Great convenient stop on our road trip! Pricing is awesome for how much food you get. Helpful note: if you place an online order, you'll need to tell them you're there to pick it up before they mark it as Ready in the tracker. The restaurant had plenty of seating and was kept clean. read more

KFC - Meal - Fast Food Near Me - Morgantown, West Virginia

I have been a fan of KFC since Col. Harlan Sanders was around, and have eaten at many. But I will never, never, ever eat at this one again. The food was inedible. The chicken was overcooked, and tasted awful, as did the mashed potatoes and biscuit. How do you mess up fast food that badly? I have eaten at this particular KFC many times, and while it's never been a shining example of the chain, you could generally count on the food to taste OK -- not this time and I'll never take a chance on it again! Stay away! read more

We stop in Sabraton every time we visit my Mother, it is a good halfway stop. We saw an advertisement for the $3.99 chicken sandwiches on TV so we stopped at the KFC. There were at least twenty cars in the parking lot. We walked in and noticed a dozen people waiting for food. I really didn't think anything about it, the Sheetz across the street is always busy. We went to the Kiosk and ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches name on the order is Dennis. The longer we stood there, did the real situation come into play. The people in the parking lot were from the drive through and most had been waiting for over 30 minutes for their food. After 45 minutes, most of them came in for a refund. There was an older cashier that was the only one that actually talked to customers and try to apologize. One person was making food and two other female employees were doing nothing. Everything was compounded by the fact they didn't stop taking orders at the drive through or the kiosk. The one girl was making the food and then putting them in bags for customers that had long since left.. I never seen such dysfunction. No one was honest, no one was communicating. Where was the manager and why was this allowed to Continue ?? The waste of food was ridiculous. We walked out after 45 minutes.. it was the worst experience I have ever had. I work in retail and so many things can and will go wrong when you are working with kids that call out at a drop of a hat. How you handle your customers, with honesty, empathy and grace will make the difference in future visits.. this location failed on all counts. Steer clear of this place!! read more

For the second time I have ordered the $30 Combo bucket with the tendes. Also for the second time they have not included the tenders! I was served by a boy with the stars and bars on his arm, a bad attitude, a very filthy looking. I called the manager and they told me I need to come all the way back (20 min drive) with the receipt, I was not about to ruin dinner any longer! Although they have my email the manager would not just send me a coupon he said that's all he can do. No dude, you can fire the turd at the counter for starts. read more

Food was hot and fresh. Chickens were done well. Service good. The only issue is there was a small corn kernel on the gravy of mashed potato. Food quality issue. read more

Best KFC we've had in a while. The chicken was moist and flavorful, freshly made. We ordered on line for pick up and shockingly it was ready when we got there - no waiting forever. Added bonus, the order was correct. The crew at KFC off of Earl Core Rd rocked it. Thank you read more

The food is usually pretty good but the size is not overwhelming. Today I was served a drumstick that was showing bone before I even took a bite. The best part of this KFC is that it looks brand new, inside and out. The people who work there are not knowledgable but are nevertheless friendly. The people who eat there, on the other hand, ranges from the local college kids to people missing teeth and are far past a subway diet...you definitely see some characters roll through. Bottom line: Can be pricey for fast food. Service is average. Place is new and clean. read more

I expect nothing more than standard KFC food, but this location could definitely put in a little more effort. Not uncommon to get a wings with no meat on them at all, or "Nuggets" that are just a box of crumbs. The staff is usually pretty unfriendly and resistant when presented with a problem. read more

My husband and I ordered 10 piece bucket of crispy chicken on Sunday Feb 17 2019. We took it home the chicken was awful it was greased logged, was a real dark color was not crispy and it tasted like it had been cooked in old oil. I will not visit this KFC again, We have eaten at the one in Waynesburg PA and Grafton WV and they were good but this one in Morgantown WV was awful. It was a waste of our money and time to go there. read more
