I came into rite aid for a prescription pick up. I had a good rx for $2.79. I informed that to the pharmacy tech and she rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed and entered the info. After entering it, she said it shows up $15.36. She said she has to redo the prescription again and made me wait 15 mins. I called goodrx and they said try using the standard coupon of $9.29 which is still better than $15. I went up to her and she huffed and puffed again and said it still shows $15.36. I was fed up and paid it. This was the worst pharmacy I ever been to. Even the placard on the wall states if the price is wrong they'll make it right. They didn't make it right. read more

I've been coming to this Rite Aid for 2 years. And up until now, I've been prompt to write a review after the experiences I've had. The past couple times I've came Anna has had an attitude and expression of disdain on her face. Very rudely she said no to approving my birth control refills after there being a mix up. Didn't even have the courtesy to at least inform me why. I was even willing to pay out of pocket. They will literally hire anyone these days. It's pathetic that your the manager yet you show poor customer service skills & lack of urgency when taking care of your customers. I came with my sister to get the Covid shot at the pharmacy and the pharmacy manager Anna was super rude also you know my sister was just being kind enough she had it she made an appointment and said she had no insurance and that she didn't want to give her a Covid shot because she couldn't charge her insurance but regardless she still gonna get paid because she said a miracle she had medical side either way medical or the government was going to pay for the Covid shot but this lady was trying to tell her no and she wanted to charge her her her insurance tomorrow the next day so basically saying to come tomorrow to get the Covid shot super rude read more

I have been a customer with Rite-Aid since 2008. Today while visiting San Diego from Virginia at the Euclid location, I ran across the most unprofessional, rudest, customer service rep in the Pharamcy by the name of Maritza. She was course, rude, dismissive, and overall unfriendly and unprofessional. It's to the point where I will no longer get my perscriptions filled at any Rite-Aid but at another pharmacy. When I changed jobs and my insurance declined to pay for my medication, Lydia and all of the staff at this location were amazing to help me get the situation worked out. Not only did Lydia stay on the phone for over 20 minutes with my insurance provider to correct the issue, but she was enormously kind and super friendly. Very great staff. read more

When I cannot find a product at Walgreens my next stop is Rite Aid. At this location the register people are friendly and efficient. The store is well stocked. They seem to carry a little of everything: food items , toys, cleaning supplies, cosmetics, ice cream, men's grooming, vitamins, one hour photo, they have a pharmacy, office supplies and more. Came in today to purchase some beer, one of the employees asked if we needed help. We were looking for ballis point, Durado watermelon. Unfortunately they do not carry it. Turns out it was the new manager named Eddie. Asked him to call the "Higi" company because the machine is not allowing customers to log into their accounts. He stated he would contact them to get this problem resolved. Everyone in the pharmacy is amazing, I transferred all of my prescriptions here. Trying to figure out where everything has moved to is like an Easter egg hunt. The store looks amazing after the remodel. George the cashier is very quick, sweet and has great customer service skills. This store has great employees! I am very excited to get back on the higi machine. I visit this store as a last resort because It's impossible to have an efficient trip into this store. Its always hot and musty especially in the summer and they always have one register open so expect to be in here a while. Today in particular really annoyed me because I went in the store to purchase some beer and I had to bring my little sister in with me and the lady at the register asked for my ID, which I handed over no problem. And then she glanced at my little sister and decided to ask for her ID too. I said "this is my little sister. She is obviously a minor and she doesnt have an ID" and she just says "its the rules". So I said "ok so I cant purchase this beer because I have my sister with me?" and she repeats "its the rules". So I wanna know what yall expect people to do when they come in to purchase alcohol and have to bring their kids/nephews/neices/siblings inside?? You suddenly ID everyone now? Its ridiculous. If I wanted to sneak some alcohol to a minor why would I bring them in to the store with me?? Make it make sense. read more

The pharmacists are always nice, it's not the best rite aid I've been to, and not the worst . I'm glad that they opened up the employee bathrooms up to customers, Idk why I always have to use the bathroom when I go there , anyways it's organized but sloppy if that makes sense. The ice cream is extremely good and usually one of the only things I go there for . Cashiers are always nice , and don't feel like you're a criminal it's the area and it's kind of expected if you live around here . I had run into the store in a rush to buy makeup, I ended up locking my keys and my bulldog in the car (don't worry it was 8pm) and had NO IDEA what I could possibly do, since my phone was locked in the car, as well. I asked the girl at checkout (Angel) if I could use her phone to call the only number I knew by heart, and after asking her supervisor, handed it over with out reservation. I asked my friend to please send someone with a car to help me, although I was unsure how even they could help me when my spare was ALSO inside the car. As soon as I left the Riteaid, they closed up. Every store around me was now closed and I had NO IDEA what I was going to do. It was very cold and I was already super late for an engagement. NO ONE was willing to help me that drove by. An hour plus went by and I was so upset I was a mess. Finally the employees at the Rite aid were leaving the store and locking up. The female Angel and this guy (turned out his name was ALSO Angel!) He asked me if I had AAA. (Yes I can see the sensibility at this moment IN HAVING AAA, lol but despite the logic, I did not myself have it.) He was nice enough to stick around and make sure I was ok. I tried to call 2 people no one answered. He called his own AAA and told them I was his ride and I had locked my keys in my car. (How great right?) they were there within maybe 10 mins, and shortly after his arrival (despite the driver trying to unlock my car with my bulldog thinking his long unlock tool was sent from HELL, and spent most of his time fighting with her) he had my car unlocked and I was on my way!! I love the staff here! They are soooo very welcoming and patient with customers, at least with me. Even the customers there are just so helpful and patient. I don't live near here anymore and the lemon grove in lemon grove they are very not so welcoming. They are respectful to the patient and Contact to the doctor many times in order to be able to give the patient a correct and timely medicine .
