Terrific service and great food, especially Kyla and Jahzara at bar. Suggest ordering the hickory bourbon chicken with mashed potatoes and broccoli - my favorite dish! read more

The salad bar is excellent. They added new items. I had the Hickory bourbon chicken, which was very tasty. My friend had a Swiss mushroom burger with Loaded tater tots.which he loved. Prompt, friendly service. read more

9/02/26. The door said open at 11...we arrived at 11:30. Lights and salad bar looked prepared but no cars and door was locked. So Outback in Morgantown, WV got our business. read more

Deanna was a great waitress making sure we had all we needed. The food was delicious!

All the Ruby Tuesdays have closed in our area, so we were excited to find this location on our stop cross country. But, we concluded this location is probably also on the way out. With a busy server tasked with doubling as a hostess, a salad bar area that looked like a bygone era and raised red flags, a sticky booth seat, and no one arriving to take our order once we were seated (we overheard the server's apologies to the table behind us for the "long wait"), we ended up just leaving without ordering. I have never done this before. Maybe the food was good, but it looked like it would be awhile to find out and we weren't willing to take the risk. No criticism to the serving staff--looked like a management issue. read more

Patrick was awesome! Food was great! We will definitely be back! We were hungry and decided to try this Ruby Tuesdays! Glad we came in!

Waited several minutes for anyone to show up at host station. Some people left without waiting. Picking up online order - ultimately waited 20 minutes past the promised time. At one point someone came out and asked what we ordered. Food was not good. A salmon Caesar salad was just iceberg lettuce (not Romaine) with a piece of salmon on top. No croutons, no cheese. read more

My wife and I stopped here for lunch, around 1:45PM on a Sunday. They weren't busy and we were seated, immediately. We sat for 15 minutes without anyone coming to the table. No drink order, nothing. We left without eating since we couldn't place an order. Service is abysmal. read more

For years my SO and I have always seen commercials for this place and finally moved to a place that had one. Highly disappointed. The waitress was the only really good thing about it. I'm sad we wasted a great night here. We should have known something was off when the place was empty and everyone was at outback instead... We got the $12.99 stuffed steak quesadilla appetizer. It was decentish but sooo tiny for that price!! And needed seasoning. My SO ordered a burger and it looked like a smurf made it. He said the two bites were good but geez it was like a kids meal at McDonald's. I got the half rack of ribs, 6oz ribeye and shrimp combo. I substituted the fries for microwaved mashed potatoes. The only good thing on my smurf plate was the 6oz ribeye. Had nice flavor and wasn't shoe leather. The ribs were a bourbon hickory flavor and were so so bad. You could tell it was badly microwaved. It was tough and had a weird taste. I've ever wasted ribs before until this moment. I didn't even bother taking it home. The shrimp were eh kinda cold. Ugh this was truly disappointing. We won't be back. It was expensive and sucked. Luckily there was a Wendy's nearby. I wish we had gone to Texas roadhouse or longhorn for the amount we paid. And their food is never frozen!! read more

We ordered dinner thru Uber Eats. My partner ordered the 5 cheese steak sandwich with a bowl of broccoli cheese soup as her side(at a premium) The steak was woefully missing from the sandwich and the 5 cheeses were not what was advertised but all american slices. Her soup came in 1/2 of an 8 oz container. Adding insult to injury, UberEATS does not have a live person to talk to. Instead, they have an automated message in their app, which states basically, too bad for you. I highly recommend using other delivery apps and never ordering delivery from this restaurant. read more

Missing items in our order. Coleslaw, butter, sour cream. Delivery we watched for and grab food as it got here but it was barely warm even though we are less than 10min from the restaurant. read more

I cannot review the food, as I received no service. I arrived on a Tuesday night at 420p. I sat at the bar. One server came to the bar to get something, and left. No one else came for 10 minutes. Dirty tables in the bar area, so perhaps they were bay earlier ? Don't know. The bartender brought food for two people sitting at the bar. She then turned around and asked another gentleman if he was ready to cash out, but never even looked at me. She cashed him out. Spun around again, and left at the bar. No acknowledgement of my presence, , no I'll be right with you, nothing. Waited about 3 more minutes, and left. Outback, right behind them is what's for dinner, with wonderful service read more

The service was very good and the manager was very accommodating. My husband ordered a full rack of ribs and when he was served the portion looked extremely small. He inquired to the waitress and she checked with the manager who told her to get him another half-rack. She made a point to come to our table, and noticing my half eaten philly steak, asked me if everything was ok. I explained that the meat was VERY overcooked (it was supposed to be prime rib and it was charred beyond recognition). She gave us a very nice adjustment on our bill and let me know that she would check in with the kitchen staff about the steak on my sandwich. I love the fresh garden bar and we dine here frequently and will continue to do so. read more

Went to have a nice sit down meal after a long day of training especially from not being around here.. The place was not busy at all. We sat and waited for 45 mins and our meal still had not came out so we left. Will not be back. read more

Prices way up, quality way down. Had been going to Ruby Tuesday in Morgantown for years. Less more recently. They've been in a downhill slide for awhile now, but our visit yesterday will be our last. Sadly, this location has all the earmarks of a failing location. Sad to see the efforts of the wait staff undermined by the quality of the restaurant. Unless something changes, they're bound to be out of business in a year. read more

Was not impressed. Not sure I got the cat fish I ordered. Was very very mild tasting. The FF s were limp not crispy. Salad bar was good. I wish I had just got the salad bar. The wait staff was great! read more

I haven't had any complaints about this place. The food I ordered was very good. And the bogo deals are fantastic. But some of the pictures that show how big of portions you get were misleading. The environment was very nice and the service was good as well but the I didn't enjoy my food very much. I feel a little sick to my stomach and the toilets were not flushed I guess you could say. We passed by Morgantown in our way coming back to Pittsburgh and we wanted to try this place since there is no "Ruby Tuesday" in our area, which turns to be a great idea. Came in to eat a little before 6pm on a Thursday. Was waiting to be seated for about 5 minutes with no one in sight except for a couple tables of customers and the salad bar stocker that came out twice. And saw us standing at the podium. Could he have said anything to a host about seating us? I'll never know. We left without being greeted or seated. The sign on the front of the store stated that they would be closing early because of kitchen upgrades or maintenance. What's the point of that if you can't even seat customers to eat!? 2 stars because I really wanted to try the queso burger and didn't look like a terrible menu (I've not had ruby Tuesday before). But again, waited 5 minutes at the podium to be seated and no one came to seat us. Do better! read more

When we went to dinner here, the service was fantastic. Our servers name was Lindsey and she made sure we were well taken care of. She made sure our drinks were always full and made sure we had all of the extras for our food, like butter and sauces. I have a lot of food allergies and need a lot of modifications to my food. She made sure our food came out perfect the first time, and in timely manner. I will definitely be requesting to sit in Lindsey's section from now on when we come to eat. :) read more

The food is amazing and the service is superb. I absolutely recommend especially for large parties.

I had the greatest experience at the Morgantown Ruby Tuesday. The salad bar as ALWAYS was delectable! My server was spot on with my refills and checking in. I think her name was Cara (blonde)? She made my dining experience worth 5 stars. Thank you, Ruby Tuesday, for your service. read more

Wife and I had sirloin steak Sunday dinner special with added salad bar. Fresh and tasty salad bar. Steak and zucchini main was delicious. Was traveling through the area to visit a friend and saw the shining sign for Ruby Tuesdays. I have always liked the restaurant chain and figured I'd be in for a treat. Little did I know it was better than expected. Our waitress Cara was Amazing! Such a wonderful personality and knew the menu very well. I had asked for a suggestion of the meaty type and she promptly described the Bourbon Steak!! I took her advice and was very pleased! The kind of flavors that need nothing added, no salt, pepper or steak sauce needed! Cara was very attentive and had my drink refilled before I even asked. That is a very big pet peeve of mine, having an empty glass in my mind is just unacceptable, and Cara must have been reading my mind! A very pleasant and warm smile every time she approached. Never batting an eye at anything we needed. The restaurant was clean and inviting and the food was above board. Everything about our visit was darn near perfect. Thank you Ruby Tuesdays and thank you Cara!! read more

Usually when I feel the need to write a bad review, it has more to do with service issues. The service during our recent visit to RT was okay, if a little absent and harried. No, this is about the food. I ordered a chicken and mushroom alfredo, and my wife had a steak. My wife requested her steak medium rare; her steak was bloody raw. She ate it because the waiter was nowhere to be found and we needed to eat and get back on the road. Hers, at least, was edible. My pasta came out with the chicken and mushrooms covered by the pasta, which was drowning in a brownish "alfredo" that had so much garlic in it that it was almost inedible. Garlic in a sauce should be a buttery, savory accent; this was so overpowering that it was bitter and bludgeoning. Not acceptable, and if we hadn't been pressed for time, I would have sent it away and had the salad bar. This is the second time I've had an unfortunate meal at RT in Morgantown. This used to be a favorite stop for a bit better than big box restaurant meal, but something has gone tragically wrong. There are a lot of choices in Morgantown for your dining dollars. Might I humbly suggest that you take your tastebuds and wallet elsewhere? read more

Was seated, took forever to get waited on as the person that was waiting on us was too busy talking to a couple ladies at the bar. We were there after lunch and they were not busy, I actually noticed people walking around like they were lost. I will say the food was great. read more

So very disappointed this visit last night. So much so that we probably won't be back there anytime soon, if at all. We had a bad experience a while back and then had a few good ones. I've always enjoyed the salad bar but last night was not a good one. And it's not like the place was extremely busy. There was very little fresh lettuce out and several of the other choices were on the low side. There were no croutons at all and several guests were standing and waiting. As soon as they brought them out I saw an employee get a bowl of them in a take-out container and left. Our waitress was ok, but not very attentive. The fries looked, felt, and tasted like they had spent quite some time sitting under a heat lamp. read more
