Fox's told them that they never received my order and they would not fulfill it. Tell me how did they know to call me and have my contact information to call me. Unfortunately, the quality and consistency have steadily declined over time, and today's experience was especially disappointing. I placed an order totaling over $40, which included two chicken weggies. To my frustration, each weggie contained only four to five very small pieces of chicken -- barely enough to cover even half the sandwich. One side was completely empty. For the price, and given the reputation Fox's has built, this level of quality is unacceptable -- especially considering this hasn't been a one-time issue, but a recurring problem in recent weeks and months. It's incredibly disappointing to feel like the value is no longer there, especially when I've continued to support your business week after week. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously. I would love to continue ordering from this location, but unless there's a noticeable improvement in portion quality and consistency, I'll have to reconsider. Sincerely, A long-time customer

Good for them! I recently took my daughter to a jewelry store in the plaza to get her something for Christmas and when I saw it I smiled because so many good memories came over me, so of course I had to grab a slice to go. It's newer, very clean, and the employees were all friendly. I ordered the white pizza and it didn't disappoint. My daughter said she wasn't hungry so she didn't get anything, but I wanted her to try it since she'd never had it before and of course all of a sudden she became hungry after trying it and had several bites. Typical woman lol Btw: She loved it too! It makes me very happy to see local businesses expand because I am all about supporting local mom and pop spots. Try them out you won't be disappointed!
