The real specialty here is the rotisserie chicken. Definitely the best you're going to find around here. Flavor is great, super tender. Even the white meat is usually not dry at all. Haven't had all the sides, but the fried rice and mashed potatoes are decent. They have two sauces, one is a more spicy green sauce and the other one is basically a tangy mayo type sauce. A family member eats there often, we never seem to be on the same schedule for take out but after sharing a few French fries, I have to say that they are the best fry's I've ever had in my life. We read the reviews online and we decided to grab lunch on the way back to our Airbnb --and we are so glad we did. The staff was very friendly and helpful with navigating the menu and sauces and sides. We both had the chicken-- which was delicious, flavorful and very moist. I enjoyed the tangy mayo sauce and the green jalapeño one, but tread lightly, as it's hot. The tomato and onion salad was delicious, with the side salad with lemon, salt & pepper was fresh and fantastic with cilantro and other spices. Chicken was very dry and overcooked. Black beans were probably just made by opening a can and dumping them in a container, no spices added. Green beans were way overcooked and not very green. First time visiting this establishment after it being open for a few months. I purchased the whole chicken and two sides. First the chicken was amazing. Excellent seasonings and spices, chicken was juicy and had a smoked flavor. The two sides my wife and I split were the Peruvian fried rice and plantanes. The fried rice was pretty straight forward with chicken, egg and scallions. The plantanes were delicious as they had a carmelized texture and very sweet. Take out service was friendly and polite as I asked a few questions about some of the menu items. Food was Packed up and ready to go in about two minutes. We were extremely satisfied with everything including the value for quantity vs cost. So happy I had to write this review. What a great way to feed a family! We were a party of five adults. We got the Family Meal 3, 2 whole chickens, 4 large sides and 4 drinks. We added another drink and a small side of plantains and with a generous tip ate for $60 and had leftovers. The Peruvian fried rice and black beans were a great side to some of the tastiest chicken I have ever had. Perfectly spiced and piping hot! This is amazing Peruvian Chicken. So excited to see they have opened a second location in Sabraton behind the oil change place near aldi.
