I've been going here for years & just recently it seems there are new employees. Young kids that have no customer service skills. The last few times I've pointed out stains & they never mark the spots & they said they will inspect it for stains & will get them out. Not so. I've inspected the garments before leaving the store & they spot cleaned it right there as I waited. They woman cleaning it acted as if she was too busy, but she got the stains out. I bring my husbands shirts in to be laundered & pressed. They shirts turn out fine, but if you have stains, inspect them before you leave. You paid for it, don't feel bad inspecting your garments before you leave. read more

Worst dry cleaner I have ever encountered. Got a coupon for cheap dry cleaning deal and I got what I paid for. 3 pairs of wool slacks were returned to me with holes and stains. Surely, they must have noticed that there was a problem, but they must have thought i was blind and wouldn't notice. Do not take your clothes here unless you can afford too replace them when they get ruined!!! read more

Paid to have my clothes dry cleaned and have simple stains removed. When I went to pick up my clothes I noticed the stains were still there and they gave me a story. After a few more times I saw that they couldn't get basic stains out I took my clothes to another dry cleaner where they had no problem taking out the stains and laughed at me when I told them my previous dry cleaners couldn't take the stains out. I would highly recommend going elsewhere for your dry cleaning needs. Rancho cleaners doesn't do what you pay them to do and are very unprofessional in the process. read more

Terrible customer service over their mistake. They made a mistake in the collars on my shirts. They were to correct it by did a very poor job, it was amateur attempt. Then when I brought it to their attention, the owner, The Owner got mad that I wanted my shirts fixed a second time. He tried to debate over the extra pressed wrinkles looking bad or not and then said that he was going to charge me more money in the future for having my shirts pressed in the exact same way I'd had done for the last 4 years. I'm done, with this pathetic business owner who can not correct do their job and can not fix a simple mistake with out throwing a temper tantrum. read more

This place is really just ok. I stopped patronizing since I found a higher-quality operation in Murrieta. Anthony was always friendly and the reason I give at least three stars. There equipment is old and your clothes just aren't cleaned with quality. I sent a shirt back with B.O. in the pits once. read more

First time in and didn't have a problem! I had a bag full of suits and dress shirts which all came back clean! Happy camper here! Plus the price was right!!! read more

Love this place! Super friendly, affordable prices, excellent service. Highly recommend!

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!! THEY NEED TO GET RID OF THE RUDE YOUNG GIRL THAT WORKS THE COUNTER! I was greeted with an attitude from who I am guessing is the daughter of owners. I came in with 3 bagged suits that needed pressed for my wedding. The 3 suits need the hems altered as well. Seeing the sign in the window about alterations, I asked if they could be done by next week, the rude girl went and asked, and they could be done. I was trying to keep each suit separate since all needed different inseams, she mixed them up and then blamed me, they don't know how to figure and out seem I to an inseam, I did it for them. I understand if you're having a bad day, but this was beyond that, she was argumentative, rolled her eyes and acted like I was inconveniencing them with my business. They were also speaking bad about me in Spanish - right in front of me. I may look white, but I'm not, I happen to be Spanish and Mexican and I understood every f*cking word. I was frazzled when I left, to the point of tears, I turned my car around, walked in and the rude girl spoke to her mom and said that girls back again, and I don't know why she's back. She got to the counter and I politely asked for my items back. said,"what? You're kidding?". I said, "I'm taking my business elsewhere." She started talking under her breath and started slamming garment bags around, she threw my 3 pairs of pants at me, her mom came over and she's asking what's going on and being frantic, the daughter is now dumping my bags out and throwing packaged shirts at me. I said I'm leaving because your daughter if f*cking rude, rude girl gets in my face and yells rude?! How was I rude, I did everything you asked! I said it's your nasty f*cking attitude that I have a problem with! She kept going on and I walked out. Super unprofessional, that girl needs fired. That business needs to work on their customer service. Wish I could leave zero stars! read more

First time here, last time here. Came in with a canopy bag that needed a seam and hem stitched. Explained the work needed in detail to one guy at the counter, when an older man comes along and joins in at the end of the conversation and quotes me $8 for the work. A reasonable price, so I agreed and left happy. When I picked up bag and inspected the work, I was disappointed to see that only the seam had been stitched, but the hem had not. I brought this up to the same man who had quoted me the price last time and he immediately became very defensive. He insisted that I had not mentioned the hem and that he had only quoted me for half the work and if I wanted the rest of the work done, I would have to leave the bag for another week and pay for the additional work. I was bothered at their lack of communication (if you are going to jump in while we are discussing the work requested, at least take the time to find out everything the customer is asking for so you can provide an accurate quote) and lack of customer service in trying to understand the situation. It seemed more like the clerk cared about placing blame than actually rectifying the problem. read more

My family and I have been coming here to for years and as of today, they will no longer have my business!!!! Last time I was here they damaged a pair of my shorts and I requested to speak to the manager the day prior while dropping off some clothing to be dry cleaned. The lady I spoke with told me to come back today (9/9) to speak with the manager about my damaged shorts. I came back today and Of course- the manager and lady I was speaking with (who barely speaks a lick of English) are related. I expressed my concerns and all he had to say was I don't want your business. So you know what, you WILL NEVER get my business. I've been a resident in his town since 89', and the customer service at this establishment is so poor!!!! DO NOT EVEN BOTHER BRINGING YOUR BUSINESS HERE! Go somewhere where they will actually take care of your clothing as well as care that you "were" a repeat client! ZERO STARS!!!! read more

I've been going o Rancho Cleaners for years now and have always been very happy with the service I get there. It never maters if I ask them for a rush job or the regular service, they are always friendly and helpful. When they say "thank you and have a great day" it really feels like they mean it. read more

My wife and I have been coming to Rancho Cleaners for somewhere in the neighborhood of 10 years. We started coming here when we lived in Temecula and continued to come here even when we moved out of the area and a 40 minute round trip drive away. The service was good from the son and he always knew our names. Recently things began to change. The one younger kid quit and the owner started going through one after another. Along with this the service began to fall...from everyone. My wife was in there when one of the clerks told a lady that her blouse was in the washer and that he could see it in there...apparently he had good eyes. When the lady walked out he admitted to another worker that he had lost it. There were people looking for it in the back and they found it quickly and ran out to give it to her....she wasn't smart enough to say "I thought it was in the dryer". I've received shirt back missing buttons and with stains on them that they didn't go in with. Today was the absolutely worse. I took in four denim shirts for alterations on the side straps. Because I have been going here for so long and alter really all my shirts to fit my frame I wasn't too concerned. I was told to pick them up Thursday the 3rd after 5 which I attempted to do. No luck, but I asked that they call me if they could because I live far away. They agreed (it didn't happen). So I stopped by Tuesday and three of the four were there. I went ahead and paid for all four and agreed to pick up the other shirt later. I paid and walked out and then shortly realized that they charged me $89.00 to alter the shirts. Yes, you read that right....nearly 90 bucks, when I called back to ask why I was greeted with the most rude owner of a business I've ever met. I was told that If I had a concern that I should have asked when I dropped the shirt off. I didn't have a concern because I had gone there for over 10 years. I then said "you do realize I wasn't given any indication that it would be so much, your prices aren't posted and there is no menu of service?" He said "whatever, do with it whatever you want, you should have known". Let's explore this. Do you go to McDonalds order your food and then once you eat it get a bill for 600 bucks and then have them say "you should have known". No...they tell you what it costs up front...in fact everyone does. What I ask of you is t not give these crooks your business. If this is how they treat a customer of 10 years....a customer who paid for a single struggling mothers dry cleaning when she moved back into town. If this is how they treat me, all for 90 bucks, imagine what they would do to you. What this piss poor business man/owner doesn't understand is that you must have your prices posted somewhere. Online, in a tri fold or on a piece of paper. ...you cannot willy nilly charge what you want after you've completed the service. You must tell people what it will cost first. And now this will cost him a trip to small claims court. Avoid at all costs. They don't take care of your clothing, the community or customers. read more

I wrote a review on this place in 2012 when I first arrived Temecula area and felt this was an excellent dry cleaners. Over the past year plus I've noticed that the quality of cleaning has severely decreased. I have picked up my clothes, gotten them home and found they had stains that were not there when I took the clothes in to be cleaned. I spoke to the employee at the desk and was told, "you must've had a stain. A dry cleaning service doesn't stain your clothes, they clean your clothes." Well employee you're right! They're supposed to clean your clothes, but your place doesn't. I stopped going and have heard from neighbors that they also stopped taking their clothes because of stains that would appear that weren't there before. read more

The only reason why I put one store is write a review every time I bring clothes here they mess up my stuff n they called me names n pushed out of there store. There rude n don't know proper customer service. They ruined a 250 dollar suede top of mine n when I confronted them n showed them all the spots n areas that were messed up by them they started getting rude. Hello it doesn't take a masters degree to clean clothes if you can't clean clothes then get out of the business. That wasn't proffesional of how they handled it. They found have said sorry and offered something else won't be going back to this place again and I'm reporting them to BBB read more

If I could rate with half of a star I would! The half would be for the hours only. They promise orders and they aren't there! I had to come back to the store and waste gas doing so. No money was refunded, not even a dollar for gas. Bad business practice. Very rude and unprofessional! read more

I have a long history with Rancho cleaners. I've been going there for many years and although I took about a year off because I got a bit frustrated I am back. For many years I was very impressed with not only the pricing but the quality. I have had bad experiences with other cleaners mostly in Murietta California, being so busy that the quality has gone down. Spots left on shirts, things ruined, wrinkles that shouldn't be there and most importantly when the situation gets brought up a lack of care. So I leave. That's what ended me up at Rancho Cleaners. For years everything was perfect all the time and then a few things started to happen here and there and when I brought it up I didn't necessarily like the response. So I left. During the year of my hiatus I tried many other places and was either overwhelmed at the pricing or not pleased with the quality. And now I'm back at Rancho. I have been back now for about six months and have been impressed with the customer service and the quality once again. You have to give them a try. Everyone has a bad season but it's how you react to it that matters and how you change things after it. Rancho Cleaners has definitely changed far beyond my expectations. read more

The owner of the store is rude and doesn't know how to run a business. You will take your clothes in dirty and get them back ruined. I advice know one to go there there are many dry cleaners that are more then happy to provide good customer service n take care of your clothes. read more
