what a pain, their phone tree isn't working, when you ask to connect to pharmacy, you get connected to voice mail, which doesn't do any good. And they don't consistently make delivery an option, and you have to call to get that sorted out, but how can you call when it doesn't connect you to a live person? ridiculous, they need to fix this. read more

My mom was charged $40 for the COVID-19 vaccine despite the fact that it should have been free in accordance with the federal CARES Act of 2020 and the direction of the Department of Health and Human Services. We found out that Broadway Pharmacy was illegally charging a $40 fee to a large number of Vietnamese patients who came to get the vaccine. Did they think they could make a quick buck off of our historically marginalized community? Only after the Vietnamese community organized and threatened to sue did the Broadway Pharmacy refund every patient. But the fact that they tried to take advantage of language barriers/lack of medical education and steal money from hardworking, everyday people trying to get help disgusts me. Bring your business elsewhere -- you don't want to be scammed next. read more

Don't come here, they're LIARS You're obviously don't want to be prescribed by a bunch of liars and don't give a dam about your health. Your pharmacist should be someone that you trust . We got vaccine here and they charge 40$ for each person. COVID VACCINE IS SUPPOSED TO BE FREE!!!! After they got caught by an organized Vietnamese community, they sent a text message asking for your bank account number. That is confidential and personal information, how could they expect someone to reveal their account number via text message. They should've contacted us directly via phone call for verification, which questioned me if they really want to refund your money??? This was so unprofessional. The fact that they scammed their own people ( Vietnamese ) is disgusting, shameful , embarrassing..... they take advantage of Vietnamese that lack of medical knowledge or people that experience language barriers, for THEIR OWN PROFIT!!!! Really amazing place! The people there are so sweet and helpful. I've been getting my medications there for a while, and their delivery is incredibly helpful! It's a lot of work managing a small business, nontheless one that is full of bilingual speakers and still having the time and effort to deliver to my doorstep! They have a cute little area for children and toys and magazines to keep you occupied in case you must wait for a little. Would recommend to others! read more

After many problems over and over again at Walmart I switched to Walgreen's and they were good for a few months then something happened/staff changes (maybe) and they were as bad as Walmart. It is so nice to treated as person here and not a problem within their system, the staff is friendly and its a joy to pick up my RX. I have not tried the free delivery as their location is so convenient for me and right across the street from Home Depot and a little down from Food 4 Less, where I go often anyway. If you want to be treated like person, what are waiting you for move your Rx's here. read more

I now fill all prescriptions at this pharmacy. The customer service is amazing. They called the doctors and other pharmacies for me, making it easier for the auto refill services to kick in and the free delivery service is a good send for someone like me who doesn't drive and whose loved ones appreciates a break here and there. The parking, however, is also stellar. Perhaps best of all, I was able to completely sever all ties with the aforementioned chain, blocking all those intrusive text messages. read more

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would, they don't keep their promises, the door says "we care about our customers" why is a 86 year old woman WALKING to your facility after she was promised free delivery. Spoke with someone who said she was one her way, and never showed up. I don't even know the older woman personally but I had to have a soft spot for older people and to see her walking with her knee swollen for her prescription. read more
