The tops and bottoms don't always match, even when they have the same color and off the same rack as if they are supposed to go together. This has happened with many blacks that have. I have 7 black sweatpants and 5 black sweatshirts and almost none of them match. The service is on point and their discounts are usually really good. Date I say the best on the east coast but it could be that I just happen to have more access so I see the 40% days more than I do at the other locations. I spoke with the store manager, Alexandra, who repeated policy but did not take ownership of the fact that this situation was caused by a cashier error. I am not asking for anything free. After reading other reviews about their online service, I'm learning they have a trend of doing a…read moreterrible job and it seems like they do so because they have an unfair return and exchange policy in place. I paid $61 to buy these shoes online (because I can't afford nicer sneakers nor can I afford to get to the closest rack room shoes, 19 miles away). When they arrived i was disappointed to find some black on the soles already and most importantly... THE WRONG COLOR. First thing I looked to do is exchange for the pair of shoes that I DO want. Then I learned that I have to go all the way to that store to make the exchange, but my lack of transportation is why I had them delivered in the first place. So obviously I just want to return them now. Their return policy requires that I pay for insurance or for a tracking number... so I literally have to pay for their mistake. What is troubling is seeing all of the other reviews to their online service are also equally as bad. It is appearing like they deliver their undesirable sneakers to delivery customers knowing that we cannot afford to come up to the store or pay the insurance for their delivery (and then order a new pair of sneakers, like I still need to, from another accredited business). By sending bad deliveries to people who choose to trust them enough to order from them online and then hiding behind unfair refund and exchange policies, they are completely taking advantage of financially unstable people. That is a terrible thing to do and they should not be allowed to do business online with a bully reputation like this. Literally, this is my first time getting hustled and bullied by a business in my entire life. This is also the longest review I've ever written. I really hope this review reaches the right people before they make a mistake that will ONLY cost them money.
