If I could give a 0 I would. All we came to Sonic for was 2 milkshakes and we'd be on our way. We pulled up to the drive through and waited to hear anyone on the speaker. After 3-ish minutes we hear someone say "I'll be right with you" so we waited... and waited... and waited. After almost 10 minutes and just saying "hello" we heard nothing, so we drove off. Everywhere else was about to close and truly, I wanted a shake. So we went to one of the stalls and pressed the button and heard back within the minute of a girl saying she'd be right with us, hoping it wasn't going to be the same issue, we waited again. Thank goodness she took our order within a minute and we were finally waiting for our order to come out. After 5 minutes our shakes came out and it felt like a miracle. Except it wasn't. One of our shakes was good, exactly what was ordered (Strawberry Cheesecake Cream Cooler). Our other one the (Peppermint Brownie Bark Shake) was the biggest disappointment. It was literally just vanilla ice cream with bits of peppermint on the top. It wasn't even blended, like come on. All in all, I would've gone to Chick-Fil-A for a peppermint shake, if it wasn't Sunday. read more

I normally don't leave reviews, but today's experience at Sonic really left a bad taste in my mouth. I asked for ketchup when placing my order, and not only did I not receive any, but when I politely asked a staff member who walked by, she blatantly ignored me. I know she heard me and just kept walking. Like just pretended I didn't exist. If your team is going to treat customers like they're an inconvenience for asking for something as basic as a condiment, then at the very least there should be self-serve stations available. That way, customers don't have to feel like they're bothering your staff just to get what they already asked for. I get its fast food and no one cares, but like these people are getting paid and are just assholes for no reason. read more

1 star for service. Absolutely insane how rude they were when we ordered. They got it wrong multiple times and we politely corrected a few items but gave up when they blatantly sighed at us in a rude manner. Our Ocean Waters were clearly old Sprite and nothing else. This Sonic is terrible. Shouldn't even have a star. My friend and I parked, presses the button, then waited almost a minute to be waited on. Finally, someone came on and asked for our order, then they said they'd get back to us. A few minutes later they came back on and when my friend ordered her food, the worker gave a rude response about needing us to give her a moment. Finally! We ordered our food and waited and waited ..... and waited until 20 min later our food was not served and two other cars that came after us had been. So I got out and asked the worker about our stall and she said she'd find out. We waited 10 more minutes, saw another car get served, and left. Totally ignored. I've stopped at this Sonic location several times throughout the past few years and honestly it's always something with this place. There's either something wrong with the order or something completely missing. I stopped today to get 2 pretzels. I waited about 10 mins to place my order and about 10 minutes longer to actually get it. As I was pulling away, I realized that the cheese for those pretzels wasn't given to me. When I got home, I unwrapped the pretzels only to find that they were actually some egg wrap. I understand the wait time since the place is probably short staffed, but to not give customers what they paid for is unacceptable. Do better. read more

i sat in the drive thru for almost 40 mins and all I got was a corn dog. The kid at the window was on his phone and workers running around trying to clean up to close. They turned the lights off at 10:00 and lost 6 people behind me that drove right over to McDonalds. The hours say open until 11:00. This has happened numerous times. Sonic's Happy Hour from 2-4pm is awesome: I got 2 medium slushes for 90 CENTS each! This is a new Sonic Drive in, located right next to a McDonald's. All I have to say is, McDonald's has some tough competition. During Winter it's very cold and snowy in Morgantown. Who wants to actually have to get out of their car to grab food? Sonic's allows you to drive up into different booths and you both order and eat your food all in your car! You'll find the menu to your left and right and don't ever have to get out of your warm car. The cheeseburger itself wasn't anything to really rave about. An average cheeseburger at best and it was actually a bit on the cold side... the cheese wasn't melted either :( Their drinks and their sides are amazing on the other hand! I'm in love with the strawberry limeade. It's perfectly thirst quenching sweet and has little strawberry slices in it. I had their tater tots with chili cheese on top and mozzerella sticks. Delicious!! I love Sonics for just those reasons and cannot help but stop by a Sonics for a strawberry limeade. read more

Can't complain at all about this sonic other then the fact that they can regularly skier then many other fast food places and quite frankly all other sonic locations I've been to. I'm giving this a 4 star average. 3 stars for the food and 5 stars for the milkshakes. The food is ok, convenient and fairly priced. They have a good variety. I love their tater tots. I'm disappointed that they got rid of their tater tots. Breakfast is pretty good too. They have a great drink menu. Try the cherry limeade. My favorite are the milkshakes. 23 flavored to choose from. I think the best thing about this place is the variety they offer. It's different and interesting from every other fast food place. read more

If you are a frequent customer, it should go without saying that you don't go to Sonic for the service. I have read other reviews stating that the employees perform some kind of weird ritual involving alcohol, not sure if that is true. But if you're looking for quality look somewhere else. Sonic is where I go when I want to eat something that makes me feel shame and I do not want to leave the confinement of my car. Ordered a Reese cup sonic blast and asked for extra reese cup. Obviously you have to pay extra whenever you ask for extra which I'm perfectly fine with, but when I got my sonic blast, I was basically eating vanilla ice cream. I love coming here to Sonic, especially this one. I have found that a good majority of the car hops do in fact use the roller skates, thus enhancing the overall Sonic experience. The service to the car is always prompt and correct, which is great. The food is always amazing, and correct correctly. The bathrooms are clean and always stocked. The drive thru moves at an acceptable pace, however I always recommend car service at Sonic. I will be back! read more

I ordered a Banana BoBana Blast, a banana Sundae with pieces of wafer in it. Guess what they forgot.... BANANA. No joke. My banana sundae had no banana in it. Not even banana flavoring.
