This CVS is literally the WORST ever. They mess up your prescriptions, give you wrong dosing…read moreinstructions, do not respond to calls or messages on the app or in live person. Do not process auto refills ??? They do not initiate the basic things such as prior authorization or refill authorization. Their attitude is literally the worst I've ever experienced. They are outright disrespectful of patients. A couple of their pharmacists should be fired. I had my new pharmacy call them to initiate the transfer of my medication profile. They did not only that, but successfully processed my prescription (that didn't actually need a prior authorization) and called me personally to inform me of the status. Funny thing... it's another CVS. CVS pharmacy on Campo should be shut down. The rest of the store can stay, but this last experience was one bad too many with them. Never again.

I'm so appreciative of how quickly she was able to fill my son's prescription. Other pharmacies couldn't fill it for days and Fatima filled it same day (late on a Friday too!) so my son could start his medicine as soon as possible. There happened to be a worker stocking the shelf so I ask her if this is right? She laughs cause she thinks it's crazy too. Looks it up in her system. Oh that's what it's coming up as. She called her manager. He checked the system and something else and says, yeah that's the price. WTH? Obviously I went with the bigger can but, what? I know I've seen reports talking about how Walmart tracks you now and knows what time you shop and AI changes the pricing before you get to an item. So was this an obvious error or something more nefarious since that was the can I always buy. I'm hoping the former.
