The 7-11 also has gas pumps which makes the small lot even more cramped. The store itself is a typical 7-11 with typical 7-11 stuff. While I don't often stop there, when I do I find it clean and well stocked. If you are leaving this 7-11 to head east on Mission Gorge Rd, for chrissake, exit onto Mission Gorge. Don't exit right onto Fanita just to turn right again on Mission Gorge. It completely disrupts the flow of traffic on Fanita.

The guy in the back comes out front and tries it himself then tells me it's me or my card and starts to walk away. I stopped him and I tried to get him to calm down for a second asking him if he knows how to run a fleet card and his response was that he's been doing this 20 years and never had a problem. Then goes and tells me that I was giving his employee a hard time and I was being rude/inconsiderate, raising his voice he more i responded. I told him I've been calm this whole time just trying to get a better understanding of what happened since I use this at chevron all the time. He said it's not us it's you and walks inside. Has no customer service skills and acts irrational placing blame quickly. There's better ways to inform people that their card is not working.
