He listened to what I wanted out of the skirt and made sure I was comfortable with all steps of the alterations process. He was very communicative and worked with my schedule regarding fittings and picking up the skirt. I found out Levi's had tailors via social media and I can definitely say that my first Levi's tailoring experience was a success and I will definitely be back. The rest of the staff was also always friendly when I went into the store and the fitting rooms were always clean and well lit. Appreciate the Levi's Pentagon City staff.

I was super annoyed being I'm 7 months pregnant and was looking for something quickly. My issue was that they were being very rude in there approach letting patrons know they were closing. Might as well lock the door at 730 if you just going to harass people the whole time. There were 3 young ladies in the store not one them asked if we needed help when came in just standing around. No one wanted to tell me there name cause they were wrong. One young lady was being very aggressive and telling me that if we weren't out by 8 she was going to cal security on me. I just reminded her that the patrons are how she get paid. She was approaching me like she was going to jump at me as another employee came to stand in front of her. I'm 7 months pregnant I'm not going to fight you if that's what she was thinking. But to be harassed by this obnoxious young lady was disgusting uncalled for behavior. I will never step foot in this store after return the items that I purchased. I'm sure the owners wouldn't appreciate this.

The owner made us feel welcome and treated us with kindness and respect. She had some beautiful items. This was the only time we saw things we actually liked. Immediately upon trying to enter the store we were stopped with a hand to our face telling us we weren't allowed in in a very nasty tone because I had children with me. Despite there being a small child already inside. My oldest went ahead of me so I could park and there was no reception for me to call or text her to have her come outside so we waited in 86 degrees in front of the store until I finally peeked my head in to ask if someone could send my daughter out. This is where things took an even worse turn. The woman and her husband were seemingly bothered by me asking for them to send my daughter out as she tried on dresses telling me to "just close the door". They came outside and told me while my kids sat on the curb to tell me kids touch things and break stuff and I told them my kids weren't going to do that and she says this isn't against you it's just store policy. All I wanted was to get my daughter a nice prom dress I didn't see the sign that said no kids because her sisters and I were excited to see the dresses on display and what should have been a beautiful memory turned in to a terrible nightmare. The man held the door closed so we couldn't enter and when I walked away to wait for my daughter in the car and put her sisters in the air conditioning the man then followed me to my car. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! Another client walked past and said the woman had a terrible attitude and she was absolutely correct. Save your money and go elsewhere!!

I found these folks while trying to help my mom get her anniversary gift for my dad (one adult…read moreapron, and a matching children's apron for my niece) personalized. Before going in I felt a little embarrassed about asking them to embroider just two small things, but the people who helped me made me feel anything but embarrassed; they offered excellent suggestions and were just as attentive to detail and to me as I imagine they'd be for a whole sports team. I also assured them that while the anniversary was the next day, the last minuteness was totally my fault, and they absolutely didn't have to rush it just to make up for my procrastination. But! Not only did they finish the job in time -- they finished it the same day I came in, and gave me a courtesy call to let me know I could pick the aprons up. The aprons turned out fantastic, and my dad immediately put his on and couldn't wait to give the other one to his grandkid. I highly recommend these folks for their attention to detail, patience, kindness, efficiency, professionalism, and quality of work!
