Bad as that is, when I called the store to let them know, the person who answered the phone immediately got nasty with me, telling me it wasnt their fault because they had Door Dash deliver them. When I tried to talk to her about how I didn't order through Door Dash and it's not my problem that they have a poor delivery process, she raised her voice, now yelling, that it's not her problem and that she won't do anything about it. When she stopped, I asked her if she was actually yelling at ME for a terrible delivery and customer experience. She hung up on me! (She should be immediately FIRED!) I will NEVER even consider Insomnia Cookies again nor will everyone me and my son/his friends tell about this awful customer service experience.
