I had no idea they did banners. I created my design, uploaded on the site which was very user friendly and hit order. It was ready in two hours! I used a coupon code and got 50% off too! As a busy, full time working mom of two toddlers omg the time saved is so much appreciated. The banner is 2x6 and looks amazing. I also purchased hair care products as they had a decent selection. I needed a propane tank and was surprised they had that too. I just figured I'd ask just in case so I had a one stop shop today. One of the men working was kind enough to get the tank and bring to my car for me. I was carrying my son. The lady at checkout was kind enough to give me a protective tube for my banner. It just comes rolled in a plastic sleeve but they had had tube cases at the photo counter. I'm happy!

Apparently it didn't register after I submitted my info but that's okay, I still had to wait about 20 more minutes. I was there at least an hour after my appointment. They are outright disrespectful of patients. A couple of their pharmacists should be fired. I had my new pharmacy call them to initiate the transfer of my medication profile. They did not only that, but successfully processed my prescription (that didn't actually need a prior authorization) and called me personally to inform me of the status. Funny thing... it's another CVS. CVS pharmacy on Campo should be shut down. The rest of the store can stay, but this last experience was one bad too many with them. Never again.

The customer service at this store was extremely disappointing. I was waiting in the self-checkout…read moreline when a register opened up just to the left of the main group of self-checkout stations. When it was my turn, I walked over to use it. Almost immediately, a female employee came over and accused me of cutting the line, saying there were others ahead of me. I explained that I believed the group in front of me was all together, but that if I was mistaken, they could go first. She then had me walk back over so she could ask the group--who confirmed they were all together. Despite that, the employee then told another worker that they could go next instead of me. I clarified that I had been waiting in line and was directly behind the group and had not cut in line. The other employee told me that it was ok and I could use the register. The entire situation was embarrassing and unnecessary. I had done nothing wrong as I was waiting in line and was the next person, yet was publicly called out and treated rudely in front of other customers. It left a very negative impression, and I hope management takes steps to better train staff on professionalism and communication.
