If I could give ZERO stars I would! I ordered cookies to be delivered to my son for first day of classes. I provided a complete address AND instructions that they be delivered to the apartment building's desk. They delivered them and dropped them ON THE GROUND outside random apartment complex door. When my son finally located them, cookies were missing (of course) and the remaining cookies and box were covered in ants (as you'd expect for food left outside on the ground). Bad as that is, when I called the store to let them know, the person who answered the phone immediately got nasty with me, telling me it wasnt their fault because they had Door Dash deliver them. When I tried to talk to her about how I didn't order through Door Dash and it's not my problem that they have a poor delivery process, she raised her voice, now yelling, that it's not her problem and that she won't do anything about it. When she stopped, I asked her if she was actually yelling at ME for a terrible delivery and customer experience. She hung up on me! (She should be immediately FIRED!) I will NEVER even consider Insomnia Cookies again nor will everyone me and my son/his friends tell about this awful customer service experience. read more

Had to have something sweet found this place online drove over at night in the snow. Parking is difficult to find but if you order online you can park in front of store run in and grab your order. The cookies were warm and delicious. I think they had some tables and chairs so you could eat there. A little pricey but I would go back. read more

Stopped here in the downpour soaked Sunday night while the weather radar showed nothing but dark red and enough bolts to open a hardware store on the lightning tracker. Located on the ground floor of what i would say are newer buildings in the heart of campus hill. Parking could be VERY troublesome so I would plan on making this a walk rather than a drive and park trip. The closest lot I saw was for an apartment building with signage explicitly prohibiting using it for the stores. Small shop inside - just a small seating area and a counter. Due to waiting 20min for the rain to subside I went for broke and instructed the red haired gent to grab a box and start filling it. Got chocolate chunk, M&M, white chocolate macadamia nut, chocolate mint, as well as a deluxe peanut butter cup peanut butter cookie. They were all warm and played nice with the 2% milk I overpaid for. Best were the chocolate chunk, the deluxe peanut butter and the white chocolate macadamia nut. The subpar ones were M&M and chocolate mint. Just not a fan. Overall a nice place for a late night indulgence. read more

I'm incredibly disappointed. As part of one daughter's birthday celebration and the other's night before high school, we decided to order cookies. Our order arrived approximately 20 minutes before our scheduled time. That wasn't a big deal. The big deal was ... we were supposed to have 15 cookies. We only received 14. We got no white chocolate macadamia, but we ordered 2. We got an extra sugar cookie. The cookies were somewhat warm and tasted ok. How could this order be so messed up?
