The next day I was informed the price for which I hit 'Pay Now' and for which I received a confirmation and an order# was inaccurate. To complete the sale there would be an additional charge of ~$239. I offered to meet them halfway and pay more than their advertised price plus I offered to waive any maintenance/tuning program they offer with new purchases. LBC declined. They refused to honor their advertised price. Informed me I would need to pay $1,948 for a bicycle I thought I had already purchased on their site for $1,684 the day before. All this being said, after we could not come to an agreement, the sale was indeed cancelled and I was not charged. However, it is frustrating I was unable to complete my purchase at the advertised price, particularly after offering a reasonable compromise.

It did for me - and I've ridden high-end, 'custom-fitted' bikes for decades. Doing just this with Cenna was robably my best cycle experience - from a long list of good-to-great ones - with even gaining tons of new & valuable cycle learning. Cenna is a true pro with a hard-earned experience over decades that, combined with the right amount of data-driven fit input, results in that true, perfect fit experience. Easily the best bike fit of many before. One you immediately consciously tune into on each ride in a delightful way. It is worth noting that it is better to have an average bike with a perfect fit (than the best bike with a mediocre fit). So don't underestimate the fit side. And Cenna is a true fit pro as well as a truly expert mechanic immensely knowledgeable about the entire range of equipment (road, tri, gravel, mtn) and its optimal installation. But, what is best for you - not what the shop likes for themselves. And, to note, there is some great depth in the shop from Harrison. Sure, many bikes can sure seem an expensive luxury; complete pro fits an indulgence. Don't let others judge your inferior bike - or your high-end one. But, whatever bike you resonate with, the investment in a great fit should bear some truly nice dividends over its life. My experience is that this is a great bike shop of wide scope and depth for most any need from basic to the finesse wrenchings needed for a top cat rider.

I picked up a rear wheel part here and they were very nice. The brewery wing was awesome! I got a Pumpkin Ale from 4Noses Brewery in Broomfield, and it was awesome! Plenty of flavor and spice. I didn't go for the premium road bike because I was in town for work so wasn't going to be able to ride loads to make it worth it, but enjoyed riding in the mountains for the week. My main problem was that after I had paid I asked where the flat kit was and was told that there weren't any for that bike. This was frustrating because their website says it's included, so I hadn't brought any kit with me and had to buy spares/tools. The pricing was also relatively opaque (the final price didn't match the website). The person who served me spent a long time setting up a mountain bike rented by the person before me, but didn't really seem to know much about road bikes and seemed quite disinterested. They adjusted the saddle height but when I said it was still too low they didn't change it again (luckily I had to buy tools after anyway). They also didn't check the tyre pressure, which I had to sort out myself after I'd left and realised they were soft. Decent bike and great riding, but check what's actually included and confirm the price before you pay.
