The staff here are unprofessional and really have no customer service at all! The customers had to hunt down the staff to get help with a pair of shoes, etc. Dre and Vaughn were the only two staff members that helped my husband and still, they felt like they didn't even want to be there nor assist anyone. My husband tried on a pair of the Nike flyknit in a size 12 and it was a tad bit tight so my husband asked Dre if there was another size to compare the shoes and he said that 12 was the largest size they had and magically he came back with a size 13. Really? Thought 12 was the largest size. Once my husband got ready to pay, dre put the shoes down at the back of the register and decided to help another customer out when we were ready to pay. Apparently all three staff members decided to stop what they were doing to answer the other customer's question. Ok. How many people does it take to answer ONE question? My husband was so upset that he wanted to just walk out and have them lose a customer and money. Since Dre didn't help at the register, another person named Vaughn rung up my husband. He was giving the military discount to my husband when I don't know how lazy a person is and ask for the customer's name when it's clearly on the ID card that he was holding. Ive worked in customer service in the past and I've never seen such bad customer service as bad as this place. Single player here and not looking to join a league, but let me share my experience with this store. Jim and Mike were working. I had already had a price in my head with what I wanted to spend. They offer a package deal for around $170, but because I wanted a little better ball, I was able to upgrade for a little more. My finger measurements were accurate, I was in and out in less than an hour. But I really enjoyed talking to these two gentlemen. They aren't trying to upsell you with stuff you don't need. They have a passion for bowling and it shows. If you think you can get a better deal on Amazon, you are wrong. You won't get the service that you would at the store. You would still have to bring your ball in for them to drill, so whatever you think you saved, you would actually he in the negative with all costs combined. This store has everything a bowler needs! Not to mention the experience and dedication that Jim and Mike showed me. There is a reason customers make long drives to come here. They offer great hours and are usually closed only on Sundays, but check for holidays as they might close also. The only small downside is the parking lot is tight and not a lot of spots, but with the service, who cares? Another small thing, they didn't send me home with a shoe box, a bowling bowl box and the bowling bag wasn't in plastic. Everything was put together for me, like I could head right to the bowling alley. I'll only use this shop for my bowling needs! Thanks Jim and Mike !
