Nice and clean! Sales staff were friendly and helpful. Surprised that they had a cool cafe with a few tables/chairs inside . Great coffee! Ordered the cortado, matcha tea latte, and vanilla latte. Found some stuff on sale and chilled in the cafe for a bit. Hope to come back to visit again someday! read more

I came into Boulder today to buy my first kit and I was very pleased with the service. The young brown haired gal absolutely crushed it with knowledge and was able to get me kitted out with an awesome new kit. She blew my marbles away with her customer service and product knowledge! I didn't know that my big boned body could even fit in so much spandex. She made me feel young and like a new man. I am very excited to get out there and rip the roads. read more

World-class apparel, footwear, accessories and clubhouse experience. For technical apparel, Rapha really remains #1, hardly anyone even close. Top design, good fit specs, technical fabrications, true innovations, brilliantly merchandised and excellent quality. Generally a solid vetern staff with eager, rotating newcomers at your service (but not without some opportunity to improve store/website experience, starting with those managing things). Sure, with exception of their Core line, it's mostly at the top of the price pyramid. But, one can find lots here at a reasonable price by: avoiding overpriced lines/categories (all Brevet, Pro jerseys), skew towards "Core" line, grab the many reasonably priced product gems (knee warmers, footwear, socks, baselayers) and wait for frequent and fairly generous sales of "Archived" items. And when you find that one, just-brilliant, perfect-fit item - splurge for the exceptional at full price if needed and don't look back. There is a reason for the higher price - its the best out there by far that riders always feel great wearing for years. Just look at what so many riders in Boulder (let's just say a techy, discriminating clientel) wear in past years. Lots of Rapha. read more

Let me start with "I love the brand Rapha", they make amazing clothes, and I consider myself lucky to wear any of it while riding. Great fit/material, it's a candy store for cyclist. The good, Lundi behind the bar was amazing, super friendly, honest, I could have chatted about coffee, espresso, riding, life for a while. He is very welcoming and pleasant. The bad, the owner/manager. Rapha in the world of cycling is extremely expensive, so One must have a minimum set of expectations regarding some level of customer service. I'm not needy, I don't need much other than someone being at the very least genuinely into his store and what he is selling. Instead you are facing an individual lacking any interest overall, no passion what so ever, barely a smile when you are spending over $600 and close to unwilling to close your transaction.. Not sure if he was having a bad day, but he sure made us feel not welcome. Simply put, the summer intern is far more pleasant to interact with, it's sad and not representative of Boulder overall. read more

Rapha is great. I'm not a biker per sé, but I love this place. Great coffee, great atmosphere. They don't play music at all...its so nice to hear yourself think. The baristas and retail people are extremely friendly but not too much in your business like other places in boulder. No one kisses your ass here nor do they ignore you. They treat you like an adult. I really didn't want to like this place - but wanted to try out the Rapha cycling clothes based on a friends' recommendation. Now, my Rapha kit is my favorite. It is so comfortable. It is pretty expensive (compared to what I was previously buying), but I think it's worth it! I love the minimal designs. Also, I loved that you get a 20% discount when you buy a kit of jersey and bibs. Total welcome surprise. Tip: Be sure to try on sizes between the product lines. They seemed dramatically different to me. I needed one size in their core line and a different in the Suplesse line. read more

So awesome that we have a Rapha here in Boulder. Before COVID it was such a vibrant meeting place for rides and I hope it finds its stride again because it's a great place for a coffee and a group ride. I was bracing myself for an intimidating atmosphere but that was not at all what I experienced. I've always wanted to go to a Rapha clubhouse, so I stopped in here on a snowy weekday when business was slow. The coffee bar setup was nice, and the staff working the apparel in the back were really friendly and offered great recommendations when I was having trouble finding a jersey with the right fit. read more

Over the course of several years shopping at Rapha, I have experienced quality customer service and merchandise. My Dad loves their brand, and it has been incredibly convenient to have Rapha so close to campus where I can go pick-up his orders, purchase a coffee, and just hang-out in their welcoming environment. Cafe is great, like the coffee, but the Saturday group ride is SLOW...and I mean painfully SLOW! I would recommend having 2 groups, a group that is able to go at their own pace on the route, if someone is dropped from this group, they fall back to the main, second group...A second, no-drop group, would have a leader and sweeper in the rear. Each rider is given a cue sheet for the day's route and responsible for knowing the route. "A" group is a drop ride at a fast pace, "B" group is no-drop at a slower pace as described above. This is how many other bike shops and organizations do their rides. You can still have rendevoux points and "A's" can choose to stop, or not. I was yelled at 3x today to slow down...and I wasn't even going fast, we went out East on the flats! I would do this ride again if I had a rest day, or chose to do this instead of sitting on the couch for the day. Sorry guys, you need to come up with a better group ride read more

If you love road cycling it's filled with memorabilia. If you don't really care for bikes the café is still fairly undiscovered. You can always find a seat and the coffee drinks are excellent. The rice bowl is a steal at $7. You can become a member of their store's club and for $200 get free coffee drinks for this annual fee. read more
