I thought these extra touches were really nice. We have been less impressed with the food. It's okay, but we don't seem to get much for the price. The kids' meals are a bit on the small side for our 6 and 9 year olds, and even the adult meals don't offer as much as other fast-food restaurants. We liked the flavor of the food though, and were impressed when one of the cashiers came around to see if anyone needed a free refill of their drinks.

I pulled up and received my food but then forgot to wait on my change. I gave them a $50.00 bill, and my meal was almost 13.00. I didn't realize I forgot to get my change until I got home. I immediately called and spoke with Austin, the manager. I explained what had happened, and he told me they had my change and could pick it up. I advised him that I live about 45 minutes away and couldn't get there until the first of next week. Austin told me he could meet me somewhere to give me my money as he lives close to me. I was totally shocked at his thoughtfulness and kindness. He went above and beyond his duty, as this was totally my fault. I met him at the location and he gave me my money back and a complimentary card!!!! I never expected him to go out of his way to do this for a total stranger. I offered him a gratuity, but he would not accept it. He said it was no big deal, smiled, and said, " Have a nice day." I will be forever grateful to him and his staff for their honesty and his gesture of kindness. It was so refreshing to have this happen and know that there are still trustworthy and dependable people in this world.
