Every time I to pick up my RX the employees seem so stressed out and unfriendly. There is only one Asian guy who is ever friendly to me. I always act kindly towards them but they seem annoyed that they have to help me. CVS needs to do something to make their employees happier read more

There are not a lot of people that know how to handle errors in a computer system that well. I've dealt with a lot of this kind of issues cus of the county's mistake this year but the young pharmacist there I believe his name is Phi , Asian tall slender man, handled this wonderfully. Not only he took over for his coworker who basically dismissed me and ignored that I told her to search me up a certain way. Phi listened, he even told me that he "changed it in all the systems so that whenever I went to another CVS this would be easier for me" . Then he did two shots for me and I was impressed with how gentle he was. Not a lot of younger medical staff know how to be gentle. Usually the gentler people are much much older staff who have been doing shots for decades. This young man has been there for 4 yeard and within that 4 years he has picked up really well. I'm really impressed tbh. I have had really heavy hand medical staff even at Sharps or Scripps do my shots hard. I'm pleased with my experience there, I hope to see more bright and positive people like Phi in the future. read more

If you need vaccines of any sort DO NOT go to the CVS in Target in SANTEE!! Please keep in mind we have been going here for years. We were informed today that my son was "accidentally" given the wrong shot. I called to speak with the manager and all she kept saying was sorry. I had spoken to the pharmacist two times prior to my son going in and she said multiple times that "everything" is ready to go he can just come in and we will give him the shot. She did tell us when their lunch break was so he didn't come during that!! When my son asked for the paperwork he was told they get that after the 2nd dose. We are getting NO answers right away because they have to "investigate". This is awful that this even happened! read more

This CVS store is always kept clean, the staff is nice and very helpful. Good selection of beer and liquor, only issue is the beer fridge needs to be replaced or serviced because the beer is never cold. 24 hours for all your needs. read more

Lori the pharmacist technician was so unprofessional smacking and slurping on a piece of candy. Theresa was trying to help and both were not friendly at all. Lori did not know what she was doing. I dropped off my prescription sheets and she said nothing to me the whole time while I waited 10 mins standing there. She finally admits "I'm learning" She seemed irritated and annoyed the whole time and her faces were expressively rude , rolling her eyes and such. People like this should not work in this field and made my experience horrible. Training should be done before throwing an employee on the register. I will not be returning to this location for any of my medications or refills. read more

I just needed a passport photo taken and instead of an awkward encounter to get it handled, they made it a personable experience, shared some funny stories, and made the whole process quick and easy! Got inside and there was no line to the pharmacy. Everybody was great and fantastic.

I switched from the CVS next to Discount Tire to the one in Target. The service here is excellent. If anyone is waiting, one of the staff working in the back comes forward quickly or at least acknowledges that you are waiting. The female pharmacist is very helpful and has proactively offered advice and assistance. They also have a rewards program that gives you a $5 gift coupon for every 10 prescriptions, which is a little extra perk! I would definitely recommend this pharmacy. read more

Unfortunately the pharmacist Hanh Nyguen was very disrespectful and had a disturbing professional demeanor. I will no longer be going to this CVS along with a few people in line who had witnessed Hanh's hostility in the workplace along with the way she speaks to patients when they have a simple question. All I asked Hanh Nyguen was if the drop off line was the same line as the other line because i was waiting at the drop off like for 10 minutes before even being looked at. When i asked her this simple question she said infront of the line " dont you see we are busy its only 3 of us". Honestly I felt so uncomfortable because not only was I asking a question but people in the line were leaving and while saying " WOW I guess we just have to come back " FOR MEDICATION!! something everyone in the line needed. Nyguen should not be working with patients. CVS honestly needs retrain this employee. I am certain I am not the only one she has made uncomfortable as people were leaving the store to not deal with her. I explain to her her demeanor was unprofessional and she told me to not take it personal. I will be calling , 1-800-SHOP CVS to explain further. read more

This pharmacy is amazing. The wait times to reach a person, or to wait in line, were incredibly fast compared to other CVS locations (like 30 seconds, compared to 30 minutes on the phone many times that I call the one on Fletcher Parkway, which also always has a 5-15 minute wait in line). I spoke with Lex, who was immediately so friendly and personable, and really made me feel like she cared about me on the phone! She was just as nice in person, and clearly took an interest in my medication, coming up to help out with a complicated question, even though someone else had already been helping me. All of the staff are really nice. I'm so impressed with this pharmacy and would highly recommend it! read more

This pharmacy has been nothing but horrible for over two years. First you go in to pick up a prescription that was called in by your doctor but it's not ready. Second you come back after 30 minutes or even better after they text you and tell you your prescription is ready you come back and they tell you they had to reorder it or it's still not ready. Third you come back again and you pick up your prescription after they spend 10 minutes looking for it after spending 20 minutes in line for a third time. Today was finally the end for me they couldn't process the pharmacy order because a computer was down and the system was down all over then they quoted us a cash price for the prescription we left. I went to the CVS pharmacy literally right across the street there was a problem with the system but they called it in and the price was on third what we were told across the street. My recommendation would be to stay away from that pharmacy at all cost. read more

I think they do a pretty good job here. I like them better than the CVS next to Discount Tire. Not 24/7 store though. Very friendly staff.
