The regular broth keeps it creamy. Both are savory. Noodles are soft and well-cooked, love how the meat is balanced with the fatty parts, and toppings are well-proportioned to the noodles.

As a frequent visitor of this restaurant, I can confidently say that their chicken and beef meals are always top-notch. The chicken is tender, juicy and has the perfect balance of savory and sweet flavors, while the beef is cooked to a perfect medium-rare with a great char on the outside and is incredibly tender and flavorful. The service is consistently friendly and attentive, making every visit a pleasure. I can't recommend this restaurant enough for anyone looking for delicious, authentic Hawaiian BBQ food, and I look forward to my next visit. read more

I had half and half black & white rice with a bit of salad on top per the suggestion of the worker. The spicy salmon is apparently not always there but it sure was today so I had to try it. Would recommend. I got the spicy shrimp and spicy tuna for my other options. For my toppings I got every free option and a light unagi drizzle to finish. Generous is an understatement. It's probably double the amount of protein you actually need and I bet not a single soul would complain. I went home and weighed everything out cuz I'm cutting some weight so here's the main ingredients by the gram if you're curious: 725 cals, 57P, 18F, 83C (not including veg toppings and sauces): - 125g black rice - 130g white sushi rice - 65g spicy tuna - 50g spicy shrimp - 70g spicy salmon - 65g crab mix - 35g avocado If you add all the other stuff it's still probs under 1000 cals. Great healthy meal. Fresh ingredients, great flavor, well worth the $20 after tax. Will return whenever I'm in the area.
