Take my trousers for dry cleaning, never disappoint. Quick service, great pricing. Cynthia is always welcoming.

I don't know why I went back to this cleaners. Evidently, I am a slow learner. They previously ruined a suede garment many years ago, and when my cleaners went out of business. I thought I'd try them again. Big mistake. They are not terrible, but their presser(s) do not do a good job.. I had to bring back a linen jacket which was pressed but wrinkled at all the seams. I left it for them to redo, and when I returned, one of the sleeves had stiff ridges in the fabric, which they first tried to pass off as just the backing of the linen, but of course that wasn't true since the lumen had no backing and was just linen. So the front desk person looked at the other sleeve, and that one did not have the ridges. She was kind enough to bring it to the back and have them fix that so that at least the two sleeves matched. I do not recommend this place at all. There must be better cleaners in Temecula. I now see why they get 2.5 stars. read more

Even though the reviews for Rancho Cleaners are clearly poor, i have used them in the past for laundry. I haven't yet trusted them with dry cleaning. Today, a coupon temped me in for $2.75 a "Dress Shirt". I like my shirts ironed including more casual button ups. As I was pulling out my clothes, the man behind the counter said this is going to be $3.75 holding up a short sleeve button down. I asked what's the difference between that and a long sleeve shirt. He held up the coupon and said "that's why we specify 'dress shirts' on the coupon". Well, I decided I didn't want to argue so I retrieved all my clothes and said, "this is why your reviews are bad". He replied, "We don't want people like you." I'm not trying to be a Karen about this. The fact that he was immediately annoyed at the question made it obvious that I'm not the first to ask it. I just can't understand why it would cost more to launder and iron a short sleeve casual shirt than a long sleeve "dress" shirt. I decided not to do business with them anymore. read more

DO NOT BRING YOUR ITEMS TO RANCHO CLEANERS!!!! a part of my hoodie was lost, and when it was brought to the cleaners attention, I was yelled at and told that it was brought in like that when I know for a fact that it was not, I was handed the phone to speak to a manager, and was also yelled at by him. On top of that, my item wasn't even clean to a good quality will be disputing this with the bank. Customer service was terrible. This place has two stars for a reason, believe the reviews and save your time. read more

Don't waste your time or money here, the customer service is none existing and the manager is a POS. I called to ask about a missing custom embroidered towel and the guy just told me I did not add it to the bag.... WHAT? that is the specific item I needed cleaned and then proceeded to tell me he would look for it without asking any details about the item, what was he going to look for? did not ask color, style, size, embroidery, etc... possibly the worst service I have ever had to deal with no apology or anything just said it was my fault. Business with this model should not exist, based on the reviews I am very much surprised they are still in business. There is no value bringing your items here, they also took 10 days to get stuff back; how is that possible when half the dry cleaners was empty? it wasn't like I brought in heavy bulky stuff only a few 6 items. This place is a total ripoff, buyer beware. read more

The owners, Felix and his wife are amazing people! Their business provides excellent service! They deserve to be commended!

DO NOT USE THIS CLEANERS! WILL DAMAGE CLOTHES I picked up my silk pants and they now have a large hole in the front, called and spoke with the manager who proceeded to deny it and say he was not responsible for the damages. He was very rude and condescending and offered no resolution. Another item I received back with a a note it could not be cleaned, yet I was still charged for it. Shady business read more

I would have given no stars, but that wasn't an option. This place does not deserve the business. First, they take forever to finish your dry cleaning. Second, the charge a fee to use your debit card. They also, charge an additional $2.00 random service charge. (Which I don't think is at all legal) Then to top it off, at the end they ask for a tip. I have "tip" for them...try doing business the old fashioned way with good customer service. read more

I had my wife take in Rolls Royce extra thick floor mats because the owner told me $30.00 to clean them properly & I had the wife take them in & days later when picking them up the price had doubled.... and they were in a plastic bag & tied up. When she arrived home I opened the bag & the first 3 looked ok & the last one they put on the bottom and it was 3 different colors and how that happened I don't know and neither did he when I called him. He said to bring & let him see. Now when I call to make sure he's there, his wife tells me he's not there & yesterday she hung up in my face....... I don't know where these people come from but these are $1200.00 floor mats and this is far from over.........stay away. read more

I just picked up my white dress at 5pm today. Once I left the store I just checked the spots needed to be cleaned and thank god I saw before I drive off. I came back and showed to the lady, she took it back and cleaned and gave back to me. Then once I made home, I checked the whole dress, other make up stains were there as well. Overall, I think they did really a bad job, the dress looks just steamed not cleaned at all. And the dress was white, no way they did not see the stains. I would not go back and do not recommend anyone. read more

I wish I would check the reviews before I go there I literally picked up my cloths 2 minutes ago and they ruined my Polo shirt Expensive shirt had a Clorox/ bleach stain at the front that was super obvious happened with their chemical If I wouldn't notice they probably wouldn't even bother to mention When I brought up the issue they just played we do wash and dry only like they wash with water only and no chemical involve. I am super disappointed and I won't go there again ever Just wanted to share my experience with everyone That was my first they at the office only with that shirt by the way when I brought to them. Hope help people to avoid the same experience. read more

Forget the bad reviews, I've been coming to these affordable cleaners for months, the family is kind and hard working. I had gone to another cleaner by the Aldis on rancho rd that charged me 130 dollars and didn't do half a good job, the clothes didn't even smell good. For the same amount of clothes I used at that overpriced place they charged me 45 and they came out pristine, I am talking about 6 pants and 7 shirts all formal. read more

If I could give zero stars I would - DON'T patronize this dry cleaning business - they ruined my item, but still attempted to quickly stuff it in a bag to send me on my way. They didn't seem concerned it was destroyed, and instead told me they were protected by CA law - and that as tag said "dry clean only", implied it had been ruined due to manufacturer not having properly testing it?! And only after my pressing General Manger, he offered to pay me a sum approx 14% of replacement cost. It was a leather/wool/fur pillow ripped in multiple place, with chunks of the fur falling off on counter. Terribly disappointing experience - specifically went to this cleaners (vs my regular one) as they implied they specialized in dry cleaning leather, will certainly never go there again - customers beware. read more

I receive coupons every couple of weeks from this business and I have been using them and getting my dress shirts laundered. I went in last Friday with the current coupon and the girl at the counter said her boss would get mad if she gave me the coupon price. When I asked to talk to him he came to the counter with an attitude, and in a loud voice said I won't do those for that price, which is the same price I have been paying with the coupon for 2 years. When I asked how he could advertise at one price and then charge another, he said "I don't care" What a jerk. I don't see how he will stay in business with these practices. read more

Called 15 different dry cleaners. Had a dress shirt and pair of pants that I needed dry cleaned the same day. It was around 1PM. I told every shop that I called that I was willing to pay whatever they wanted to get it done. No one could do it, or even entertain it. Rancho Cleaners was happy to do this for me and did it with a smile. They were not annoyed or rude, they said to come on down. Dropped it off at 2PM and was ready at 5PM. And the shirt and pants looked perfect. They also did not overcharge for this service, the extra fee was very fair. This is not something that I would ask of a dry cleaner very often. I normally drop off before 9AM. But had a family emergency and absolutely had to have dress clothes for work the next day. It's sad that after spending thousands at another place they couldn't accommodate this request. Rancho Cleaners was willing to do this for a brand new customer. The owner definitely knows how to take care of his customers. I will be back. Thanks again! read more

To say Rancho Cleaners is awful is an understatement. The owner/manager was without a doubt the rudest and most unprofessional person I have ever encountered in a service industry. We brought in a suit and picked it up a couple weeks ago. When it was taken out of the bag Rancho Cleaners protective plastic to wear, it had a big black stain on it. I then looked at other shirts still in the plastic from pickup and an expensive shirt that was cleaned a month or so earlier had stains all over it. When we went back to the store, the owner gave us attitude from the get go and told us that "anything could have happened" to them and accused us of lying. I then explained that the suit had never left the bag they put it in. He repeated his "anything could have happened" line. He again accused us of lying and then all hell broke loose. We did not take to kindly to beIng called liars, so we told him that we were going to hammer him on Yelp (mission accomplished). He stated he didn't care and then started mouthing off to my wife with an obscenity laced tirade. Every foul word you can think of.... This guy has serious issues and has no business dealing with customers. Never again! If I could give negative stars, I would..... read more

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR CLOTHING IN THE SLIGHTEST! This horrible dishonest dry cleaner took my husbands beautiful Vera Wang tuxedo and lost or sold it giving us a very cheap suit in its place. My husband is a 6ft very fit fire captain and the suit they gave us was made for a VERY short, VERY rotund man with very short arms. When we told them it wasn't our suit they actually started yelling at US and told us that we were lying and trying to pull a scam on them!! We called small claims and without additional verification (pictures of us turning the tux in etc) we would not be able to prove our case. So this dry cleaner goes Scott free and we have low a 1,000 beautiful tuxedo with so many memories attached to it. read more

This is the absolute rudest cleaners that I have ever walked in. Although I read Yelp reviews when choosing places to go, I have never written a bad review. I understand that everyone has a bad day so I usually just let things go. This was just so bad, so blatant. No one would acknowledge the customers coming in to drop off clothing. There were several ladies in the back and they could clearly see & hear (they have a bell that rings when someone enters) that customers were waiting. When one of the ladies finally came to the register, she was very bothered by having to wait on a customer and was so rude. So bad that I just took my things and left. I will never go back to this cleaners. read more

This cleaners is unprofessional and my husbands suit had lint and hair on it when I picked it up. The owner actually said to me that he didn't know if the suit came in with lint and hair. That response is insane. Regardless of whether or not the suit was dropped off with lint and hair, if the suit was cleaned properly, it is reasonable to expect the suit to not have hair or lint on it. Also the suit was not pressed properly. It was a mess. Secondly, a female worker said to me, "what else do you want --"We are busy". My mouth dropped opened in disbelief that this was happening so then she said to me, "Do you understand"? I could not believe she talked to me that way. I see now why the reviews for this place are so bad. Horrible dry cleaning -- horrible service -- inappropriate behavior and attitude. Never again! read more

I picked Rancho Cleaners for my first Yelp review based on the excellent service that I have received from them over the past four to five years. They are a family owned and operated business and have excellent customer service skills plus they know most of the returning customers by first name. On one occasion they stayed open 15 minutes late when I called and told them that I was running late and had to pick up my dry cleaning. Additionally, they are conveniently located off of Ynez Road near the intersection of Rancho California Road (Michael's shopping center). They have very fair pricing and accept coupons. Rancho Cleaners uses state of the art dry cleaning equipment and handle every dry cleaning and laundering challenge plus they offer tailoring, and also dry cleaning pick up and drop off service. One story of note, years ago one of my favorite shirts was stained with ink and they were able to remove the stain effortlessly even after two other dry cleaning businesses in town were unable to. From that moment on, I was hooked. I highly recommend this dry cleaning business if you are like me and are very particular about your clothing and want to receive the highest quality service combined with great pricing and superior customer service. read more

This review is not about their dry cleaning service, it is simply about their customer service! My pet peeves when I enter any business that is serving the public is when they don't greet the customers! I just took my clothes in today and they had two teenagers at the front desk and neither of them spoke to me. I stood there for 1 minute (a long time before I was acknowledged and any words exchanged) before the girl came up and said, "I will help you at this counter". How rude! Have all your staff or family members trained to greet customers! We are putting money in your pockets! You are NOT doing me a favor because, I could take my business elsewhere!!!! read more

Unbelievable. I'm still shaking I'm so upset at the way I was treated by both the girl with black long hair and the lady manager. Brought in a long dress with beaded detail to be dry cleaned (it's white) and a toddler's pair of pants to be hemmed. When the girl tried to charge me $105 for the "wedding dress" I said, no it is a simple dress, it should not be that much so she took it to the back. Came back with it and without looking at me or talking to me printed another ticket and handed it to me at $75 for the "wedding dress" again. I asked her what it would cost if it were another color and she said $30 because it wouldn't be as much pressing, etc. So I said well can you treat it like it's a normal dress and she said no. When I asked to speak to the manager, she told me she was too busy. But then when the manager came up to help another customer, I waited and when I asked the manager if they could just do a regular cleaning on the dress she literally laughed in my face and said with attitude, "are you gonna press it?? It costs $20 per hour to press it, are you gonna press it yourself? yeah?!" and continued laughing at me. I couldn't believe it and I was shocked. So I said, "Well I'd like my pants back please as I won't be doing business with you." And then, next to the manager, now behind another counter, the girl THREW them at me!!!! I literally said, "Wow, you seriously just threw them at me?? Wow" and left. I was polite the whole time and didn't deserve this kind of treatment. read more

I use Rancho for pressing duvets. They do a good job and are quite timely when items are needed in a hurry.

DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS!! Because they are so conveniently located I had been using them for about a year. Then after taking in an $800 suite things changed. Now we are all human and we all make mistakes but when I brought the damage to their attention I could not believe the response. I wasn't even expecting them to pay for the suit I just expected to not have to pay for a service that left visible damage to it!!! This was the first time taking said suit to the cleaners! I couldn't believe how how rude the manager was about it. He basically told me that I was lying and trying to get free service and that I could take my business elsewhere. Well done manager you lost yourself a loyal customer. If you value a business that values YOUR business this place is not for you. read more

I choose this place because I thought it was a good decent price to do my cleaning. But after a few times of cleaning, one of my shirt had a stain on one and I have to bring it in a one more time to removed it. After picking it up and checked the stain is still there and they won't even want to do anything about it. I ask if they can give me some sort of credit for my shirt and they said nothing they do about it. The lady running the place can hardly spoke English. Im very upset on how they handled this issue. Ohh well as I walked away I just dumped the shirt in their trash can and they will never see my business again. I will let all my families and friends never come to this place ever again. Yak. Still mad as I'm typing this. . Very bad business service. I gave this place one star just because. read more

Worst customer service in history. I only needed my blouse press charging me $10. A quick iron should not cost you that much. If I could give a NEGATIVE-10 star review here, it would be well deserved. I've put up with it for a few years now because of the prices, but no more. I'll gladly pay more somewhere else, to be treated like any customer should be. The owner is rude, disrespectful and not a man of his word. He quotes you one price, "to get the job done right" and then wants to charge even more, when they fail to deliver on their promise. His "take it, or leave it" attitude, will eventually catch up to him. He then tells you "if you don't like it, take your business elsewhere". Okay, I will and I'll be sure to let EVERYONE I know, to stay clear of this sad excuse of a business. P.S. apparently, Yelp won't allow you to post your review, unless you give at least 1 star. read more

Like some many other reviews, I have been a customer for the past few years and recently noticed a small hole in a sweater. I wanted to bring it to their attention, but knew that they likely wouldn't repair it. I spoke with the female manager that initially came over and was stating in Spanish that the hole didn't happen there. To her surprise, I understood what she was saying and responded in Spanish. I assured her that I was not seeking to point the blame and instead wanted options on how to fix it. She refused to speak to me about it and continued to defend herself. I again mentioned that I would be paying for the service and she continued to be defensive. She walked away from the counter and refused to speak to me. She was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. read more

I have been bringing my clothes here for about 2 years and today was my last. It is true that you get what you pay for and for the cheap price I've felt they've done a decent job. But nothing is worth poor customer service and rudeness especially when dealing with the owner. Although my experience was thru a phone conversation, to my surprise I witnessed the same rudeness to another customer in person as I picked up my clothes, this time from the owners wife. Looks like this establishment may lose 2 customers in one evening. read more

This place has horrible customer service and the owner lacks integrity. They stained a shirt, I bought it back with their cleaners tag still on it. They said they didn't do it there and refuse to try and remove the stain. They also said I should have checked all my clothes prior to leaving the store when I picked up my clothes. If you take your clothes there don't trust them for doing the right thing if they make a mistake. The owner was rude and told me he didn't need my business. I told him that I have other friends that use his service, he stated that he didn't care they didn't have to use them as well. Never have had service like theirs before, will never patronize or give this business my service again. 15 years I was a weekly or bimonthly customer and the first 10 years was okay. Their prices were reasonable so I overlooked one shirt out of ten that looked like a 3 year old ironed it. I took the poorly ironed shirt back, they redid it. Then about the last 5 years I looked at each shirt, TOMMY BAHAMAS, while I was still there and 2 or 3 looked like a 3 year old ironed them. The daughters admitted it was a terrible job, and had the substandard work redone whereas the dad acted terrible that I was dissatisfied. This went on over and over again, I'm beginning to think substandard work is their norm and they want me to go elsewhere. I even started reironing my shirts when I got home. Finally I could take no more of felix's surly behavior when it's obvious his back room people shouldn't be ironing or pressing. I fired felix to his face.
