Chukchansi Crossing Fuel Station & Travel Center Review…read more If you're heading into Chukchansi Casino, this is a really convenient stop right off the main road--and you definitely can't miss it. The parking lot is HUGE and spacious, with clear directional arrows that make it easy to navigate. The fuel area is covered, well-lit, and has plenty of pumps. One thing I thought was really cool is that the fuel hoses are 15 feet long, so even if you pull up on the opposite side of the pump, the hose can still reach your vehicle. The fuel area also has a really nice one-way flow. You drive in, make your way around, fuel up, and drive out without having cars coming at you from different directions. It makes the whole process feel much less chaotic. They also have a large diesel fueling area for RVs and big diesel trucks, with plenty of room to maneuver. Inside the store, everything was clean, organized, and well-maintained. They have snacks, drinks, fountain drinks, and even a walk-in beer cooler/man-cave area . They used to have a food spot inside, but it appears to be closed now. The staff was friendly and greeted us as soon as we walked in, which I always appreciate. It also looked like they had a security guard inside, which adds another layer of comfort. They have outdoor patio seating, although... it's HOT so I don't think I'll be sitting outside anytime soon! The one area that needs improvement: the bathrooms. The toilets definitely needed some extra cleaning when we visited. The rest of the store was so nice and well-kept that the bathrooms stood out as the one thing that could use some attention. Overall, though, this is a really nice travel stop with plenty of parking, easy access, lots of fuel pumps, RV/truck diesel access, a clean and organized store, friendly staff, and a convenient location. I have bought meat, hot food, cold beer etc never having any issues and the guys that run the store are pretty cool and friendly. The sandwich combo we ordered was a reflection of just that and the taste proved that as well. Service was immediate as soon as we walked in and Erik took it from there. He began telling us what we were about to get and how it's done. He took my wife and I under his wing teaching us how to order using the kiosk and get this its a small market with healthy selections of food items and the interior is very well kept to include food service counters. Outside sitting is offered with a great view of the foothills. This place is very cool. If you want to be spoiled stop by and let the great friendly staff take care of you.

While I was at this gas station, I witnessed one of the owners, a male, yelling at a young female worker and cussing her out right in front of customers. It was uncomfortable, awkward, and showed a complete lack of professionalism or respect for both staff and customers. When I tried to step in and speak up, Lori, who is another owner I'm assuming, turned on me and shockingly called me a "curry munching pig." Not only was this incredibly offensive and racist, but it also shows how little regard they have for public optics or basic decency. No business should treat their employees (or their customers) like this. I will not be returning here, and I strongly recommend others think twice before supporting a business that behaves this way. I come around the same time that this one girl works which is during the night, but yesterday I came in around 2:00pm. Thank god I came in because as I come in I see the owner walk in. The owner was going on full blast on her in front of everyone which is EXTREMELY UNACCEPTABLE! If you have a complain about a staff member, it needs to be done behind closed doors. The girl had made the argument that this was also the first time being addressed about the complaint as well! Overall just completely baffled at the scene I had to witness and I rate this place 0/5 stars but unfortunately the site has saved them and forced me to rate 1 star (not good). It should be 1 star (absolutely terrible).
