I was very excited to see a new boba place open nearby. I came on their grand openong day for bogo drinks. I waited 46 minutes total. I ordered a variety of drinks, two being the Okinawa milk teas..regular sweetness. It has no flavor, it just tastes like milk. I wouldn't recommend it. And now i have 2 of them..It is my favorite drink from sharetea, and I thought it would taste the same here at raretea, but that isn't the case. I already left but I hope they will let me exchange them. I also ordered taro milk tea with pudding (this one tasted good) they're pudding is excellent and peach black tea and will update my review once I taste the remaining drinks. A place to hangout and study that isn't Starbucks, count me in! These boba shops are rare here in the Lancaster area so I was excited to check them out. They got the vibes similar to the boba shops in the San Gabriel Valley area in Los Angeles. I'm talking about plentiful of tables, outlets to plug your laptop and good boba to top it off. We came on a Friday evening, and I love how spacious the shop is. They have a couple of tables (both small and big) and I saw some folks on their laptop, while others reading a book. It's also very new so everything was sparkling clean and gorgeous. My friend and I tried the Taro and Coffee Milk Tea. The taro milk tea was so good, and the boba was rather chewy. And wow, they were very generous with the boba. The staff were also very nice, and thanked us for coming by and trying their drinks. I will definitely come by again since this is a great spot to study and chill. They also have WIFI which is great for students to come by. The only con I would have is that it would be nice to have snacks alongside with boba, but they are recently new so adding snacks wouldn't be possible at this time. OH MY GOD! I'm usually a coffee person but now i have found a tea place that taste good and healthier. I asked for a hot drink recommendation and the cashier recommended me to try the Tea-Presso organic milktea hot. So I chose Earl Grey Milk tea hot. It made with cream and organic whole milk, even tho the drink was super milky and creamy the flavor for their tea still come through. FANTASTIC TEA AND SERVICES. must try their tea presso. We have tried at least 5 different boba (Not counting all the great spots in LA) places between Lancaster and Palmdale this is the BEST. Probably the best in the AV. ONLY reason I give 4 stars is because tonight we got about 10 pieces of boba in our drinks and they didn't look like they normally do with all the yummy drizzle down the insides of the cup. These photos are how they usually look. Tonight they looked shaken up already and like I said hardly had any boba. I'll chalk this up to us coming in about an hour and a half before closing and they probably sold all the yummy boba through the day haha. This place is my new addiction the mango smoothie with mango popping bobba, the brown sugar Carmel, but my favorite, the orange cream smoothie . The wait time is good and the service is friendly, especially the young lady that works there. I didn't catch her name, but she was always friendly. I never liked dunking, bobba time is meh, Dutch bros is diabetes in a cup, and they will definitely replace Starbucks, IMO.
