The staff was all SO helpful! They went above and beyond to help my shy daughter with her cleats. First they suggested that for her foot pain, we may not need to spend money on new cleats after all- they thought she would find relief from a somewhat inexpensive pair of heel cups. It was so nice of them to be so honest when I was ready with my wallet open! . I decided to buy the heel cups and new cleats because her cleats are a little old. She had trouble finding some that fit and they must have brought her 20 pairs to try on, to make sure she found some that fit comfortably and perfectly. They were so kind and so patient! She knew everyone's name and was able to keep track of a bunch of toddler/early elementary old crazies which she deserves a gold medal for in itself. We would definitely join in on another session with her in the future. The prices of the lessons were really affordable and they also included several public skate admission/rentals so the kiddos could practice their skills which made the package a great value. My only suggestion is more formal information via email on what to expect before the first class so we as parents can prepare better.

But knowing that some new bats are $100+ or even upwards of $250+ a pop, getting a decent one for 50% off retail is great when you don't have the luxury of waiting for sales. And if you are conservation minded like me, the fact that this stuff isn't just getting thrown out and can be used for others is a plus. They also obviously have softball, football, hockey, soccer, and other sport supplies in stock. And the store did not smell like a nasty locker room, which us a great sign.

The organization of the albums were very good as well as the grades listed on the each album.
