because they never went away. Her answer was that warranty had expired and that I was due for my quarterly spray. I then asked her if they would address the outstanding issue or should I change companies, and she told me that IT WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA FOR ME TO FIND ANOTHER COMPANY. I am not one to throw mud, but this really shocked and upset me. that is the reason I am writing this. Our family has a VERY LONG history in Katy and dates back to starting the rice business in this town.
