4th new update,Just came here with a fleet card that I've used at other chevron stations. I was being super patient and nice with both reps. The lady was nice. The guy in the back comes out front and tries it himself then tells me it's me or my card and starts to walk away. I stopped him and I tried to get him to calm down for a second asking him if he knows how to run a fleet card and his response was that he's been doing this 20 years and never had a problem. Then goes and tells me that I was giving his employee a hard time and I was being rude/inconsiderate, raising his voice he more i responded. I told him I've been calm this whole time just trying to get a better understanding of what happened since I use this at chevron all the time. He said it's not us it's you and walks inside. Has no customer service skills and acts irrational placing blame quickly. There's better ways to inform people that their card is not working. Gasoline that necessary is the reason why I stopped by here. Hopefully, in the near future, we will all be pulling up for a free quick electric charge or for a fraction of the cost of gasoline at least. Prices were reasonable and about .05 cents cheaper than the nearest gas station near my home, so I guess that was good. The reason I do my best to avoid this place is because the staff ALWAYS put me in a bad mood . I know a gas station is not going to have amazing staff , let's face it . They sell Funyuns other little trinkets probably! Get yourself a trucker hat and one of those keychains with your name on em and you're gold. If you have a name with too many vowels or something, then I would take it up with the keychain maker personally. Apologies for not saying trigger warning. This place also sells gasoline I assume. This gas station is great if you are only looking for cheap gas. I am not sure about the quality of the gas so no comment there. Access is easy and there is plenty of clearance for large vehicles. The best thing about this gas station is it's right next to the new Raising Cane's restaurant. read more

So, it's a gas station. USA Gasoline is on the corner of Mission Gorge and Cuyamaca in Santee. They have a lot of pumps which is great. There's hardly ever a wait. Lots of entry and exit points so it's easy getting in and quick getting out. Gas prices seem to be a bit better than most in town (not counting Costco). The morning employee is very rude. He refused me service after giving him my identification. I turned to talk to another customer and because I didn't tell the employee what my conversation was about, I was then refused service. And the owner/management is no better. I called SAM and he was even more rude. He continued to question who I was when I simply asked him if he was the manager of this establishment. I haven't really used the other services, just gas. As far as looks and decor, it's not that great but hey it's a gas station. The most important thing is price! It's as affordable as Arco, but you can use a credit card! That's why I love it. Besides that it's easy and convenient to get and there's lots of space to move your car around. They also have really long handles on their window wipers, which is nice. I'd give it five stars if it was also very clean and attractive, but it's a gas station and the prices are affordable so it's worth it. It's definitely my favorite gas station for price and convenience. But Arco tends to be a cleaner and has a better selection of convenience goods. read more

Went here because for some ungodly reason the Costco has station was closed and boy was that a mistake. Trying to avoid horrendous gas prices this gas station seemed reasonable. After fighting for a pump in the closely packed station I refused my vehicle my car was on E and in desperate need for gas which led to the desperation in which I needed to get fuel. My car has a 13 gallon tank it took roughly 10 minutes to fill up 13 gallons! On top of that the pump didn't auto shut off causing fuel to ooze out of my tank all over my car and ground. I must have wasted at least a gallon of fuel before I noticed the the gallon ticker on the screen said 13.7. Absolutely garbage. This place needs to get closed down and renovated. Waste of valuable real-estate on a busy intersection. Avoid at all costs even if it does seem cheaper than other stations. read more

Stopped in here today (6 July) a bit after 10 AM. I couldn't see the screen on the gas pump to run my card as the sun was glaring down on it and no amount of blocking was helping. So I went to talk to the clerk/attendant. I've gone to other USA stations (even one down the street) and have had no problems with the attendant running the card for me. This woman was rude, disrespectful, combative and actually picked a fight with me. Through her oh so thick glass shield, of course. She flat out told me to go some where else. So, I did. In fact, while I may only spend about $100/month on gas, you can rest assured that none of it will be spent there ever again. In fact, you can expect to see this same review posted anywhere and everywhere I can highly encouraging others NOT to purchase their gas there either. Instead of being a good neighbor to thier newest neighbor Canes this micro gas station has 17 parking spaces that NEVER do and never will get used. ive come to tacobell many times and NEVER had an issue parking here before. I come to this place often for the convenience and usually the lowest prices. I went there this morning for gas and the outside pay machine was not working. Tried it a couple of times, but it would not allow me to put my pump number in. There were three other cars there, so it wasn't super busy like usual. I went into the mini-mart to pay and the guy was in the back at the desk. So I stood there until he saw me, no long wait, but he walks up and rudely says, "What do you need?" No greeting whatsoever, but no biggie. I, however, DO say "Hello" and give him my money and pump number. Then I tell him that the outside machine wasn't working. He loudly sighs and says VERY rudely "Are you sure?" Like I pissed him off for telling him he had a problem with one of the machines!! Instead of just saying, "Okay" and sending me on my way, he challenges what I am saying and in a rude and angry manner. So after he asks that, I said, "I tried it twice and it didn't work, that's why I'm up here." I wasn't rude back to him, but I was very matter-of-fact in my answer to his anger toward me. I've had a bad day at work, so I get it, but I have NEVER been so obnoxiously rude and angry toward another person FOR NO REASON as he was to me. What a sweet heart employee that works here! I was totally lost driving around in circles and my phone had died no GPS and I am not from this area. The attendant let me charge my phone while I put gas into my car and he also gave me directions to the freeway. Stopped in to the station on Carlton Hills in Santee one morn to get gas. I went inside because I didn't have correct change to put in machine outside. The young woman inside was on the phone & I obviously interrupted her personal phone call. She was rude & nasty to me.
