I have been going to Leo's Lakeside Pharmacy for several years. They are the best!! The best customer service anywhere. They really care.

Worst pharmacy I've ever used. Had to transfer RX to them when Rite Aid closed. I'll place a refill order then never get notified when it's ready. Days later I'll contact Leo's and it hasn't been filled or they can't find it. Then I have to wait again to get it filled. They won't contact the doctor to answer questions about the order so I have to do it. I had an RX filled that wasn't the quantity the Dr. prescribed. I had to correct their error. read more

The staff are friendly and helpful. You can walk in for vaccinations, the pharmacist is knowledgeable, and I never have pain or bruising from the shot! They also have a great selection of cards and grocery items if you need to make a quick stop. read more

We are so happy we found Leo's Lakeside Pharmacy! The pharmacist Rajesh(?) is so friendly and professional. He is very helpful and often comes from behind the counter to help people find their products or talk to them about when it will come in. We were waiting for a prescription and observed at least 10 people come in and out and he and his staff took a personal interest in everyone, ensuring no one got overlooked or ignored. In this day and age, with the soul sucking siphon that is CVS, it'd be reasonable to assume that retail pharmacy is dead. I was humbled to see that this place had not lost its spirit. The pharmacist here (Raj I think) was insanely disarming and professional. It reminded me of the olden days when the pharmacy was more of a mom and pop shop instead of a BurgerKing. This was my second stop trying to pick up a prescription for my hubby after he had a dental procedure done. Turned out there was a mix up on the doctors office end which made things more complicated. The staff at Leo's were so nice and went the extra mile to call the Dr's office and figure things out for me and put the order in. I had both of my littles with me and one was very impatient so I was extremely thankful they were able to take care of it and not worry about my husband going overnight being in pain. Nicest people you will meet. Fast service and always a smile. I needed a temporary pharmacy while I was up in East county recovering from a fall. I stayed at my sisters home which is a block away from her place. My regular pharmacy is Ralph's so I was a bit scared to use another pharmacy, needless worry, fantastic service and people. read more

Leo's Pharmacy not only has all three Covid 19 Vaccines but gave me an appointment for the same day and within the hour. Prior to going to Leo's I went to CVS because they claimed to have the J & J vaccine in stock and would accept walk-ins. Once I arrived to CVS they did not allow walk-ins and they didn't have any J&J vaccines left. The Staff at Leo's Pharmacy was VERY accommodating and reassuring, as I was extremely nervous of the whole ordeal. Since I work with the very old, the very young and everyone in between it was about time I finally receive this particular vaccine. Raj Zalavadiya, the Pharmacist, was SUPER kind, and informative. He made me feel very at ease and made sure I was feeling well before I left. They supplied me with a card to prove vaccination and they were even sweet enough to give me a sticker which I instantly put on!! read more

I have to say that I have been using Leos Lakeside Pharmacy for years. Even when I moved out of the area I continued to use them for my prescription needs. I am truly impressed by the excellent customer service that they provide to everyone and the feeling of being at a place where they actually care is a plus. Well today I had to call in for my prescription to be delivered due to having been diagnosed with Covid. They made sure my meds got to me right away with same day delivery. But I got an extra bonus and they sent over some vitamin C along with my prescription at no charge to help me with staying hydrated. This is amazing. They treat me as part of their family and I am a customer for life now. Thank you so much for being a great pharmacy and just a wonderful neighborhood store. My son, who is fearful of shots, just got his Covid booster here, they were great with him! When making the appointment I emailed with a question about the boosters and Raj emailed me right back! Today my son ran late for his appointment and they took him without any problem and again replied to my email promptly. This pharmacy was the only one with same day/next day covid booster shot availability in San Diego County when I needed it a couple weeks ago. I found street parking in front, walked in and there were tables set up specifically for covid vaccines, and it took less than 15 minutes to check in and receive the booster. In the time I waited, I saw a couple kids get the vaccine from the pharmacist, so quick and easy that there was no time for anxiety or tears! Just incredible.
