There was an older cashier that was the only one that actually talked to customers and try to apologize. One person was making food and two other female employees were doing nothing. Everything was compounded by the fact they didn't stop taking orders at the drive through or the kiosk. The one girl was making the food and then putting them in bags for customers that had long since left.. I never seen such dysfunction. No one was honest, no one was communicating. Where was the manager and why was this allowed to Continue ?? The waste of food was ridiculous. We walked out after 45 minutes.. it was the worst experience I have ever had. I work in retail and so many things can and will go wrong when you are working with kids that call out at a drop of a hat. How you handle your customers, with honesty, empathy and grace will make the difference in future visits.. this location failed on all counts. Steer clear of this place!!

It's somewhat comical to actually go in and watch them work behind the counter. They move like injured turtles. My girlfriend and I went in and got two blizzards our first time here. We watched the girl in the back put them down on the counter, not say a word, then the guy at the register not realizing they were there. He walked away to the back where the food was being made. I walked behind the counter and grabbed the blizzards myself and we left. They definitely need a new manager.
