We've had Integrated Pest Management for several years now, and their service has always been top notch, with reasonable prices. The person that came by recently, Mike, was extremely professional and courteous to me and my family (which includes two kids), and communicated to us what he was doing and when. Thanks for the great service, Mike!!! read more

Disappointed that we didn't receive an invoice when the service was complete. We would have gladly paid the invoice sooner if it had arrived before today, a month after the service was complete. read more

This company, and the owner, Jeff has consistently provided great service, and customer service. When I needed a quick turnaround, they worked me into their schedule. I highly recommend. read more

Jeff at Integrated Pest Management is amazing. Honest, reliable, and very thorough! When he did our termite inspection, he took his time explaining everything and made sure we understood the entire process. After dealing with several pest control companies that claimed to use proper equipment and paying for treatment that only made the termite situation worse, Integrated Pest Management was an answer to our prayers. Jeff treated the entire building and termites are gone! I would highly recommend him and the staff, as they all are very professional and knowledgeable, going that extra step to make their service top notch! Thank you Jeff for your 5 star service, we are so happy we have someone we can trust to take care of our home and business! read more

I called to reschedule the apt because I wanted them to spray the inside of the house not just the outside. The lady asked what day I wanted to reschedule for, I reiterated that I needed to speak with my tenant. She asked if I wanted to call back later. I assumed that meant the service would be cancelled and I would call back after I spoke with my tenant, to reschedule. They still went today. Okay, no problem, let me call them so I can schedule a date for them to spray inside the house. The same lovely lady from yesterday answered, telling me that's not how she remembered the conversation. Very rude and condescending. I was explaining to her that I saw one roach and want the inside of the house sprayed, and she said oh just one ? We live in Texas. Yes lady I'm aware, but if spraying the inside will help me feel better then go ahead. Im calling a pest control company not an insect petting zoo, obviously I don't want them in my house. Im the customer, try to resolve the issue, don't just tell me I'm wrong and it's my fault. I went ahead and cancelled services for my 2 properties. I'll take my money elsewhere, with better customer service. read more

We've been using Integrated Pest Management ever since we purchased our home. They are always super courteous, on time, and always do a phenomenal job in under 10 minutes. Thanks to them, we don't see creepy-crawly things and when we do, it's been months since their visit, so we just call them again. I like that their schedules are pretty open, so they can accomodate yours. Since I have a baby and pets, I felt the need to double check if their spray is safe around pets and babies, and they said it's 100% safe, which is super comforting. That being said, there's no need to wait hours before allowing your kids/pets in certain areas of the home. Love this company, and will continue to use it! read more

We had an unknown bug issue inside our new house that was bitting me and my 1 yr old son. It was random and could never find any bugs. We even set traps and exterminated the exterior. After talking to Aimee over the phone, we scheduled for a bed bug extermination. She answered all my questions and even provided me some helpful documents to prepare for the exterminator! (If a company can provide me educational materials and spend the time to talk to me, they're a keeper) Phil came by and was one of the most knowledgeable technicians I have ever met! He educated us on our area and potential bug problems that lurk in this part of town. He even explained why he did certain things and the chemicals he was using. Im a firm believer in educating, so I'm in love with this company!! They gave peace during a stressful situation. read more

GREAT SERVICE!! With the change in weather all pest control companies are busy. I was worried that my bug problem would grow out of hand before someone could come out. Not the case with IPM. They took my call at 11am, really listened to my problem, gave me many choices and arrived at the house at 1:30pm. Their service is top notch! I will be using their services from now on, I'm really impressed. read more

Very friendly, competent company! I called Integrated Pest Management a few days ago because we have been experiencing an ant problem. They explained their treatment process along with their general pest control treatment process since we were in the market for a new exterminator. Their prices are very reasonable, and their treatment process is extensive. Dillon showed up 30 minutes early, and fully treated the entire house, and sprayed all around the exterior of the house. Their service was excellent and I definitely recommend them for anyone in the market for an exterminator. We will be using them for a quarterly pest control treatment. read more

Integrated Pest Management is the best! I've been a customer for two years and get quarterly service. Very thorough and they complete everything promised plus more. A.J. Wiseman explained everything he was doing and everything I should keep an eye out for. He was great and Integrated is great as well! :) read more

I called the business to get a quote for mice in the garage and got a quote and I told the person I will shop around and give them a call back. I called back few days later to let them know I was ready to do business with their company. When I called the person asked for my information and asked if I wanted a bimonthly service and I said I just want the service that was quoted to me for a one time service with one year warranty and a deterrent on the entry ways. The person informed me her system will only do the bimonthly service and someone will get back with me about the service I was quoted. Hours go by and I received a voicemail front someone and I returned his call and another person answered and I gave him my info again and he puts me on hold for over five minutes to see if they can give service in my area. He comes back and tells me and he tells me he can only set up the bimonthly service and will get a call from the department who will set up the one time service. Of course nobody called from the main office. All they seem to care about is to trap me into a one year commitment. Little do they seem to know if they gave me good and efficient service as their first customer I will more than likely consider their bimonthly service. A happy first time customer is almost always becomes a lifetime customer and no gimmick needed as they will bring you customers through word of mouth. I gave the people on the phone five stars for politeness. read more

Great group, called them let them know I was having a termite problem. I was expecting a couple days before they could get to me, they were there in 20 min. Checked it out and got me serviced the following day. Really honest people and also gave me some great advise on how to maintain my landscaping to keep future pest out myself. I would highly recommend these guys! Thanks again Frank! read more

I never really understood how important it was to give a review, whether it be good or bad until my process of purchasing another home and all the complexities that go into selecting certain trades that are needed until now. I don't think my husband believed in reviews either and until recently never even took the time to write one until now as well. Either way the importance of sharing your experience good or bad is VERY important and when you have such a wonderful experience like we did with Integrated you can't help but want to share!!! I used Integrated for termite treatment and couldn't be happier. They were very courteous, very professional and very willing to share their knowledge with us. I felt they really knew what they were doing and would TOTALLY recommend them to my friends, my clients and to anyone else!!! read more

These guys really are the best! They have been servicing my business and personal residence for over ten years. I would recommend them to anyone because they have the "heart of a teacher". They are always thorough in their explanations and will even show you how to do the job correctly. For the DIY type, you can go to their showroom and purchase the baits and insecticides. The quality is far superior than anything you would buy at home depot or Lowe's. Phil even gave me a tip to fix my garage door! These guys really are genuine, and I can't praise them enough. read more

Had ants getting into the house, not sure what they were. Sent a photo to Jeff who immediately knew they were carpenter ants. Dispatched operative at a convenient time to us. He was on time and took his time to do a thorough job, and even explained how we could reduce our risk in future. We met the company at the Stafford Home and Garden Show and were impressed by their knowledge and that its a family company. Very responsive, efficient and good value. Will be using them again. read more

I've used IPM for many many years. I came across them about 6 years ago when I heard some funny 'scratching' sounds in my attic. I've been on a quarterly maintenence plan with them and can't say I've had a problem since. They've even got this nifty systemic solution they use for my crepe myrtles and I haven't had sooty mold in years. I highly recommend them. read more
