It was a late night Friday and I got back from wrestling sweaty men, and I hopped my way into Chili's excited to eat the OM-Cheeseburger. As I was ordering it, my waiter absolutely ate shit on the stairs and dropped a bottle of A1 sauce and tried to clean it up with towels from the bathroom without washing hands btw. When my girlfriend and I don't know where or what to eat, we go to Chili's. On this visit I got the 3 for Me and started with their legendary chips and salsa. Then for my main course I got the crispy chicken sandwich which I liked, good size and taste. Our server took very good care of us and we took care of checkout ourselves since e they have those self checkout devices on the table. I went chilis for my first time this Saturday. Excited from what I've read online and friends had told me I was eager to get thru the door. Arrive, little wait, no problem. Sit down and my server was very nice. Helped me understand the menu and even informed me about their happy hour. I ordered a cajan pasta with grilled chicken. It's was great. My guest whom accompanied me were not having the best time. They both ordered their crispy chicken tenders. When they came out they immediately noticed they weren't crispy. After opening them they both commented/questioned the color of the interior part of the chicken. They calmly waited for our server and informed them of the trouble. He was understanding and took both plates back to be fixed. A couple minutes went by and the manger came out carrying their replacement meals. This is standard when it comes to messed up food from my time in the restaurant business. The manager placed both trays in front of them and informed my guest that they were wrong on their food being undercooked. SHE NEVER ONCE APOLOGIZED OR CONSULTED WITH THEM. HOW DISRESPECTFUL! The staff was friendly but not the most attentive. The comfort factor was very poor! My bottom an back is still hurting! It was like sitting completely on a metal chair with no padding! Nice mix of music and genres. The meal was very subpar! Sadly it was bland and the ribeye I ordered was a very pale color, which speaks of poor quality meat! It was over done as I ordered a medium and was giving a very crisp and hard to cut well done steak. Also both times I received it after fixing it no garlic butter on top as menu mentioned. Oh and it was a lot of fat an connective tissue causing it to be impossible to cut or chew! The steamed broccoli was very brown so tells me it was going bad! This was our first experience here and sadly it wasn't the most pleasurable so I am not sure if we will ever return. read more

This location is amazing. I've been a fan of Chili's for years (even worked for one in high school), and this location is the best I've seen for service and quality of food. The last time we went it was pretty packed, but our server did a wonderful job making sure we were taken care of and didn't need anything. Before that I ordered something I didn't like, and the server made no fuss about bringing out something else. Our waitress brought our drinks, then disappeared. The restaurant was empty, literally we were the only ones at 1:30 on a Friday afternoon. Someone else brought out our meals, and then asked us if everything was ok. (To us it was not her place/my enchiladas were cold but I felt weird telling someone not the manager or our waitress) Not sure what happened to our waitress. She did show back up though to tell us that we could pay with the kiosk and to hope we had a great day right... The worst Chili's I've been to. Had a patron margarita that had no patron in it for $8.50. Ridiculous. For dinner had the combo bbq tray. My meats were cold. The fries were the only thing hot.
