Driveway in is barricaded off. They're open but no way to get in. No wonder they weren't busy.

Two weeks ago I found bugs in my cobb salad, so I told chickfila staff and manager. They were quick to refund my money and let me order a new meal. They had also gave me three free chickfila meal cards except today when I tried to use them they were already expired from June and one was already used. I had gotten these cards on July 18th when I found the bugs and the expired ones were from June 29th. I didn't know this until I tried using them today. Stopped here at lunchtime on my way into Kentucky. I chose to dine in. I was amazed at the cleanliness of this restaurant. It was shiny and spotless. I used the restroom prior to dining and it was flawless. I didn't come out feeling like I needed a bucket of bleach before I ate. It was almost as clean as my own home. Once at the counter, I was greeted with a smile and waited on quickly. The counter staff was nice, helpful and friendly and showed genuine concern regarding my wife's food allergies. Food was served as ordered and was hot and fresh and tasty. I spoke with the manager for a little bit and complimented her on her store. She was friendly and engaging. Nice lady. Parking is ample, but the drive through empties into an odd spot in the parking lot. Watch for cross traffic. Drive through appeared to be moving along, a hallmark of Chic Fil A. Absolutely LOVE Chick-fil-a! I think most everyone has heard of this establishment and the quality of food. This review, I will spare a lot of the details in regards to the chicken, as it was amazing as always. I also had the Mac-n-cheese. This was amazing, great flavor and great texture! The drive through process at this location was on point, 4 assistants to take orders and three or four window "runners" to keep everything flowing, I was in and out in 5 minutes, if that! RUDE MANAGER. Rude drive thru staff. Came here at 8:48 pm on July 14 after sitting at softball tournaments all day and had to deal with this rude location. Apparently they believe they are the only choice. They rushed us through our order. Continued to NOT let us get our order in and kept saying, on your total is after every thing we ordered even though we had 5 people in our car to order for. Every time we ordered something the drive thru attendant insisted on adding a 8 piece which we never even ordered. When I got to the window I asked for a manager and I asked her to please so the drive thru attendant down she was rushing and wasn't getting orders correct and I in fact didn't even order dinner for myself out of frustration and I have not even eaten all. This place will ALWAYS have a special place in my heart. I think its among the last eateries where the owner & employees take pride in what they do. The restaurant is always sparkling clean. A single fresh flower surrounded by baby's breath and a sprig of leaves sits at the top of each table. They actually BRING YOUR FOOD to the table. YES! AT A FAST FOOD PLACE! Yeeeaaahhh! Yet another foray into the world of good ol' Christian Chicken. Large restaurant with an equally large parking lot that was put to good use as we showed up at the height of the lunch rush on a weekday and at the sight of the drive thru line I called an audible to go inside to eat while hoping that it wouldn't be a bad call. Thankfully it wasn't. Busy as they were we found a booth no problem and the employee who I placed the order with was literally following me back to our table with the food almost as soon as she gave me back my CC. It's not really worth mentioning the food because CFA is about (and I say this in a good way) the most homogenized chain going where a #3 in Quakertown, PA is the same as a #3 in Elkton, MD as it is the same in Charlestown, WV. Yeah, I know some people are down on the chain because of its politics but quite honestly I don't give a damn because quite honestly what they do sets the bar for the fast food industry in terms of food quality, efficiency and great customer service. read more

Disappointing food for a Chick-fil-a. Stopped here on the way out of a meeting in Morgantown. Parking lot is insane at lunch on a Friday. Mobile ordered, grabbed a table no problem. Took awhile to get my food. Fries we hot and fresh but grilled chicken sandwich was not. Bun was dry and stale, chicken dry and chewy and not very warm. Cheese that I added wasn't melted and they did not include the sauce for the sandwich. Not sure how it is possible to have stale food when there is such high turnover of food due to being busy. My family has been to this Chick-fil-A twice now. It's a very popular location, but we've always found a place to sit. Service has been great, and both the dining area and bathroom were clean. It's the first fast-food restaurant I've ever been to that offers a step-stool for short kiddos at the sink, tissues, and there was even a container of baby wipes at the changing table for those parents who ran out in the middle of a diaper change. I thought these extra touches were really nice. We have been less impressed with the food. It's okay, but we don't seem to get much for the price. The kids' meals are a bit on the small side for our 6 and 9 year olds, and even the adult meals don't offer as much as other fast-food restaurants. We liked the flavor of the food though, and were impressed when one of the cashiers came around to see if anyone needed a free refill of their drinks. read more

This is probably the best chick fil a in America. The people are ultra friendly, they treat their work like it's a 5-star restaurant. If you try to get up to refill your own drink you'll be promptly sent back to sit down while someone on the floor does it for you. When I went with my buddy from WVU it wasn't difficult to see why, they had exceptional service even under extreme duress! The food is always consistent, as it is a fast food chain. However, this particular location has outstanding service for a fast food restaurant. I have ordered here many times and I cannot recall one bad experience. The staff are always friendly and efficient. My coworkers and I have eaten here a few times and the food is almost always dry during the lunch rush. I don't know if they precook stuff and it sits under heat lamps or not. We all know what Chick-Fil-A tastes like. It's probably the best fast food chain in America (excluding Bojangles and Raising Canes, which most in Morgantown have probably never heard of). What sets each location apart is service, which this location excels on. Whomever the manager is here needs a raise. Every member of the staff is prepared, educated and works their tail off, even for simple things as keeping your drink filled. The two spicy chicken sandwiches were ordered were awesome, took seconds to reach our table and tasted like they were just cooked. This is a great place to get a bite on gamedays as they handle the crowd well and are affordable. Great job staff. You're hard work isn't going unnoticed. Shout out to Heather who took our order. A very busy lunch hour due to West Virginia check-in day, who greeted us with a sweet smile. We ordered 3 chicken sandwiches, fruit cup, 4 large waffle fries and drinks. We love all the sauces and high quality food on the go. We waited about 10 minutes, but it was super busy, no complaints here. When our order was called, they gave us 2 free sandwich coupons because they felt like we waited too long. What a pleasure it is to eat here! Usually, I go through the drive thru, and when it is busy there are happy workers out taking orders in line before you get to where you'd normally order. This speeds up the process (which is always fast anyway.) I think chick-fil-a workers are a different breed. I think I've had enough of this place. Been going off and on for a couple years through last week. Sometimes you get a small chicken portion, other times, if you order a large fry, it seems you only get the medium amount. Also, they say "my pleasure" an awful lot for not seeming to take much pleasure in taking care of the place or in addressing concerns about stuff that seems to happen way more often than at other Chick-fil-A locations. Also, they don't seem to do much about tempering extreme behavior by some children in the place: staff should be ready to approach that so it's not a total misery for other customers. When I recently approached the counter to order, I was ignored by staff who were doing other tasks and the drive-through. After a solid 45 seconds of standing there and waiting, someone decided to pay attention and take my order. I'm an older person, and I noticed the (younger) staff catered to younger WVU student customers. Memo to personnel: treat people of all ages equally and pay attention to who is waiting to order.
