The pumps are well maintained and I've never had issues using them. There has been an occasional false alarm of an open spot (CC has light indicators telling a driver when a spot is open on a pump). I've unfortunately been on that side where I have driven up to a spot thinking it's open based on the green light indicator and it's not. CC has also put cones up on spots at times which blocking them pump off. Not sure why but I've seen them do this across a line of pumps.

So I squeezed a drop on my container to taste it before I put it on my food, and the worker (can't even remember his name) came over and took it from me and said that they aren't for customers to put on their food and put it back. He said they were for sale ONLY. Ummmmmm ok, so I said, well why are they not only next to the cheese and chili, but also open as well? And without price tags???? He then got a major attitude and started talking to me like I was stupid and started pulling all of the bottles off and opening the tops and saying, "closed" "closed" "closed" "these are NOT FOR CUSTOMERS TO PUT ON THEIR FOOD!!" and then he walked away. I was pretty confused because these bottles weren't sealed..... the top has one of those airtight holes that only opens when squeezed..... and I told him that.... I told him I didn't pull any seal off of the bottle, it was already open..... but he said I wasn't allowed to use them unless I purchased the whole bottle....... This is after I spent over 150 dollars on gas btw. I was so upset over the entire interaction that I didn't even bother purchasing my big gulp and food. I just left it on the counter and walked out. Later after further research I discovered I was in-fact right. That toppings bar is in-fact for customers to use. That man was very wrong. I was treated like absolute crap, for something that he was completely wrong about. He yelled at me and spoke to me like I was a complete imbecile or trying to come up on the store. What I should have done is report it to corporate. They most definitely lost a customer. I pulled my car up to the Chevron Gas Station, Pump 8, then I turned off my car's ignition and I locked up my car. I started walking towards the convenience store and I entered into the front door. The Chevron Gas Station Store was very organized inside and air conditioning was on full blast. I waited in line for my turn. There was only one man in front of me. After he exited the convenience store. I told Tiffany their cashier that I want to charge $20.00 on my Debit Card for pump 8. Tiffany said that I have been signed up for their online Chevron Gas App. The REWARDS are I will get 40 off 2 gallons of gasoline. It's something to get a Discount off on Gas. When I walked out to pump 8 then I put the gas nozzle into my gas tank. I noticed the pump had not been working properly the pump Kept stopping when I tried pumping the gas online into my tank. Then I stopped pumping my gas at the pump number 8 because the gas pumped kept getting locked up. I got my purse from inside my car , then I walked towards the convenience store. I told Tiffany the cashier the pump keeps locking up on me. Tiffany said that she will tell America's this woman employee to help me pump my gas in my car for $20.00. I said great and I will wait her by my car at Gas Pump Number 8. Then I saw America's walking outside the convenience store and she got to my red car. Then America's starting pumping my gas into my cars gas tank. America's was very friendly to me and also said she was sorry for their Gas Pump not working properly. I said that's okay things happen sometimes. My Gas was already paid for when I originally paid for the gas the first time. I received excellent customer service from America's and Tiffany also apologized to me too.

After circling the gas station the second time still looking for an available pump, the security guard yells at me to not block the pump. I told him that I wasn't blocking any pump and I'm still looking for a pump to put gas. After I told him not to yell at me, he still has me circle around the gas station, thinking that I'm blocking the pump. Then he has the nerve to talk to other customers regarding his encounter with me. This gas station has ample space where anyone can pull up and not block any gas pumps. This security guard was definitely on his ego trip making his company and the gas station look bad.
