When I reached out to corporate customer service, we got the runaround, and were told to call our local store (which was incorrect -- corporate made the offer, the offer is in their system, and corporate needs to fix it). Further, upper customer service sort of insinuated that I was trying to pull one over on them (again, incorrect). Then, the local store not only honored the offer, but upgraded it. If I had the option, I would give Papa John's as a whole 1*, but would give the local location 5* for going above and beyond and actually understanding good customer service. Score another point for good local customer service and simultaneously completely incompetent customer service up the food chain.
