Good food! We enjoyed both the ramen and the udon noodles. Portions were very large. Very clean and quick.

This little Ramen shop just opened up where a Mediterranean place used to be...right next to the PD! So excited! I read Kay T's review, and had to go. I just missed Kat V and Kay T checking in! Next time! I dragged a coworker who was still on the clock, and made her dine with me. The solo server seemed a bit bombarded when we walked in, but she seated us right away and brought menus. This being my introductory visit, we had to try a bit of everything. Except ramen, actually. Next time. Our baby table was full! We got gyoza, chicken soba, grilled tentacles, takoyaki and popcorn shrimp. Our Yelp check in then scored us a free order of crab puffs too! At the end of the meal, the gal also gave us free cheese puffs. With my milk tea boba, I could roll out of there! The soba was nice. The noodles tasted homemade. I thought that there was too much devil apple (onion), but my dining partner enjoyed it. And it was really tasty either way. The gyoza was fresh and hot, with a nice sweet dumpling sauce. They weren't the most flavorful I've ever had, but the dumpling sauce made them good. The popcorn chicken was interesting. A bit salty for me, and I couldn't put my finger on what was different about the chicken, but it wasn't bad by any means. The tentacle was a bit chewy, but had good flavor. The takoyaki was great, with chunks of octopus and little seaweed and cod slivers that made it look like it was breathing! I could eat those little suckers all day! The crab puffs were very good, with nice sweet filling. It seemed tjat this was also the same filling as the cheese puff, but that puff pastry was the absolute jam! Right now, they only offer one milk tea with boba. I wasn't expecting an earl grey, but it was very good. Just enough to avoid the "boba bloat" I will be back, for certain! Had the spicy miso and crab puffs. Noodles in the ramen are the perfect consistency. Crab puffs are fried deliciously. The broth was flavorful and has a slight spice to it. During the Covid situation you can only eat outside and the ramen comes separated from the broth. read more

Honestly nothing to complain about but nothing to rave about either. It was good but not great, and in all fairness I think I'm not a Ramen lover...well unless it's momma from lee lee's market. I simply prefer a good pho but as far as ramen goes I think this is as good as any other. We got spring rolls - good, crab puffs - good, 3 kinds of Ramen - all good. Flavor just isn't there for me. It's a little strange that they have wine bottles on the wall but no wine, beer, or liquor is served here. Service was good and server was very friendly. This business was closed due to the covid scare...I tried it for the first time today and in my opinion they should have kept their doors closed...this has got to be the very worse Ramen Noodles ever...NO FLAVOR WHAT SO EVER! Let's start with the most important part. The raven is delicious! The spicy miso has a great flavor and definitely surprised me. Also, the "popcorn chicken" checks off all the checkboxes - crispy? We ordered the Miso soup, tempura shrimp and the gyoza. The quality of the food was tasty. The place was not busy and the noise level was low which was nice. The service was excellent, we received our food and drinks very quickly and the server was always available if needed. Her attitude was very accommodating and pleasant. The atmosphere had was kinda bare and minimal. I would come back when I have the itch for Ramen and would recommend to at least give this place a try. The miso soup 7/10, 7/10 and Gyoza 8/10. Butter, an option to have more fish cake, cabbage, enoki, and bamboo shoots would have been nice. I did like the marinated half egg. Only one slice of chashu pork. The audacity. I ordered through Uber Eats last night and I was thoroughly disappointed. I ordered the miso ramen, goza, chicken katsu (which came with rice and a side salad) and a jasmine tea. I paid for extra protein and I paid for an extra egg in the ramen. When the food was dropped off there was a HALF of an egg in the ramen, no sauce for the chicken katsu, the rice was hard as if it was from the day before, and the portion of the side salad was insulting. You will not be seeing me as a customer ever again. Why would you serve that to people?! I also see that you have a poor food safety grade and have some violations. No pride. read more

Delicious, great portions, and reasonably priced. Great options for both meat eaters and vegetarians. Covid-19 review: Service was very quick and to go packaging was secure for driving. You walk up and you are behind a glass so it felt safe. Order pickup by phone because prices are dollars cheaper per item than ordering online. Our group of three ordered 2 spicy Misos and one shoyu ramen. The spicy misos were about medium spicy, nothing crazy. You can exchange the pork with chicken in the miso which catered to one of our diets. Everything here was cooked well. The noodles were of medium quality. All dishes include eggs which are my favorite. We also shared the order of wings. They were well cooked and crispy, but plain. It came with a dipping sauce but it was just good. I probably wouldn't go out of my way to order them again. I would like to try their other appetizers. Our usual ramen place has been closed due to covid so we've been using this time to try new places. Bottom line it is one of the best ones in this immediate area. read more

The ramen here is 100% worth the money and very reasonably priced for the amount of food you get. The inside dining is not open, but there is seating right outside. Even if you get it to go, the broth is packaged separately from the noodles. It would be perfect to take home and eat because of the good packaging. I ordered the Ramen Time and it was very filling. I got the Miso ramen and a Milk tea. My husband got the Shoyu ramen and asked them to make it spicy. We both really enjoyed our meals. I finished the milk tea before we even got home to eat. I do recommend calling ahead or ordering on DoorDash for your food because we walked up and ordered and waited 20min. They currently don't offer any indoor seating or table service. They do have some tables outside you can sit at and eat or while you wait for your food. Overall the food was delicious. read more

Short Version: Absolutely delicious ramen, killer gyoza and spring rolls, great service, go get some! This location is very unassuming, with handwritten paper signs and a plain exterior. Inside there are a multitude of tables, where you seat yourself. I went on a Saturday at about 2pm, and there was only one other person eating, so service was especially quick. I ordered the spring rolls, gyoza, and tonkotsu ramen with pork. Spring rolls: absolutely delicious flavor, fried to perfection, a little gummy on the inside, but that didn't affect my experience. They were served with duck sauce that has the slightest hint of spice, which was perfect. Gyoza: Cooked perfectly, didn't think to ask about the filling, but whatever it was was savory, and very fulfilling (I think it was chicken). The dipping sauce was absolute perfection. I asked the hostess what was in it, she said she didn't know but would ask, and came back and told me everything in it! I really appreciated her thoroughness! Tonkotsu ramen: Ok, first, the serving size was absolutely enormous. My total was $24 (excluding a tip) which seemed more than fair given that I took home leftovers enough for an entire second meal. The broth had some great body, lacked some flavor, but I got a side of chili oil and that really helped. The chili oil crisps tasted slightly burned, and it was spicier than I expected, but it worked really well with the ramen! The pork was perfect, the bean sprouts were crunchy, the scallions were fresh, the woodear mushrooms had that awesome texture they tend to have, and the soft-boiled egg was perfectly cooked. It only came with one half of the egg, and in the future I will get more. I typically don't like fishcake, but the little pieces in my bowl weren't too fishy and I really enjoyed them, too! I left the seaweed alone, though. I think I waited MAYBE 10min before everything was brought out to me, and it didn't take more than eye contact for the woman serving me to come over! Wow! My husband has been wanting to try this Ramen place since it opened, it's in a convenient location as it's just down the street from us. We called ahead and ordered since we wanted to eat at home, we got there and still had a bit of a wait. All the while the restaurant was empty, but as we waited for our food people slowly started to walk in. Once we paid and got our food we left, the restaurant being almost full. Our food was great, we liked that everything came separated. It made it so it was not only an experience putting it together but made it so nothing got soggy. I was not a huge fan of what I ordered, but it doesn't steer me away - I would definitely return. Their menu is extensive and makes you want to try everything. We ordered some gyoza, which was the main disappointment. They were not cooked very well, cold, and even with grill marks could tell they were not fresh. With that being said, I would still recommend trying this place as the broth and the cook of the meat and noodles was great. read more

Ramen Time was the perfect ending to a productive Sunday! I think of ramen as comfort food and the Spicy Miso Ramen I ordered was so delicious and had just the right kick to it. I literally ate the whole thing, drank straight from the big bowl and all! Not only was the ramen amazing, but the service was excellent. The servers were friendly, prompt, and efficient. I really liked the casual, but tasteful atmosphere inside-there were plenty of tables, they had a nice patio (for when the weather cools down!) and they had a cute little bar with a couple of TVs (in case you need to keep track of those fantasy football points). I also love that they are open until 9:30pm. This spot is a little bit outside of my normal neighborhood but I will definitely make the drive back to get some more tasty ramen! read more

Mediocre ramen at best. $10 minimum for almost anything on their menu. It didn't have a lot of flavor and they were not generous with any of the meat or shrimp for how much they charge per bowl.
