If I could give ZERO stars I would! I ordered cookies to be delivered to my son for first day of classes. I provided a complete address AND instructions that they be delivered to the apartment building's desk. They delivered them and dropped them ON THE GROUND outside random apartment complex door. When my son finally located them, cookies were missing (of course) and the remaining cookies and box were covered in ants (as you'd expect for food left outside on the ground). Bad as that is, when I called the store to let them know, the person who answered the phone immediately got nasty with me, telling me it wasnt their fault because they had Door Dash deliver them. When I tried to talk to her about how I didn't order through Door Dash and it's not my problem that they have a poor delivery process, she raised her voice, now yelling, that it's not her problem and that she won't do anything about it. When she stopped, I asked her if she was actually yelling at ME for a terrible delivery and customer experience. She hung up on me! (She should be immediately FIRED!) I will NEVER even consider Insomnia Cookies again nor will everyone me and my son/his friends tell about this awful customer service experience. read more

The workers were great! It was SO busy, but they were still super nice, even though they had to go through a lot today! Loved my cookie!

Had to have something sweet found this place online drove over at night in the snow. Parking is difficult to find but if you order online you can park in front of store run in and grab your order. The cookies were warm and delicious. I think they had some tables and chairs so you could eat there. A little pricey but I would go back. read more

Super sweet workers both times i've been there, and amazing gluten-free cookies !! Would highly recommend for those who are gf and haven't found a go-to cookie. read more

Insomnia Cookies - Gluten Free Chocolate Chip - Desserts Near Me - Morgantown, West Virginia

Stopped here in the downpour soaked Sunday night while the weather radar showed nothing but dark red and enough bolts to open a hardware store on the lightning tracker. Located on the ground floor of what i would say are newer buildings in the heart of campus hill. Parking could be VERY troublesome so I would plan on making this a walk rather than a drive and park trip. The closest lot I saw was for an apartment building with signage explicitly prohibiting using it for the stores. Small shop inside - just a small seating area and a counter. Due to waiting 20min for the rain to subside I went for broke and instructed the red haired gent to grab a box and start filling it. Got chocolate chunk, M&M, white chocolate macadamia nut, chocolate mint, as well as a deluxe peanut butter cup peanut butter cookie. They were all warm and played nice with the 2% milk I overpaid for. Best were the chocolate chunk, the deluxe peanut butter and the white chocolate macadamia nut. The subpar ones were M&M and chocolate mint. Just not a fan. Overall a nice place for a late night indulgence. read more

I'm incredibly disappointed. As part of one daughter's birthday celebration and the other's night before high school, we decided to order cookies. Our order arrived approximately 20 minutes before our scheduled time. That wasn't a big deal. The big deal was ... we were supposed to have 15 cookies. We only received 14. We got no white chocolate macadamia, but we ordered 2. We got an extra sugar cookie. The cookies were somewhat warm and tasted ok. How could this order be so messed up? The order summary was on top of the box. I expected accuracy and quality for $21. Sadly, I'm not sure we will order, again, any time soon. read more

The cookies themselves are very good although on the sweeter end. Your service really depends on what time of day you come as the workers on the night shift seem rather joyful while the person on the day shift reminds me of someone who dreads being there. Regardless, if you simply care about great product you can find it here and it is most definitely worth spending a little more. read more

I sent these to my daughter during finals week. They arrived very fast and my daughter said they were delicious.

The shop was filled with cookies smell. The ice cream was pretty nice, just personally don't really like the vegan birthday flavour read more

Bad experience with this place. I ordered some cookies to be sent to my daughter living over on Evansdale and they never arrived the first time. I had to call and ask about them and that's when they finally got delivered, four days later. Only four of the 12 cookies that I ordered were correct. Terrible business. read more

Insomnia cookies, are warm, soft and fresh. Anytime we have ordered they were delivered in less than 45 minutes and just so delicious. A perfect cookie fix for a college student who is a bit of a night owl. The store is open till 2 am I believe so if you are craving a cookie over a late night study session, Insomnia was made for you. My only complain is the pricing. Utterly horrible. I placed an order for 12 cookies at 6:20 pm on a Sunday night and was told it will be 30-45 minutes. What I got was 12 barely lukewarm cookies 2 hours later. The driver didn't even get out of the car, nor even state any remorse for the abysmal service. This was my first and LAST experience with this joke of a business. Go to Kroger and heat up their cookies in the microwave at home - you'll get them faster and warmer. read more

It took over an hour for my cookies to come even after I called twice! The only reason I even ordered from insomnia again was because I received a coupon for 4 free cookies the last time I ordered because they took over two hours to deliver. I live less than a 10 minute walk from insomnia...there's no way my order should have taken almost an hour and a half to arrive. AND when my order did arrive, they were cold and hard. NEVER ORDERING AGAIN. read more

I expected something amazing when I decided to order these cookies - but it wasn't that. They were simply ok. There's an okay variety of flavors. When delivered to me, they were not warm. Fresh, hot delicious cookies! Chocolate chunk, peanut butter and the snickerdoodle were amazing. Red velvet was too sweet for us.

Delicious cookies! My only issue is one night I tried to call their customer service line. Well. The number listed on the site connected me to a phone sex line. I thought maybe I goofed so I tried again. Yep. Still a phone sex line. I got ahold of the right number eventually, and tried to tell the customer service reps about it, but they were rude and acted like i was just making it up. So I tweeted them and they finally believed me, apologized and gave me six free cookies. Best phone sex line I've ever called. read more

Friendly staff and really good cookies, why didn't they have this when I was in college. It's a little on the expensive side, but good.

I am absolutely disgusted. About a month ago I ordered my girlfriend a huge cookie from this place because she was having a crappy day, turns out these bastards had to make it worse. I ordered a LARGE COOKIE that was SUPPOSED, key word is SUPPOSED to have a message that i PAYED for. The cookie shows up.. but the message sure as hell didn't. The cookie was blank with white icing around the rim. Something I probably could've made myself and saved $30. I was extremely disappointed when I asked her if she liked the message and she said "what message?" Anyways, long story short I sent insomnia cookies a email THE CORPORATE OFFICE and what do you know...NO RESPONSE. THEY WERE WOKE, BUT NOT TO THE FACT THAT I WANTED MY MONEY BACK. I am appalled, disgusted, and I feel like this only happened because I am black. I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE ONCE AGAIN TO GO OVER THIS MATTER BECAUSE I DO HAVE RECEIPTS AND I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BBB. read more
