They moved my prescriptions to this CVS from RiteAid. THEY DID NOT move the refills on these prescritions. they have to call the doctor and write a new prescription. I received two texts from them saying they had my prescriptions ready. Neither was ready. One they knew nothing about and the other they did not have a record of the 5 refills. I will never set foot in this CVS (or any other CVS for that matter) again. I am now going on my third day without my epilepsy meds. Just staying home waiting for a seizure to start - hopefully not. It will be a few days before CZS "might" get my refills corrected. Stay far, far away from this incompetent pharmacy if your medicines are anything more than aspirin. They left me sitting around waiting to seize up. That's just so much fun (NOT). I moved to Sav-On in Albertson until I get this straight since CVS can't do anything right. A completely unprofessional, inadequate, error prone pharmacy, and I get to stay at home waiting to go unconscious and crack my face on the floor again. By the way, a human doesn't answer their phone. They ask you to leave a message and they will call you back in an hour. I've never received a call back rom them. Worst customer service ever at the pharmacy. No communication with the customer--just blank stares and no social skills or friendliness.

No wonder this Pharmacy only have 1 star. Yesterday Came here to pick up my Aun't medications and her newly prescribe medication.To make my story short . The Middle estern Guy. Not to be racist but i just want to make it known for other People who might encounter him. told me there was no New Medication. Nothing. Wasn't received it. I find it rude and disresfectful to not fully engage to a customer Even before i ask a few times because he was so busy typing whatever bullshit he's typing at the computer. What happen to Customer service? He is liar and need education about customer service considering he call himself a pharmacist. I went to another branch of CVS much closer to where my aunt live and transfer all her medication in there and wallllaaahhh much to my surprise the new medication was long received by CVS. What an asshole. Lied to my face. Maybe that guy hate asian, He was okay helping The caucasian lady before me but when it was my turn he was just dismissive. I give the store a 5 star but I give the pharmacy 1 star. I was out of the country but knew I would be back in time to get my prescription. The pharmacy sent a couple courtesy texts to let me know that they will hold my meds as long as I pick them up by the 10th. So I went earlier today and there was like 10 people in line but it was the 10th so I waited. I was finally called and the girl says. Oh, I'm sorry I don't have anything for you. And I said, well, I have a message saying that it's gonna be held until the 10th and she said oh yes, they put that away this morning. I said can I ask you what the date is today? She said the 10th And I said, well, that's what I thought it's still the 10th. I said all day today is the 10th and this says I could pick it up until the 10th. No problem, you could just go over and start over and go take care of it now. Why would it be put away if they said it's gonna be here till the 10th? It was almost like I was speaking a different language.She looked at me like I was crazy. read more

Honestly just avoid their pharmacy at all costs. Today was my last straw with them. I will be moving my prescriptions somewhere else. Not worth the headache they give you over the simplest tasks. The line is always out the door and nothing is ever done on time or when they tell you it is. Don't bother calling because they either never answer or pickup and hang up on you. People please check your prescriptions before you leave this store. The bag mine was placed in was correct, with my name and med. But, when I got home there was meds for someone else. Thank goodness I took time to notice. I had to drive back to CVS feeling like crap and met with, "It will be a moment". At which time my response was, "I don't have a moment". The man came over in a bit off a huff! After explaining what happened he wanted to know if I'd taken any of it...if I had that would be an entire different discussion. The male was sorry. This pharmacy literally never has my prescription ready. Every time I've come here picking up the same prescription, I get a different incompetent person. And every time, I receive a 30-40 minute wait. I'm actually standing right here hearing one of the pharmacy techs raising her voice at another customer (an older woman) and telling her to "call the manufacturer". Absolute trash customer service lol. Ooh another older gentleman just went to pick-up and said he's been waiting for 40 minutes. The last several times I've been in line at the RX counter women have cut in front of me after sometimes after a long wait. l have also witnessed hostile exchanges from customers when the same thing happened to other women. The pharmacy techs allow/acknowledge this and have stated "this is not our responsibility to watch the line". This is clearly, a discrimination cultural rude acceptance from some of the pharmacy tech(s) who conveniently look the other way, as importantly, in my personal opinion, I sense there is unwritten encouragement for the favoritism b ehavior. If this is happening to me, how often does this occur? When I have spoken up one tech stated "they are waiters", which is untrue because I've watched carefully, with no mistake. The service is horrible by many of the revolving "employees". As a 35 year customer this is out of control. As a 70 year old women I should not feel upset knowing that I need to pickup prescriptions with a chance of someone cutting in front of me and becoming unpleasant, this is seemingly an accepted standard. I am going to change locations for other reasons as well. We get calls that our RX's are filled and when we go to pick them up they are not ready!!!! The system is unreliable, so how can I feel confident of the services overall. a real hot mess for sure!!! Change to other locations or better yet go to Vons, Costco anywhere but here. This is unfortunate because the longterm pharmacy employees are excellent, knowledgeable, and helpful and have aslo stated "we are aware of the situation". read more

It seems that every time I get a cut that needs a band aide, there never seems to be one in sight at my place. I drove down to this CVS given it is the closes one to my place. The minute I walked in, I asked an employee where the band-aides were and she pointed me to the right directions. I was in luck because they happen to be on sale! I AM DONE WITH CVS! I am going to move my prescription to Rite Aide. They are rude from the store clerk, store manager to the corporate people all around!! I ordered 2 boxes of COVID test kits using CVS app since it said the "same day delivery". I received a confirmation email saying it would arrive on the same day. Then 5 min later another email said it will be delayed without saying for how long, and there was no way to cancel the order. I went to another CVS and bought a box later the day. 4 days later I received the package so I brought them back to CVS store to return. The store clerk said I couldn't return the COVID test kits. Then the store manager came and she was RUDE and SNOBBY saying nothing she could do about it and it was to prevent insurance fraud. Then she wrote the CVS corporate phone on my shopping strip and told me to call them. I called and I was put on hold for over 10 min so when finally the woman answered the call, I couldn't hear her well (I volumed down because the music was irritating) so I said "hello?" She started speaking extremely loud and slow "WHO AM I SPEAKING WITH!!!!?" Then when I explained her my problem, she said the return policy was on the CVS.com website. I told her I used CVS app and there is no where it says that, even in the small print of the return policy attached to the COVID test product order page. I also told her that it appears that CVS is purposely showing the items available for the same day delivery even though they are not available knowing we can't return them. She said I would see the return policy if I went to the CVS.com on my computer and the website overrules the CVS app. I told her that they should not offer the app if it is not giving correct information. Then I told her it looks like there is a potential law suit here and hung up the call. Also a few months ago, they didn't have the eye medication I needed after my surgery. The guy told me to call the next day in the early afternoon because they would get the shipment the next day and they would deliver it to me on the same day. When I called and asked the status the next day, they said the delivery person already left and I had to pick it up myself if I wanted it the day. I had to drive myself while my eyes were not even fully open. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE AGAIN. read more

I've been going into this pharmacy off & on for more than 15 years and have never encountered the level of disrespect and unprofessional service as I did today. I went to pick a a prescription, running late for an appointment (my fault) but needed to meds for the appt. I got to the window and I asked if I could do this kinda hurriedly. As soon as I said that it was like a switch went off in this females head...she went slower & sloower & S L O W E R... she asked how to spell my name 3 times!! My names is common so no issues there. After she couldn't find it, "um yeah, just head over to pick up & somebody'll be with you". I asked again, can this be a little quicker. The other person took her time, then found my name and wanted to fix their computer glitch as I stood there...she went back to the other computer and proceeded to coach Thing 1 on what to do NEXT TIME she encountered the issue... about 5 minutes later she went to look for my scrip, couldn't find it (allegedly) they're all stored alphabetically...walked to the other computer (3 min), back to the meds (2-3 min) found it it took her another 5-7 min to ring me up (.61 cents)... 3 minutes to fiddle with the register and OMG!!! I said, so all of this just because I said I was in a hurry.. she had no response...TOO MUCH TO PICK UP 1 PRESCRIPTION THAT WAS READY YESTERDAY!! I'm not going to stop going there, I've never had a problem. But before I let either of them wait on me again, I will request that my prescriptions be sent to another pharmacy. Michelle is wonderful! However the man working there has horrible customer service skills. He slammed my daughter's items on the counter and refused to accept her CVS discount because "they were too busy" The elderly lady in line in front of my daughter was in tears because of the way he scowled at her for asking him a question. This is a really busy pharmacy. If you plan to drop off and wait while it gets filled, good luck! Usually I call in and pick up later but last time I was there I had to pick up right as it was called in bc I hurt my back pretty bad and needed the meds asap. I waited for a long time even though it was supposed to be expedited. I can't give them a bad grade for being busy. I can however doc them a couple stars for not hiring more personnel. honestly I've had the worst time with this place, communication doesn't mean anything to them. i walked in they said it would be ready in 15mins, I left comeback 30 mins later still not ready. so, they apologize and say 15mins, i go wait in the car comeback still wasn't ready. they say 10 more mins, still wasn't ready for another 30mins. i understand the pressure that these people are under, but when someones in pain, it's really difficult to deal with a situation like these. i really do appreciate them but this is just bad service. read more

I get my pills here. Mmmmm pills. The Up - Always clean, well-stocked, brightly lit, and there's a ton of great candy that greets you immediately when you walk in. I treasure hunt in this store. Someone goes around and tapes coupons from the weekly store ad to random items throughout the store, so every now and then I manage to get a few extra coins off of something that I came in to buy. Last time it was toothpaste. Before that it was ice cream. The Down - The customer service here is really inconsistent. Some of the people in the pharmacy are awesome, like the bald stocky black guy or the young white female pharmacy tech. Some are asshats. You just never know. read more

Have used this CVS for 4 plus years. Last night I went to pick-up my prescription for Levothyroxine (for hypothyroid) and as I was walking out of the store, I opened the paper bag the pill bottle was in and noted someone else's name on the bottle and the medication was Omeprazole (for gi issues). I immediately returned to the counter and pointed out the error. The printed slip on the bag had my correct info- but the medication was wrong and it wasn't my name on the bottle. Can you say HIPPA violation? The corrected they mistake. But I feel as if it was taken very "lightly" on their part. read more

This CVS is so convenient but in the past there have been BIG problems. It used to be often dirty. Stocking wasn't consistent (people would leave things on random shelves and the things would stay there ... cluttered). The cashiers .. well I'm sorry, they were tweakers. Long lines, as others have mentioned. No carts - EVER! However, I have noticed a BIG difference in the last ~6 months. Store is clean. Cashiers are helpful. I called in with a question tonight and had a very helpful and polite person answer my questions. There are always carts. I really appreciate the CVS commitment to no cigarettes. This is now my "go to" for less-than-Costco-volume trash bags, soap etc. read more
