A/C units all around the store. Lots of promotional items. It's pretty busy inside the store. Downside to coming into the store is, if you're picking up a prescription you can't help but look to see what else you need. Convenience is always a good idea.

There are not a lot of people that know how to handle errors in a computer system that well. I've…read moredealt with a lot of this kind of issues cus of the county's mistake this year but the young pharmacist there I believe his name is Phi , Asian tall slender man, handled this wonderfully. Not only he took over for his coworker who basically dismissed me and ignored that I told her to search me up a certain way. Phi listened, he even told me that he "changed it in all the systems so that whenever I went to another CVS this would be easier for me" . Then he did two shots for me and I was impressed with how gentle he was. Not a lot of younger medical staff know how to be gentle. Usually the gentler people are much much older staff who have been doing shots for decades. This young man has been there for 4 yeard and within that 4 years he has picked up really well. I'm really impressed tbh. I have had really heavy hand medical staff even at Sharps or Scripps do my shots hard. I'm pleased with my experience there, I hope to see more bright and positive people like Phi in the future.

Santee Walmart was the last people to do an oil change on my car and did not replace four of the screws for my splash pan which explains the noise I've been hearing. The gals who answer the phone are always disgruntled, rude and literally have no customer service skills. I was not alerted or called by Costco to let me know there was an issue with my prescription, I did not receive a text or email for days. When I finally called and asked about this they mentioned there was an issue and I had to call my DR but that I wasn't enrolled in texts/email notifications and that's why I haven't been contacted. Cool? Flash forward after a week of back and forths I left a voicemail, no updates and when I finally called employee Margaret (whom I talked to before) mentioned that it was ready. I asked how come I wasn't contacted and again that I wasn't signed up for texts. So that means no one gets a phone call?? Not standard for any pharmacy, but sounds like Costco just doesn't care. Anyway- employees seem to hate working here which is fine, but don't rub it off on the customers. Hope the employees find greener pastures so that we can have a pleasant Costco experience one day....
