I placed an order through Uber Eats. Fox's called me and said that they don't use Uber Eats. And I needed to call uber to cancel the order. I called Uber who then called fox's pizza . Fox's told them that they never received my order and they would not fulfill it. Tell me how did they know to call me and have my contact information to call me. Uber did cancel BUT IT WILL TAKE SOME TIME TO GET MY $$ back. Well Fox's you would not be listed on Uber Eats if you did not agree to use them for deliveries. As a frequent and loyal customer of Fox's Pizza in Fairmont, I've consistently supported this location with large -- and often expensive -- orders. Unfortunately, the quality and consistency have steadily declined over time, and today's experience was especially disappointing. I placed an order totaling over $40, which included two chicken weggies. To my frustration, each weggie contained only four to five very small pieces of chicken -- barely enough to cover even half the sandwich. One side was completely empty. For the price, and given the reputation Fox's has built, this level of quality is unacceptable -- especially considering this hasn't been a one-time issue, but a recurring problem in recent weeks and months. It's incredibly disappointing to feel like the value is no longer there, especially when I've continued to support your business week after week. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously. I would love to continue ordering from this location, but unless there's a noticeable improvement in portion quality and consistency, I'll have to reconsider. I asked for a plain steak and cheese sub with ketchup and extra mayo. The sub was flat due to lack of meat, cheese was barely visible, and there was no mayo at all. Prob the worst steak and cheese sub I've ever had in my life. It was seriously horrible. read more

Wow worst restaurant for delivery ever! Rude customer service, delivery takes over an hour after the food is prepared. Noone cares at the lackluster service, especially after they make you wait on hold for over 10 minutes. Seriously disappointed, had better hopes for this place. The Fairmont location is hands down the best Fox's Pizza. Great atmosphere and Great food. Service is polite and friendly.

Put on hold for over 10 minutes, pizza took 1 hour and 15 minutes to even reach me. Pizza was done in 15 minutes but according to the restaurant, it took an hour to wait for the driver to return to deliver them. Completely unacceptable!! Worst restaurant ever! We moved & was recently near the area & called to order pick up. I actually called 3 times, & the person on the phone was cheerful & nice each time. We were running behind & it was almost 9 pm, their closing time, so I called to let them know that we were running a few minutes behind. They said they were still there & it would be ok. Soon after, we realized they were not in the location they had been the last time we were in Fairmont! So, it actually took another 10 minutes for us to get there, but they were so chill & sweet about it. Such awesome employees! We ordered a big daddy & wedgies & they both were delicious! I have passed by Fox's pizza den, both old and new locations for years but never stopped. We were having a family gathering and was told by my nephew that I should give Fox's a try. So, I did and I have only one word "Awesome". The store is a little rustic looking but it is clean, the staff are friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. I recommend giving them a try for some really good pizza. read more

This was an awesome find in a town we know nothing about!! We ordered from here twice . Both times were super fast deliveries. Prices are super reasonable !! Fox's chicken fry salads are the best! I chose to leave only 4 out of five stars because I asked for extra creamy Italian (for my delivery order) and they brought golden Italian instead. That might not seem like a big deal, but their creamy Italian is DELISH and golden Italian is blah. Other than the dressing problem...this salad is perfect! Cheese, chicken, fries, lettuce, tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers. Yum! Such a great combo. read more

The inside of the store restaurant at the downtown location is much improved from the Fairmont Ave location. Although I haven't had the Pizza from there in years a Calzone and beer was very good. Servers were friendly, luckily there's not much traffic on 1st street in Fairmont making for acceptable parking. read more
