Obviously they were closing , it was about 6:05 at this time but the pharmacist filled my prescription , I paid and off I went . Just want to say thanks so much as I had been feeling like crap for days and we live an hour from town ! Was able to take a pill and start feeling better and not waste gas to come back the next day ! Also they've made more than one quantity error in filling my written prescriptions (maybe they can't read my doctor's chicken scratch? I don't know.) The biggest problem here is that this CVS is seriously understaffed - you can tell they are working as hard as they can, but the turnaround time on prescriptions is SLOW and you often have to wait in line to pick-up prescriptions because there's only one person working the counter.

They should permanently close off the door on Kettner and create a booze only counter with the liquor behind it, not accessible to the customer unless they are buying it at the booze counter.

Unfortunately on both of my visits here I did not find what I needed and had to venture elsewhere to get those items. Customer service wasn't too bad here, they were attentive to the needs of those in the store, but at some points they appeared to be bothered to help you at first. It is what it is. When I was finally the next car up, the window was closed without a word--no acknowledgment, no explanation, just shut down. After waiting over 30 minutes, I was completely ignored. One important tip: try your best to arrive before 2:45 PM--and honestly, even that may be cutting it close. On my most recent visit, I checked in around 2:40 PM and was informed that they wouldn't be able to accommodate me that day. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, though, and they referred me to another nearby location. Unfortunately, when I arrived there, the line was even longer, and they were unable to fit me in as well. Despite that experience, I still prefer getting my labs done at this Walgreens because the process is usually quick and efficient. Check-in is simple, and when timing works out, I'm generally in and out without any hassle. A few helpful tips for first-time visitors..... -Bring your photo ID and insurance card. -If you have a lab requisition from your physician, bring it with you. -If your provider submitted the order electronically, they can typically pull it up in their system. I've never had any issues receiving my lab results, and the staff have always been professional and courteous. My only suggestion would be to consider accommodating patients who have already checked in before the cutoff time, especially those who arrive before the 15-minute mark leading up to closing. It can be disappointing to complete the check-in process only to learn there isn't enough time to be seen. Overall, this is still one of my preferred locations for lab work because of the friendly staff and efficient service. If you're in the area and need labs done, just plan to arrive early and you should have a smooth experience. As always, you can thank me later!

Apparently it didn't register after I submitted my info but that's okay, I still had to wait about 20 more minutes. I was there at least an hour after my appointment.
