January 2021: COVID-19 made doing anything outdoors a challenge... especially grocery shopping. Thanks to Melissa (operator 696628) at Store #340, we will return to Raley's to grocery shop. She was friendly, helpful and cheerful at the same time. ** Melissa deserves 5 stars Note: We had such bad service at Raley's in Benicia in California, that for the longest time, we avoided shopping at other Raley's stores.

I'd never been to a Raley's before my recent trip to Yosemite. My tour group stopped here so we could pick up sandwiches and last minute snacks for our adventure. The staff was pretty friendly, and their deli counter would have been busy even if we didn't add nine extra customers. Wow- what a value! $6.99 for a monster deli sandwich. I got the dagwood. We were all impressed by the size of our sandwiches. Great deal for sure and they were perfect for a quick picnic. This was also a great spot to stop to get other essentials (like bug spray and sun screen) for our trip. I also loved the assortment of single protein bars. Service was quick, some employees were nicer than others, but everyone worked together to get us back on the road quickly.

Excellent selection. Can't believe how may healthy/vegan options there were in a small town market.

Is there a Christmas tree lot at this location?

There wasn't one as of last week. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

They have a beautiful floral department so if you find yourself coming home from Yosemite and you need flowers, stop here.

Grocery Outlet, Oakhurst: 2026 Aug (5 of 5)…read more There are three major grocery stores where we live, and we've shopped at all three stores. Somehow, one store kept pulling us back, and that's Grocery Outlet. There are several reasons for that: (1) The store always looks clean and their shelves are well stocked. (2) 99% of the time, the checker welcomes you with a smile and wishes you a good day. (3) All the staff are trained well. (4) The music they play doesn't break your ear-drums. In fact, shoppers seem happy to hum or sing along, which breaks the ice and make shoppers appear happy. (5) They don't change things around unnecessarily so you know exactly which aisle to go to for the products you need. Overall, I think the owners have done a splendid job in training their staff, their music choice, and the environment they created. Note: The Grocery Outlet here is independently owned and operated by the local franchise team -- Brandon and Jessica Steele

Everyone in the store is extremely courteous---always! Just sign me "A very happy customer for life!"

She asked if I wanted whipped cream nuts and a cherry absolutely. It was delicious. I was there to pick up some candy for my boyfriend because last time I took him some it was melted. This time I came prepared with a nice chest some ice packs for my two hour ride home tomorrow. Being in a summertime you never know.. The store is very cute. Lots of little things to purchase lots of local locals, getting ice cream and lots of people coming down from Yosemite pulling over to grab a cold treat. As soon as I got to where the icecream was, I could tell that the staff here are miserable. No smile, no welcome, no nothing - just blank stares. I asked for a sample and the woman snapped at me "you can have ONE". A guy scooped my sample and then gave me my icecream without saying a word. The other guy ringing me up didn't bother making eye contact with me and seemed annoyed that I added chocolates to my purchase. The icecream is alright. The gooey treats are great. the lavender truffle was very dense, which I didn't love. If you're looking for good icecream and friendly service, skip this place. The positive reviews confuse me- maybe staff is only friendly to people who look like them. For the service we recieved, I regret giving them my money.
