I had been longing for the pina colada shaved ice/ice cream mix! It did not disappoint! Lots of choices here even a few small bites to eat. Must be great when riding or walking the River walk. If you're just stopping in for a drink, you may have a great experience. That said, the overall vibe felt a bit forced to me, almost like it was trying too hard to create a certain atmosphere instead of feeling naturally welcoming. That's obviously a personal impression, but it stood out. I also tried one of the lemon baked goods and was disappointed. It was dry and not especially flavorful or appealing, which was a letdown because it looked promising. Overall, I'm glad I gave it a try, but between the atmosphere and the pastry, I wouldn't be in a hurry to go back. The coffee was the one thing that would make me consider another visit.

I got a double cortado, which was quite good, and an egg, ham and pesto sandwich -- and they were able to make it gluten free. It was a tad light on the fixins so I was a still a bit hungry afterwards. But it came with a side of either chips, fruit or applesauce, and I took the chips to have as a snack later on the road. You can tell the owners put a lot of effort and care into their shop, and the energy is upbeat, though the lighting and flooring make it feel like you're in an office. Despite that, the coffee was solid, and it was very quiet early on a Monday morning while all the students were in school. Definitely an ideal place to get some work done!

What an amazing gem of a Tea House!…read more It's a rainy chilly day here in Morgantown and we stopped in for a Geocaching thing and some hot tea. Oh my gosh, they have an amazing array of everything you can imagine! From handcrafted in-house rose petal creamed honey, to peanut butter ice cream, to Eastern oolong teas. Today we got: Mushroom barley soup Caramel snickerdoodle Caramel latte Rose petal Earl Grey tea with honey and a splash of cream Creamed rose petal honey - made in house Chai scones Pup cup The owner and her staff are wonderful people. Her assistant even helped me carry my stuff out to the car in the rain and when I voiced my concern about him getting all wet he laughed and said "I won't melt". Lovely ambience inside as well. Such a great place, next time we are in town we will be back!

I was promised to be paid for the one day of training I had to come in for and even after asking to be paid and even Cashapp requesting the funds , she refuses to. The owner and Hannah (one of the workers there ) both talk badly about customers when they leave (those same customers that keep those doors open) and complains about how much of a tip they leave . I was hired on with three other girls and as far as I know two of the three quit and the third one probably has too because of being lied to about money. I had to make an excuse to go and get my Products I PAID FOR before I quit because she stole one of the others girls supplements who quit and said when I confronted her that she gave her the option to come get it (hard to believe considering it was probably almost $200 worth of stuff if not more ) . When I quit I explained to them why and Sam And Hannah both slandered me and were talking to me like I was horrible because I said I don't come to work to lose money because I was lied to . Please go to another location that will value you as customer because this is not it. Sam if you see this please pay me for the day I worked and didn't get paid ! Thanks !

When I say this place is unique you just have to visit. It's packed to the walls with inventory. I think they have more fishing gear than two Cabellas or Bass Pro shops combined. For sure the most selection of diverse fishing lures and equipment I have ever seen. My daughter suggested it when I said I wanted ice cream. It took me awhile just to decide to get our ice cream because I was busy looking at everything they to offer. There is so much inventory that you can't get down some isles without moving things out of the way. Now the Ice cream. They have probably fifty flavors. Okay maybe not quite that many but if you can't find what you want you don't want ice cream. Just go home. Lol. I wanted the grasshopper mint with chocolate but it must be so popular because they was out. So I settled for a double scoop of raspberry chocolate chunk and my daughter got a single scoop of play dough. Ice cream that is. Lol. And we got the pups a cup of vanilla. I mean what furry friend doesn't like a pup cup. It was really really good. I forgot to get a pic of my cone as my hands were kinda full. Did I mention you can order food to eat? Yep. The baristas are all super friendly and very helpful, offering suggestions when we were unsure of what to order. They have many options for drinks, including your standard coffees, cold brew, and specialty drinks. The lavender vanilla latte was delicious and i would definitely order again.
