On both occasions I've had to repeat my order several times to ensure it's right which isn't a huge deal which wouldn't be a huge deal, if it was right.... I don't ask for much but both instances I've asked for sauces that haven't been put in the bag, I ask for light ice to only be ignored, and today we upsized our fries to the large and they were half filled. On top of that they had our order confused and we had to give them back the things they handed us because we noticed it was wrong. All that on top of taking 10+ minutes with no line... I would not recommend until their staff improves or until they get new members

The staff at the location doesn't seem to really want to be there which I get it but come on guys you can do better. It smells great in there and it has a good vibe. But once you pay to take your lady out and its $50 for a meal at a fast food place it will have you wondering why you didn't just go to McDonalds for easily half the cost. Sure the quality isn't the same but absolutely not. I used to eat here with my partner for $25. This is a big no from me dog. Steer clear until they bring these prices down.
