Rapha is great. I'm not a biker per sé, but I love this place. Great coffee, great atmosphere. They don't play music at all...its so nice to hear yourself think. The baristas and retail people are extremely friendly but not too much in your business like other places in boulder. No one kisses your ass here nor do they ignore you. They treat you like an adult. And I appreciate that. Beautifully decorated and peaceful.

Sure, with exception of their Core line, it's mostly at the top of the price pyramid.

Carly and Sydney stood out, though to be fair I did interact with them the most. Ben, the manager, is also the kind of person you enjoy doing business with. The bike was phenomenal, but the service is what stood out. If you are in Boulder and need a rental this is the place to go and they will direct you to all the nearby trails. If you are in a position to purchase, this is also the place.

I didn't go for the premium road bike because I was in town for work so wasn't going to be able to ride loads to make it worth it, but enjoyed riding in the mountains for the week. My main problem was that after I had paid I asked where the flat kit was and was told that there weren't any for that bike. This was frustrating because their website says it's included, so I hadn't brought any kit with me and had to buy spares/tools. The pricing was also relatively opaque (the final price didn't match the website). The person who served me spent a long time setting up a mountain bike rented by the person before me, but didn't really seem to know much about road bikes and seemed quite disinterested. They adjusted the saddle height but when I said it was still too low they didn't change it again (luckily I had to buy tools after anyway). They also didn't check the tyre pressure, which I had to sort out myself after I'd left and realised they were soft. Decent bike and great riding, but check what's actually included and confirm the price before you pay.

I know many of the staff on a first name basis and they never steer me wrong. My husband is the avid camper, hiker , adventurer, but I have been lucky to find xc skis here for years, to have my bike serviced here and most recently have bought much footwear and casual outdoor seasonal wear. What I was looking for today was not yet in stick for summer but I will look again next week when the spring/summer sale starts. With a membership there are so many perks so the savings are huge, especially kf you use their partner credit card. Even leaving empty handed today, it was a fun experience . And when my husband needs a new tent, no matter how small in comparison to this display today, he will get it here and at a good price for exceptional quality.

Being grandiose but not too far off. Their panic was hilariously overzealous. Take pride in your job but brother - Your assistant daytime front end merch manager status equals zero power. Y'all need to chill the eff out. You're an outdoor gear store. Supposed to be a part of and embrace your community. There's a reason why people are turning in their memberships left and right. As you'll note from my previous review I was a big fan of this shop. They did great repairs on my vintage Schwinn and carefully constructed my vintage English bike shipped from Maine. While the repair portion of the store is no longer scheduling bike repairs one of the staffers is branching off to open his own repair shop. Just head on back to the bike repair area to add your name to a contact list so he can reach out when his new shop is up and running. Nearly everything in the store is on sale (fixtures excluded, however there is a sign up for those items). My gal pal and I perused the bikes (she's in the market for one), ladies clothing, snacks, and helmets. My gal pal scored a beautiful Giro helmet for 40% off, score. If you are in the market for some bike accessories, or event a new bike definitely come and check this place out ASAP as the staff weren't able to confirm when the doors would close for a final time.

Im sure everyone was contactign them - instead they let me waste my time thru out week emailing them and then calling to find out iut wasnt real. This seems like a big marketign scam to get your customers attention and try to keep it by offering fake prizes. Im not going to purchase from this store ever again!!! What a bunch of scammers!
