i love the Walgreens by my house. The people are friendly and the Pharmacy dept is very nice. Never had any issues.

Probably won't recommend this location because it always seems to be empty at the Pharmacy. When I walked up to get a family member's prescription, the Pharmacist was clearly there, and the pharmacy tech as well. I waited at the line and window for about 7-10 minutes...finally, when I asked "Is anyone here?" the pharmacist popped out from behind the window (never acknowledging me) and summoned the pharmacy tech to help me. What a sad feeling that their regular patients must feel. The tech was able to get me my family member's prescription and I was on my way. The staff here in general are just not friendly, personable, and they do not seem to enjoy practicing customer service. Walgreens you need to work on this place. I know that it is in a minority community but we are all people and you need to present wellness and caring for all of your customers, no matter what neighborhood they are in. read more

Super confused as why this location has such a low rating. I've never had a problem here. In fact between how big the store is, the ample parking, and the location next to the freeway, I'd say it's one of my more favorite ones. Yes the workers aren't the fastest but they doing their best given the circumstances (economy, low wages, it being a Monday morning etc). I find all the things here relatively quickly and easily. When I can't, it's hard to find workers on the floor which is extremely frustrating because then you either have to wait in a long queue or you walk aimlessly around. Place is huge and you can get most things here. From your drugs for headaches to your milk for cereal to your obscure and specialized projects. Solid spot. Haven't checked out the pharmacy portion of the store as that seems to get the most criticism so I'll stay away. But for everything else, I'll come here. read more

This Walgreens Pharmacy I don't recommend at all to either pick up your medications and don't call their pharmacy to ask to have your prescription medication delivered to your house. Today, on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at 4 PM I had to call this Walgreens Pharmacy to refill a prescription medication for a tenant who is living in this house. The first time I called today at 4 PM; my phone call was placed on hold. Then I heard an automated message that said; There is one caller ahead of you, please wait on hold and we will get back to you shortly. Then I kept waiting on hold on my Apple IPhone XR . One hour later , the pharmacist still does answer my phone call. Then I was disconnected twice on my phone call by the Walgreens Pharmacy at 5 PM and I had to call back again at 6 PM yesterday. Then I was hung up on by one of their pharmacy staff. I called back to this same Walgreens Pharmacy and I was placed on hold a second time and I received the same message except this recoding said, THERE ARE 2 CALLERS AHEAD OF ME , PLEASE WAIT ON THE LINE AND WE WILL BE WITH YOU SHORTLY! I am waiting on hold the second time, the time is 6 PM right now. I have waited a total of (3 hours) total and I am still on hold now. This message finally said there is one caller who is ahead of you now, please wait and someone will answer your phone call shortly. I hope that a pharmacist will answer my phone call because this is an important phone call about getting this necessary medication delivered tonight to our house. I will wait and see what the response will be today. Walgreens Pharmacy is always short staffed and usually there are 30 customers waiting at the pick up counter to be served. Their customer service needs a lot of improvement. Also the pharmacist messed up on the prescription order . This woman pharmacist said the medication would be delivered this afternoon but then when I called to check up on this prescription: this pharmacist said I am not in their computer database system. Then I had to call a 3rd time and call my doctors office to tell my nurse to re-send the script again from the doctor to this Walgreens Pharmacy today. The nurse said she will tell this Walgreens Pharmacy to deliver my prescription medication this afternoon. read more

Niema (the pharmacy manager, please excuse me if I butcher the spelling of this.) I really like to give credit when credit is due, and I watched her navigate an incredibly difficult line. She still managed to maintain a professional yet easy-going humor when I got my four vaccinations today. She is a welcome reprieve from the staff that I have dealt with in the past. Whoever is hiring you're on the right path. The staff have gotten friendlier and more efficient. The store is always clean and the pharmacy line moves very quickly thank you very much. read more

Went in to the store around 6pm. There were 3 girls behind the counter, laughing and eating in front of customers. When I asked to check the priceon an item, the girl stared at me and then looked at the two other girls. They eventually checked the price but with major attitude. Didn't notice that the popcorn bucket I bought had already been opened and some of the popcorn is missing. So gross. Can't return it because I was never given a receipt. read more

The pharmacist won't even let you know if the medication is ready, I had to call them so I make sure they had the prescription ready and if they had the doctor referred. I love Walgreens. It is my dream to go to a huge Walgreens and just walk up and down each aisle looking for the yellow or orange tags. I like this location. This is where I get my prescriptions and basically everything medical-related. I think there are two managers there and they are both awesome. Pretty much everyone who works there is great. I may be biased due to my love for Walgreens, but I've never had a problem. The only reason it's not a 5-star rating is that they were out of stock of a lot of things, the things I needed but I still love you Walgreens. I wanted the Mucinex DM and halls cough drops but they only had the Walgreens brand, well at a price that I wanted to pay. read more

This review is specifically about the pharmacy and whomever answers their phone. Firstly, if you aren't hung up on (which I have been personally disconnected AT LEAST five times), you are ignored and left on hold from their shi**y automated system for what seems like an eternity. And once they DO actually (by some miracle) pick up the phone, you are immediately put back on hold for another eternity (enter the "accidental" disconnection or the purposeful hang up). After THAT treatment, which you might have to endure more than once, because of the hang-ups, and you FINALLY get to speak with an actual human being, you are met with the ordeal of trying to deal with someone who doesn't actually care about anything other than finishing their shift. They are unconcerned about your health, incapable of sensitivity and (worse than that) entirely devoid of empathy. A finer set of automatons has never been assembled. If I could I would give the whole shi*show NEGATIVE STARS. BRAVO WALGREENS, YOU SUCK. read more

On Thursday the 5th of September around 5:30pm I was asked by a family member (An elder) if I may pick up her prescriptions at this location today. I decided to pick her medication up by the DRIVE THRU. The worst of the worst customer service it's sounds like the lady NOR the "supervisor " wanted to be there.they were definitely in a bad mood or seemed by the tone of voices they dislike thyre postion. I feel if YOU are Miserable no matter what company / postion you may be working for & are UNHAPPY I SUGGEST YOU LEAVE!!. I advice you look for something else that may Suite you or at least make you happy while you are at work. If I could give Walgreens 0 stars, I would. I 71 and the CDC has ruled that people over 65 can have second dose of the Pfizer bivalent Covid vaccine. I've had a total of five Covid vaccination so far: 2 Moderna, 2 Moderna "boosters", and one dose of the Pfizer bivalent. I scheduled a visit at this Walgreens for the second dose of Pfizer and a second dose of Shingrix. The pharmacist on duty was convinced I could only have 5 doses of vaccine total. He didn't understand the rules for people over 65. He was also convinced that I the two Moderna doses after my two primary doses were "Moderna bivalent" -- something that has never existed. In short, he was an idiot. He kept me standing at the window for over half an hour while he called his boss to tell him what to do. Finally, I cancelled the appointment and left. Walgreens claims to be more convenient than going to my HMO, which is Sharp, but Sharp at least understands the rules for the vaccines they administer. read more

This is a brand new Walgreens. When I visited a few days ago it was very quiet inside. Not many customers were in the store and the staff seemed busy getting familiar with their new store. The store was clean and neat but it had only been open for one day. I walked up and down the isles checked out the prices and it seems to me that Walmart still has the best prices when it comes to cold medicines, pain killers, lotions, first aid products and things like that. This location did have a very nice pharmacy. It looked professional and it has a drive thru. Lots of parking spaces available. I hope this new location does well. read more

This place is the worst place to have your fed-ex packages picked up. I am at this location wasting my time because they are unable to locate my package! I had my package sent to a pick up location for this exact reason. I did not want to deal with a lost package and this incompetent place looses my package. I've never been to a Walgreens pharmacy so understaffed. The wait to get any medication has usually been about 30-40 minutes at this location. It's also not unusual for the pharmacy to just be closed during their regular business hours. Have yet to have a good experience here. Came into Walgreens and they had a whole display of stuffed animals. There were no prices, except for a large 8X11 sign that said 70% off. My son picked a stuffed animal from the display and it rang up regular price. I let the cashier know that the sign says 70% off. She told me it was a new item and was not discounted. There were 3 more of the same stuffed animal in the shelf. Cashier said you couldn't discount without a manager so I asked her to get the manager. Manger said that a customer must have placed the stuffed animal there. I told her that there were 3 more of the same stuffed animal there and that it was an employee mistake not a customer mistake. She walked off mad to remove the sign. Cashier gave me the discount. As I walked out the manager tells me just so you know it says plushies not squishmellow. She was rude and unprofessional. This place is absolutely horrid!! I went here to get my prescription THREE DAYS AGO. They told me it hasn't been sent by the doctor, who told me to go pick it up an an hour. Since it was hours later, I couldn't get ahold of my Dr. So the next day, I call the Dr and they say it HAD been sent over. So I call back Walgreens around 1 PM, and speak to a lady that told me she would talk to the manager and get back to me around 4 to pick it up. I told her I worked at 6 so to be sure it was way earlier than that. She said okay. AT 6, I call and they're closed. Spoke to a manager and he listens to what happened and casually told me he would call back tomorrow. So today, he calls and tells me that I can come pick it up. I ask for an explanation as to why it's taken THREE DAYS to get my medication that should've taken an hour and he can't give me anything other than repeatedly passively telling me I could pick it up now. Won't even look into the employee that was supposed to call yesterday, that I pressed not to forget. Will be contacting better business bureau as soon as I'm done with this. read more

I wish Walgreens would spend time cultivating their customer service. I just wasted an hour due to consistently bad customer service. My mother needs a flu shot. I went online and verified the shot was available. Because we had run into issues before (went to store only to be told, NO they didn't have the 65+ shot), I called and spoke to someoone in the pharmacy. The lady was very nice and stated they did have the shot AND the pharmacy was open until 7. My mom got dressed, I picked her up and we arrived and were in line by 6:30pm. Due to only one person helping in the pharmacy, my mom wasn't helped until 6:45pm. She was then told she couldn't get the shot because it had to be done at least 30 mins before pharmacy closing. That's right, they turned her away even though she was in line at 6:30pm, but due to their slow service she didn't get to the window until 6:45pm. My mother is 79 years old. She got up at night and got dressed to get this shot after going to two stores the day before an and walk away without the shot due to those stores not having the vaccine. My issue is, we did everything right and still Walgreens basically told us, 'sucks to be you'. I checked the website and appts are available until 10 mins before pharmacy closing. I didn't make one because I was assured I didn't need one and the lady didn't state any special instructions (arriving 30 mins before) when I called and spoke with someone. We were in line 30 mins before but because of them being slow, we were turned away. Walgreens sucks. This is why they have low ratings. Now my 79 year old mom has to get picked up again tomorrow to try again. read more

I am a regular Walgreens customer. I frequently come to this Walgreens location a lot because I live by there. Every time I shop at this store my experience is welcoming and pleasant. The employees are always cheerful and respectable. Even offering help when lost or confused as to where the cookie aisle is. I even have got to the point where the manager recognizes me and greets me every time I arrive. He's a very good man. However, today my experience was horrible. I arrived at around 8:30 with my family to buy some snacks for our movie night and as we were done and began to walk to the counter we were greeted by a very rude lady by the name of Toni. After ringing up all the items we asked if the bags were free due to the pandemic policies of not allowing reusable bags. She said no , which was fine with me. I continued to tell her that it was fine and to continue and charge me for bags. She didn't reply and continued to ring up the items. After ringing up the items, my mother decided to change her mind on her drink and went to grab a different one. However , Toni has already rung up the other drink. We politely asked her to remove the drink in exchange for the other one and she did not look happy. In fact , she looked annoyed and upset. In addition , she didn't charge me for bags and as she walked away as soon as we paid I asked her , "did you charge me for bags?" And she said no and continued to walk away. This made me upset because she obviously was not trying to help us. She looked like she was mad and wanted this transaction to be over with. I spent $35.84 on our snacks, so it was pretty obvious that we needed bags. After asking her, still politely, if she could ring me up some bags she said "no , I have to do it when I ring you up" yet, I had told her I wanted bags. This made me more annoyed because at this point it felt like she was trying to get under my skin. Furious , I simply said "ok that's fine" and told my family "let's go" as we walked out the door struggling to carry our 13 items to the car. I hate to write this review because I know Walgreens provides excellent customer service and it's sad to see that employees like Toni ruin and destroy that positive image and reputation of the company. read more

If I can give this store (pharmacy) 5 black holes (opposite of stars) I would!! First of all, other than the pharmacists themselves, there are NEVER the same technicians working more than seemingly a few months. Like, this place just sucks to work at as well and is a reflection in their service. I once had a tech staple my debit card through the magnetic strip while using the drive through and had to go to my bank to request a new one. A mistake, sure. And then they have this automated system that texts you when your Rx is needing a refill. You reply "yes" to the text and supposedly it's supposed to refill automatically. Not once, but twice now I've waited 30 mins in line only to be told that it didn't go through and that the system doesn't work. I was told I need to call in the Rx. So then, why have this supposed automated system if it's not even working right? I had my Rx set to auto refill and this system that's supposed to make things easier messed things up. The only reason why I use this pharmacy is because it's closest to where I live. I've told myself several times to switch to another place which I will now do. The pharmacy at Walgreens on Euclid SUCKS!!! You've been warned. read more

DONT LEAVE YOUR FED EX PACKAGES HERE. I left 5 packages here with the manager and he had no idea what to do with them. He said they would be picked up the next day. I just got my covid test here. The directions said to follow the signs for covid testing and to be sure to show up 5 minutes early or they couldn't guarantee my spot in line. Funny jokes - there are no signs, I just found a line of cars and started waiting. I waited just under 2 hours in line, unsure that I was in the right place until it was my turn at their normal window, which was correct. I hope they aren't using the same drawer to give people medicine. There appears to be a single person working their entire covid sample collection operation, and they take a lunch break from 1:30-2 no matter how many people are waiting in line - at least I think that's why the line paused for half an hour...they didn't bother telling the people in line that. They were processing a car every 8 minutes or so, and I think their site lets 20 people sign up per half-hour block. It is unethical to run an operation like this so poorly. Sick people shouldn't need to sit in their cars in line for two hours because an organization that is supposed to be helping does something like this. read more

First of all customer service at the pharmacy is horrid!!!!! I tried to get my flu shot here with my insurance and they stated my insurance does not cover the flu shot. I have medical with community health group as my managed care plan ok I believed them did not ask twice walked out and contacted my insurance to get a list of places where I am able to get my flu shot with my insurance coverage......I informed them I had went to this walgreens and they told me community health group does not cover the rep at my insurance told me they do! And that they need to process it through a form they must fill out! I was super pissed off! I can't believe they denied me service knowing my insurance does cover this service at this walgreens. If you are trying to get ur flu shot and they tell you otherwise get ur insurance on the phone just to double check. I was going to go back but I was on my lunch break sooo I was not able! And plus my job provided the flu shot for free anyways but I want to inform everyone that they medical with community health group does cover the flu shot here. These people are fukn morons like they're job is sooo fukn hard to the point that they don't know how to fill out a fukn form!!!!!!
