I actually bought a few more albums because I felt comfortable about the business style and layout. We bought 10 albums at about 200.00 and feel great about the quality. Their online return policy says that if the original form of payment is not available, then a merchandise credit would be issued. This would have been fine, but the salesperson refused. He would only allow us to exchange the item on the spot. We did not want anything else in the store at the time. Now we are stuck with an over $100 item that does not fit or work for us at all. Zumiez can fix this by taking the return according to their own return policy as of the day we attempted to return the item. Otherwise, no more Zumiez because they do not follow their own policies.
