Very nice employees too. They did change in regards to water or ice. They charge you just for ice or water when before it was free. Not a big deal it's .25 cents. Also now they have large pizzas I think they are 9.99. The slices are a great deal at $2. Found a really large slice today. I'll be back for sure.

I had a very disappointing experience at this AM/PM gas station involving the manager, Denise…read more This has been my daily convenience store for a long time. I come here regularly, and I wash my truck here every week. I also have several other vehicles that I usually bring here to wash. I have never had a problem before this incident. On this occasion, while I was purchasing a car wash for my truck, Denise suddenly approached me and, in what I felt was a disrespectful and confrontational manner, told me that I was not allowed to wash my truck there. I calmly explained that I regularly wash my truck there and have never had an issue. Denise told me that the sign says "No Dolly Trucks." I looked at the sign and explained that I did not see anything specifically mentioning dolly trucks. She told me to back up and read the sign myself. I backed up and looked at it carefully, but the sign did not appear to specifically mention dolly trucks or clearly explain that my truck was prohibited. I will include a photo of the sign with this review so customers can see the wording for themselves. I simply asked Denise to allow me to use the car wash that I had already purchased. Instead of resolving the matter calmly, the situation continued to escalate. She told me that if I did not leave, she would call the police. She then called the police, and two officers arrived. I explained the situation to the officers and told them that I was a regular customer and wash my truck here every week. The officers were very professional and did a good job de-escalating the situation. They did not make the situation worse. After hearing what happened, they essentially told me, "Give your business to someone else," and then left. I later went back and obtained the incident report number from the police for my records. Regardless of the store's policy regarding dolly trucks, I believe customers should be treated with basic courtesy and respect. A simple question about a sign should not have escalated to the point where the police had to be called. This location has been my daily convenience store, and I have regularly brought my truck and other vehicles here for car washes. Unfortunately, because of the way I was treated by the manager, I will no longer be giving this location my business. I hope the company reviews this incident and takes the necessary steps to ensure customers are treated with courtesy and respect in the future.

Today is the 5th of September just after midnight. If this guy's manager is reading this review, I hope you can improve on the customer service. Every other cashier in this Cirkle K has been great. I would've taken business elsewhere had I not put fuel in my car already. Overall the pumps work fine and windshield wash is available to clean your windows.
