I like this location as I have been here on several occasions but our last visit solidified why I do not mind coming into the store. My daughter got a pair of jeans from here last week and we needed to bring them back. After doing looking at all the options and trying a few pair on, she found the ones she wanted. Several , yes several associates offered assistance throughout our time in the store, which is greatly appreciated and definitely does not go unnoticed. Once we realized they did not have her size in store, the gentleman who helped us offered to go in the back and see if they had the size she needed. Unfortunately they did not but they did offer to order them and send them to us, free shipping while also honoring them at the same price because they were part of the buy one get on 50% off. Talk about great customer service!! The store is always clean and well organized so you do not have to dig and dash through things to find what you are looking for. They also have a clearance section in the back of the store which is worth consideration because it always hosts few gems here and there. If you come here often, it is so worth it to sign up for their rewards program if for nothing else once you buy five pairs on jeans you get a pair for free.

It took me a minute to find the place because I didn't realize it was inside the Results Fitness at first. When I walked in, there was a smaller selection than I hoped. I didn't find exactly what I was looking for, however I did purchase some of their sale items and was told to go online for the rest. I mostly wanted to see the quality of the products (as they are not cheap) and was pleasantly surprised and how stylish and durable they were. I went to their webpage and ordered a few Dynamite leggings and a top. I absolutely love them and they fit perfectly. As someone who has a lot of curves, they hugged them quite perfectly. I also received free shipping (after spending $200) and 15% off my first order. Honestly, my only gripe was the shipping time and customer service initially. I was under the impression I would have them quickly as I live so close. After a week I saw it was still "processing" and I emailed them asking the status. I did end up getting a response two weeks later saying that they were restocked. I understand they are coming from other countries, however it would have been nice to know they were backordered either during or immediately after the purchase. If that issue could be rectified this place would be 5 stars all the way! Overall I recommend Best Fit By Brazil!

My nephew was just a kid and like me, loved having the freedom of a bicycle so I decided to give him my old classic Stumpjumper. Well, my nephew grew up and got a car and one day asked me if I wanted my bike back which I very happily took back. But it had been sitting in the garage for years. I originally took it to two shops in SoCal and they both said around $400. Didn't have time to fix it before moving to Arlington so took my bike with me and took it to another shop in the area and they said $800! I wasn't crazy about that so came here to Big Wheel. The owner looked at my bike and was like, $150-200. I was like, naw my bike needs a lot of work. Why don't you hold on to it and let me know? Well, he fixed it up and charged me $200! All those other shops were going to buy me new wheels. He was like, I took a good look at your wheels and they're old, but you don't need new ones. You can ride those out until they blow. Agreed. He also said he could restore it (my bike was filthy) but what was the point? It's a mountain bike. Agreed. So replaced some cables, a spoke, tightened up all the loose joints, oiled and ready to ride. I rode it to my car from the shop and it rides great! Yep, this is the place.
