Desserts - nice variety. Gulab jamun, sooji halwa, assorted cakes

Good food. Vegetarians will love it. Lot of varieties - bhel puri, dahi puri, gone manchurian and paneer malai for starters. Two chicken starters as well. For main course - dal, veg jafrezi, paneer masala, naan and pulao, Singapore style noodles. For non-veg, there are only chicken varieties - chicken biryani, chicken curry. No mutton or fish. Spacious to walk around, but buffet area has only 7 tables, you can sit in the seating space outside the buffet area, but you have to go back and forth. They have paper plates and plastic spoons - might have to think about eating hot soup with a plastic spoon; also fill your own water. Overall good food and good decor. You have to pay first before eating the buffet.

The sweets are delicious here! The mini cake flight was definitely pricey but it was worth it for the flavor variety and tasty experience. I love gulab jamun so this tickled my fancy exactly. Even though I got the order through delivery everything was packaged perfectly and arrived in great condition, so I was very happy about that! Will definitely stop by in person soon!

I used to really like this place when it was originally called Vrindavan. Since the name change, the quality has dropped noticeably, and prices have gone up. I genuinely enjoyed their food before, but now it feels overpriced and average. The seating area has improved compared to before. It's a self-serve restaurant, and the counter service is polite. My go-to order here is the vada pav and dahi puri, both of which have good flavor.

Was excited to try out a new spot in the neighborhood, however was extremely disappointed. Everything was self serve, place was decent and not too many people. The food was terrible. Not a single dish was good unfortunately. Excess use of food color in everything. Chicken biryani that my friends got tasted stale or chicken wasn't well cooked. I got the street style egg noodles - it smelled weird and was too sticky plus absolutely no flavor at all. Gobi Manchurian wasn't crispy at all as if reheated and served. Dal makhani wasn't boiled well. Probably will not visit again. Only the beverages were good. Hope they make some major changes!

Please don't ever go for their buffet.they are just taking money from you and giving you cold and bad food. When you complain and ask they said oh we don't have our manager here and number she gave no one ever picked and no response since then. Strict no to their Buffet , service .

Food is yummy. This is our first time eating here. I can't complain about taste. But I can't help but feel pretty sad about how little chicken we received in our chicken tikka masala order. Literally 5 pieces of chicken, maybe half of a chicken breast for $18 feels like a bit of a rip off.. we will be trying other places moving forward.

Food was average. Ordered pahadi paneer tikka , babycorn chilli, street style chowmein, tandoori roti, veg kholapuri, papdi chaat, paneer biriyani and veg platter. Pahadi tikka had a strong taste and great flavor of tandoor. Platter had paneer gravy, dal makhni and butter naan, rice. Service was quick. They have a variety of appetizers. Also they make customized birthday cakes/wedding cakes.

Vrindaavan Indian Restaurant and Bakery offers a diverse variety of dishes, catering to a range of tastes and preferences. The pricing is optimum, providing value for money with generous portions. The courteous host and hostess contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, enhancing the overall experience. I've tried the following at this restaurant: 1. Egg Fried Rice : The street-style preparation adds a unique touch to this dish - very subtle and satisfying. 2. Chicken Manchuria : Crispy and well-cooked chicken in a blend of sweet and tangy Manchurian sauce - Perfect fusion dish 3. Kala Jamun & Gulab Jamun : Rich and soft ; Delicious treat that melts in the mouth 4. Chai : Just like homemade - aromatic and comforting

The menu has a lot of options! We tried a few vegetarian items, but they weren't the best I've had--just okay, nothing amazing. We didn't try their curries, but they looked different and interesting. Might be worth exploring next time.

We tasted achari soya chaap, achari paneer Tikka, Vada pav and masala soda. These are my top 3 must-have from their menu. Everything was yummy and has a good mix of flavors. The restaurant is very clean, reasonable prices, clean restrooms, music and vibe is very relaxing. We also ordered their soya chaap and biryani for a party order and everyone loved it. Great service. Food cane very quickly.

This review is for the weekend lunch buffet. Overall, Food: 5/5 Service: 0/5 (No service- no servers, paper plates/bowls/cutlery, no water/tea offered) Price: 2/5 We were excited to try the lunch buffett after our favorite Indian restaurant with buffet closed earlier this year. We viewed the menu at the entrance listing today's 30 items, paid at the counter (adding a 15% tip, the lowest standard option) and proceeded into the next room where the buffet was set up. We paid $79 for 2 adults and 1 child (age 3-10) including the 15% tip. The food was extremely good and we were happy with the presentation and options. However, there was no service. The restaurant does not have servers. No one came around offering water/tea. You pick up a paper plate or bowl and throw it away after your meal. $79 for 3 people with 0 service is way too much for lunch. Rasoi has a lot of potential. Their food is amazing- probably the best Indian food I have had in Bellevue. The prices are far too high, there is 0 service (silly to have standard tipping starting at 15%) and the paper plate/plastic cutlery approach is plain weird. When we walked into the empty restaurant we were at first surprised. After our experience, not so much. If Rasoi fixes these issues we would live to come back.

Bit surprised I don't have a review yet for Vrindavan . I have visited, ordered, take out everything from Vrindavan. For me it's the safest Indian place to try any food. They hardly get it wrong. The desert and Chatpata here are just splendid. The only place I know in greater Seattle area with Champaran Mutton on their menu. They even do catering and the catering food is also good - like I said, I have tried everything in Vrindavan. The only thing that they messed up was with a door dash order of Chicken Tikka. Chicken pieces were good but gravy was too much oily. I got cough the very next day . But I am willing to overlook that. "Ek Galti Maaf". For the atmosphere it's not the most appealing dining wise but they make up for it by awesome food they serve. One thing you should definitely try here will be there Pani Puri.

    Nan, roti, tandoori chicken tikka

Quick visit to Bellevue. It's our last night, and Indian food it is. This place was was unexpectedly good. Order at the counter and a very short wait later, we had our food served at the table. Paper plates and plastic ware, so don't expect fancy service. The lady who took order was very helpful and patiently explained some of the subtleties of the menu. We had the tandoori chicken tikka (boneless), garlic goat curry (medium spicy), and a vegetable dish. All were great but my favorite was the goat curry. Nan and roti were good. If I was not impressed by one item, it was the samosas because they were tasty but the crust was a little too dry.

I ordered paneer butter masala and grabbed a mango lassi from the fridge. I returned about 5 min later and it was ready for me! They do not ask for spice preference, and the things I have ordered all have mild heat (equivalent to 1-2 stars). This works great for me. The meals all come with rice, which is great. The food is definitely better for takeout, as the curry and rice were in different containers and it was a little awkward to try to eat it there. That said, it held up great and was a perfect meal on the couch! The ambiance in the food court is so so. Really depends on the time of day. Lots of crying babies there when we went, so we took it to go.

This was a Friday, so I was told the lunch specials were no longer valid. There attendant explained that it's only valid Monday-Thursday. I find that kind of lame, like it's the middle of the day on Friday c'mon. I got the Butter Chicken meal which was ok. The chicken was a bit dry, but the sauce was nice and creamy. About 2 servings. The meal also comes with Naan, it was 3 nice sized pieces. They were hot and tasted fresh. The presentation was nice as my expectations for food court food a slightly lower. Getting it "for here" over "to go" probably helped with that. I'd consider going again but definitely would try for a lunch special to save a few bucks.

I'd say overall, the menu was a little pricey, but they've got some pretty unique offerings. Parking is pretty easy as it's a shared lot with crossroads. Malaiyo is effectively just textbook light, whipped cream with a ton of saffron. They definitely don't skimp on the saffron, so if you enjoy that floral, slightly herbal flavor, this will be the dessert for you. Jalebi Rabri came out piping hot and it's got a crunch that once you bite through, the sugar syrup just gushes out. It's definitely tasty, but it was SO sweet. I'd probably put in an order and share this with a group as more than one in a sitting might be a bit tough. Banarasi Lassi was just a little tart, creamy, and had a little bit of saffron swirled through. It had just a touch of the floral saffron flavor and the sliced almonds on top were a nice touch.
