When you show up with a list of orders because the website is screwed up you don't need to hear them tell there staff "that's why we have online ordering". Just went in there for the brisket, Burris Which I had never had and they were low on brisket, so I got extra brown rice and all my toppings and by the time I went to the checkout I got my burria for free which was very nice of them. I attempted to add chips and salsa just to pay and tip them but I also was given that for free. I would've totally paid for it. Thank you ladies you made this girl one happy customer! We went to QDOBA last night for the first time and it was absolutely delicious! The prices are very affordable and the food was delicious! They are the only restaurant I've ever been to that serves the nacho tortilla chips separately from the cheese, so you never have soggy nachos! I had the pulled pork nachos and my husband had the burrito. They were filling, nice portions, and they tasted fantastic! We're going there for lunch today. You MUST go to QDOBA'S!! read more

Definitely won't go back now because we had curbside pickup and the girl who answered the phone said I didn't place the order and I got confirmation that it was received at 11:11 am. My wife and I came for lunch and had ourselves a ball! I ordered a steak burrito that looked like it was designed to destroy my stomach lining--these burritos are huge! Needless to say you get plenty of food for your money and it's great. The restaurant was very well kept and you could tell that management was on the ball. The staff were courteous and helpful. We've been to this Qdoba a few times when going to Mountaineer football games. As everyone who's a WVU fan knows this is fast food row and you have endless choices for lunch and dinner. Why come here vs anywhere else? Depends on what you're in the mood for. In the immediate area this is the only true burrito place I can remember so if you're in the mood for an average chicken, steak, etc, burrito and chips and salsa when in town this is you're spot. Qdoba seems to have raised their prices in order to offer "free" guacamole. They've also lowered their standards because nothing in there was nearly as fresh as it usually was in the past. We paid 27 dollars for 2 burritos and chips and queso. What? Turns out they charge you extra for everything now. I didn't want rice (allergies) so I asked for double beans. They charged me for extra beans despite subbing them in for the rice. They also charged my husband extra when he asked for extra salsa despite not getting rice either. We won't be back because the food was definitely nowhere near worth 27 bucks! read more

My tacos were all fucked, couldn't even put 3 tacos in a To go box all the ingredients weren't even in the tacos by the time they got into the box. I definitely love this place. My friend and I came for lunch today, but I've been here plenty of times before. I always get a taco salad without the shell if I'm staying. We placed a last minute, large catering order for a lunch that needed to start at 1030AM (!) before their restaurant even opened. Their team was absolutely gracious and helpful and got it done! Their manager, Jen B. even offered to come in on her day off to make sure the order was right and ready. The food was delivered and it was delicious!
