A/C units all around the store. Lots of promotional items. It's pretty busy inside the store. Downside to coming into the store is, if you're picking up a prescription you can't help but look to see what else you need. Convenience is always a good idea.

Thankfully Matthew, in the photo Center, was professional and friendly, and tried his best. The other two should really learn from him. Yet nobody called to let me know before I made a special trip over here... after making a big enough deal, suddenly they are able to locate the supplies they need! What do you know!

One important tip: try your best to arrive before 2:45 PM--and honestly, even that may be cutting it close. On my most recent visit, I checked in around 2:40 PM and was informed that they wouldn't be able to accommodate me that day. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, though, and they referred me to another nearby location. Unfortunately, when I arrived there, the line was even longer, and they were unable to fit me in as well. Despite that experience, I still prefer getting my labs done at this Walgreens because the process is usually quick and efficient. Check-in is simple, and when timing works out, I'm generally in and out without any hassle. A few helpful tips for first-time visitors..... -Bring your photo ID and insurance card. -If you have a lab requisition from your physician, bring it with you. -If your provider submitted the order electronically, they can typically pull it up in their system. I've never had any issues receiving my lab results, and the staff have always been professional and courteous. My only suggestion would be to consider accommodating patients who have already checked in before the cutoff time, especially those who arrive before the 15-minute mark leading up to closing. It can be disappointing to complete the check-in process only to learn there isn't enough time to be seen. Overall, this is still one of my preferred locations for lab work because of the friendly staff and efficient service. If you're in the area and need labs done, just plan to arrive early and you should have a smooth experience. As always, you can thank me later!

During my recent visit, the security guard followed us throughout the entire store so blatantly and relentlessly that I finally asked, "What exactly is making you follow me, my skin?" The entire experience was humiliating, infuriating, and absolutely disgusting. What made it even more disturbing was being racially profiled by another person of color. There is no excuse for treating paying customers like criminals without cause. I left feeling disrespected, targeted, and deeply disappointed. This behavior is unacceptable, and this establishment should be ashamed that it was allowed to happen.

Her name is Anna Dang, as in, "DANG YOUR RUDE ANNA!" Originally she was rude to me on the phone, and then she was rude and unprofessional with me in person. Her smock and her hair made it look like she had slept overnight in both of them. She didn't have a name tag like the rest of the employees. I tried very hard to sympathize and empathize with her and cut her slack. I asked her, "Are you having a bad day? I'm certainly not trying to be a part of your bad day. I'm being very polite with you.!" She angrily said that she was not having a bad day. So I asked her, "So you're rude every day?" Even though I was being polite and she was being rude and uncooperative, she stopped communicating, completely like a young child. Thank God, there was a young Latina employee who came and helped me. She was extremely polite and helpful and took care of my needs. I told the young Latina that she was a rockstar and thank you very much for being polite and taking care of my needs even though The pharmacist would not communicate with me nor take care of my needs in any way.
